The room has all the necessary, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, clean, big mirror. I recommend a hotel for stopping in El Calafat"

"The property is a bit out of the way (but we chose it specifically for that reason), away from the chaotic area. There are restaurants nearby within easy walking distance. The reception service was excellent and very helpful, and breakfast was standard. The downside was the lack of an elevator to get luggage to the first floor (though the reception guy did help us out). The main issue, however, was the skylight that couldn't be blacked out, and we were woken up by the light. We might be sensitive sleepers, but there should really be an option to darken the room."

The hotel front desk service is very good. They will inform you of many precautions via WhatsApp. It is not far from the main street and can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. There is a small supermarket at the corner where you can buy anything.

It has an amazing lake view, but a bit further from the center which makes it a bit hard to walk back and forth to eat etc but if you don’t mind that then it’s perfect.
Lucia at the front desk is incredibly helpful and knows everything you need about the places you want to visit.
It’s clean and comfy.
Only there is no hairdryer and also it can be a bit noisy if you face the road from passing motorcycles at night, but that’s only an issue for light sleepers like me, while my friend was not affected at all.
Overall worth the stay and a good spot to use as your base.

Loved the peace and privacy of couples’ room. Place has heated floors and super warm showers. Breakfast was plentiful, amenities awesome! Kitchen has lots of basic cutlery and plates but really needs some more cooking utensils and pots and pans, but the actual kitchen layout is great, with 3 gas stoves and ovens. Good labelling system for food. Restaurant and bar onsite… terrific options. Evening entertainment while we were there… ace!

Unfortunately, due to an equipment issue, I was unable to stay at the hotel. However, the service and communication prior to my arrival were excellent. The staff responded promptly to every request and handled everything efficiently, allowing me to stay at an alternative hotel without any concerns. I am truly grateful for their support and would definitely like to stay here on my next visit.

Very welcoming front desk guy, enthusiastically guiding us to buy tickets for Glacier Park online (in Spanish it is a bit difficult indeed), saving us the queue time when driving into the park.
Despite the power outage on the second night of the stay, it was quickly restored in about half an hour. Enjoying the lake green Argentine lake flowing down from the glacier national park and the sky in circles of strong winds in front of the window, it seems to be back to the Antarctic eight years ago...
