"I absolutely love Eden Oak! It's surrounded by lush greenery within a park setting, and features a hot spring swimming pool. The rooms are uniquely styled, clean, and hygienic, fully equipped with hand soap, hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The mini-fridge, tea, and coffee are all provided. The lobby's design is stunning, and the breakfast is rich and nutritious, with coffee and drinks that I really enjoy. I've been here six times already; whenever I need a getaway, this is where I think of. My entire family, young and old, loves it. It's less than a two-hour drive from Melbourne. Highly recommended to everyone!"

yiwen.oWonderful stay at this hotel with my partner! 😊 It was our first time staying here, and we really enjoyed it. The location is amazing, with plenty of amenities, facilities, and food options nearby. There are so many places to eat, which was a big plus for us!
It’s also right near Queen Victoria Market, so it was really convenient and easy to get around. The room was exactly as shown on the website and was very comfortable. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.
We’ll definitely be coming back here the next time we’re in Melbourne! 😊

The surroundings are excellent, and the location is convenient. The room was spacious and cleaned promptly. Room service was also very efficient; anything I needed was delivered quickly with just a phone call. I accidentally scraped my leg, and when I asked room service for some disinfectant, the hotel's medical staff came to my room to disinfect and bandage it, even thoughtfully asking how I got the scrape. The breakfast was exquisite, and the flat white truly is my favorite – I had it seven mornings in a row! The restaurant manager and staff were very warm and friendly, and their attire was elegant and neat. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Ronah WWe had a fantastic stay at the Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands. Everything about our experience was wonderful.
The highlight for us was definitely the pool. The water temperature was perfect—not too hot and not too cold—and our kids absolutely loved it. In fact, they didn’t want to get out! The view from the pool area was also amazing and made the experience even more special.
Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and well looked after.
We will definitely stay here again in the future and have already recommended the hotel to our family and friends. A truly enjoyable stay!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip.
Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

Perfect stay. They reached out beforehand to check in with me. Arrived early and they allowed an early check in with a free upgrade. Room was spotless and well equipped. Kitchenette with all the equipment you'd need, small washing machine, free Netflix and impressive little touches like a free bottle of wine if you solve their Rubik's cube and a free packet of popcorn on request. Lounge is well equipped and breakfast was good (eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, some pastries and yoghurts, a waffle maker, juices, coffee and teas, etc.). Staff were always friendly. An excellent stay overall!

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, close to several large shopping malls and various supermarkets. There are plenty of Chinese and Japanese restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient. Grace, a member of the service staff, was very friendly. The room facilities and overall cleanliness were well-maintained. Although the breakfast selection was simple, it tasted good and included freshly made omelets. However, I booked Novotel and found out that floors above 20 are Novotel, while those below are Ibis. Breakfast is also served in the same restaurant for both. I feel there's no point in booking Novotel; I might as well have booked the cheaper Ibis.

This is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

Anonymous User1. **Cleanliness:** The room was quite clean, basically spotless, making for a very comfortable stay.
2. **Environment:** The overall environment is excellent. There's a laundry room, and a separate restroom on the first floor that guests can use even after checking out. The location is also fantastic – just a short walk from Southern Cross Station, with a tram stop nearby. It's only a three or four stop ride to Flinders Street Station.
3. **Service:** The service was decent. I didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff, but basic English was sufficient.
4. **Facilities:** Everything else was great, except for the showerhead. The water pressure was very low, and it was a rainfall-style shower with a wide spray angle. For women under 180cm, it's hard to reach the water when it's initially strong, and by the time it reaches you, it's barely a drizzle. It made showering quite uncomfortable.

The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient and quick. They also thoughtfully introduced us to local attractions. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious.

Guest UserOverall, it was a good stay, but we expected a little more. The water pressure in the room was weak and the water temperature would randomly turn hot and cold. As we were staying for 9 nights, we requested a room change the next day, although the replacement room had a less desirable view. The shower also doesn’t have anywhere to hang the towels, meaning you have to step out into the cold to reach for your towel behind the door, not the most thoughtful design. Located 1 stop away from the free tram zone, which is ＜10mins walk, that benefits from getting into CBD.
