The room was spacious enough, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from Munthof Metro station and the Louise area. The lift is quite small, fitting only 3–4 people without luggage, which can lead to longer waits during busy times. Breakfast was enjoyable and well-prepared. On the downside, the large sofa bed takes up unnecessary space, and the absence of a fridge is noticeable. Iron and ironing board provided upon requestt. The writing desk feels cluttered with tea-making facilities, a tablet, and a tissue box, leaving limited room for using a laptop. Overall, a pleasant stay with good comfort and location, though a few design choices could be improved.

Excellent hotel in Brussels city. The hotel and the rooms i booked was clean for the both! When you entered in the lobby you will smell the good and refreshing! The reception is very helpful. Also the cookies when you checked in was so good. When I come back to Brussels for the next time, I would book this hotel again.

Cozy, clean, decent noise isolation (room window was facing the busy street), large bathroom. Slightly cramped because an extra bed was in the room, although I booked only for one person, but since I only stayed two nights, didn't mind too much. Somewhat disappointed by the breakfast options that didn't match the menu advertized, cooked foods only consisted of boiled/scrambled eggs and bacon. Didn't try the waffles that you can make yourself. No complimentary toothpaste was available when I asked at reception.

The room was very clean and the area is quiet at night compared to the day. I was able to rest well during my travels. Really happy and recommend the experience.

Not so close to train station is bit inconvenient, more ideal for those who need to use metro or prefer to shop nearby instead of visiting other cities. Inside the room is quite basic and not so convenient for charging electronic devices as there is very limited outlet and rather far from bed and table. Poor soundproof as a result you can hear everything from next door and upstair. In addition, hair drier provided and the bathroom is vintage level so do not expect to completely dry the hair all at once unless for those have not much hair left. The best part of this hotel would be the young man Arthur who worked for the night shift at lobby during our stays. He has delightfully helped us with traveling direction/information and choosing local beers. He friendly attitude genuinely made us feel relaxed and welcomed.

This Warwick hotel is approximately 300 meters from the Central Station and about 150 meters from Brussels' Grand Place. It has its own private parking right next to the hotel. There's a rooftop bar with a view, which I peeked at but didn't visit, mainly because it was on the same floor as my room, and from my living room window and even from bed, I had fantastic views of the cathedral and Grand Place, among other sights. We booked the Executive Warwick Suite, which was comfortably spacious for us. Upon entering, there's a restroom, and housekeeping had already prepared the sofa bed. The bathroom featured a double vanity, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The tissues were conveniently placed, the bath mats were neatly arranged, and the toiletries were from the French brand Nuxe. The hotel's amenities were comprehensive, including bottled water, disposable slippers, a refrigerator, a valet stand, ironing facilities, and a safe for umbrellas. My favorite feature, however, was that the room was soundproof. From the living room and bedroom windows, the daytime view was actually less appealing than the night view; Brussels looked a bit run-down with not much to see. Cons: 1. The TV in the bedroom required viewing at an angle, though there was another TV above the refrigerator in the living room. 2. Neither of the two wardrobes had a designated area for hanging wet clothes. 3. The hairdryer required constant pressing to operate and tended to generate static electricity.

Hotel Kreutzwald has an excellent location, just a short walk to the Grand Place and a 3-minute metro ride away. It offers great value for money, but the rooms are small with poor soundproofing, and the breakfast is basic. The elevator is also quite old. It's ideal for short-term travelers on a budget who prioritize location over amenities.

location could be better but after acquaintance of city spots found it good enough when you know the way towards (rainy days didn’t helped either). service (friendly staff) and amenities good even not having breakfast (water and coffee complementary offer and pool room unexpected but appreciated). city tax less than in other previous cities passed by so didn’t matter as much…

Although it's a bit far from the center of Brussels, it's easily accessible as it's just a few minutes from the nearest tram stop that goes through the city center. The room was very spacious and clean, and amenities like slippers and bathrobes were provided. The cleaning staff were very friendly. The guests in the lobby during my stay seemed calm and well-behaved, allowing for a quiet and restful night's sleep.

Very warm welcome. Staff were attentive and accommodating. The hotel is well located between two metro stations. I would recommend it.
