Staying at this hotel was truly a pleasant experience because of its location! It's close to the North Station, and the room was clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept soundly. The view from the window was lovely; I woke up to sunshine and birdsong in the morning. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The hotel itself is great- clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. It’s a good value for the price. However, the area around it isn’t safe. There are often strange or aggressive people hanging around who act erratically, especially at night. Just be cautious if you’re walking in the area. Still, if you’re mainly there to just sleep calmly, the hotel delivers.

The room was very clean, with a Japanese-style interior. It wasn't very spacious, but it was cozy. The breakfast included hot food, the croissants were fresh, and the coffee machine was also very good. It would be nice to have more fruit options.

Very comfortable hotel, clean and the bedding is of very good quality. The room we had was spacious and very well equipped. The bathroom is clean and the shower spacious, the shower gel and lotion are from a major cosmetic brand.

Location by Eurostar terminal was perfect. Sharmin on the desk welcomed us and was very helpful. If I had to criticise it would be that although breakfast was good the room to eat breakfast in was too small to accommodate the guests. The local area was rather unpleasant but visiting Brussels was well worth seeing. Sharon 👍

The hotel is clean and tidy, with an excellent location just 200 meters from the Manneken Pis and near the Grand Place in Brussels. As with other European hotels, toiletries and slippers are not provided. The soundproofing in the room isn't great, and the flushing sound at night was a bit loud. Aside from that, everything else was very satisfactory.

The interior design of the hotel features a mid-century style. Both the public areas and the guest rooms are very clean and well maintained—credit to the housekeeping team for their excellent work. However, the front desk service needs significant improvement. Upon arrival, there seemed to be an issue with the front desk computer system. The only staff member on duty was clearly aware that guests were waiting to check in, yet she did not even look up. Instead, she kept her head down and muttered to herself for a full five minutes without acknowledging anyone. At check-out today, I asked another front desk staff member for a receipt (or any document confirming that the room charges had been fully settled). Her attitude was extremely rude, and she bluntly told me that they had no right to provide such a document, not even by email. I would simply like to say to this front desk lady: please do not treat guests like they are ignorant. After I firmly explained that I needed proof of the deposit refund, she finally and reluctantly printed the document for me. The front desk staff at the Hilton Brussels clearly require better training. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in Europe—even at high-end hotels, service staff are often poorly trained. 酒店內部裝潢是mid century風格，公共空間跟客房環境都相當整潔乾淨，給清潔團隊一個讚！但櫃檯人員就有待加強。抵達入住時櫃檯電腦似乎出問題，櫃檯唯一的一個服務人員知道旅客們在等入住，連看旅客都不看一眼，就低著頭自顧自一直碎碎念長達五分鐘。今天退房時請另外一位櫃檯的人員給我一張收據（我有註明或是其他證明房間款項結清的文件都可以），人員態度非常差的跟我說：我們沒有權利給你這份文件，連用電子郵件寄送也不行。只想跟櫃檯這位小姐說不要把客人當**好嗎？後來我又據理力爭說那我需要押金的取消證明，她才勉勉強強印出來給我。布魯塞爾希爾頓酒店的櫃檯人員訓練有待加強，但這好像是歐洲通病，歐洲就算是高檔酒店的服務人員都欠訓練。

This time, I got a room on the fourth floor, which was more standard (last time, the top-floor 'Dachzimmer' was smaller). The bathroom renovation was also good. The breakfast was quite rich, with self-service freshly squeezed juice, a good variety of cheeses and meats, and excellent baked goods. The hotel is about 150 meters from the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around.

Hotel is very conveniently right located by the Brussels Central Station, and the Grand Place and other surrounding sights are all at walkable distance. Staff were courteous and helpful at the check-in, and process was very smooth. Hotel room is somewhat dated, but comes with lots of wardrobe and storage space! Despite given a 1st floor room it was overall quite nice and quiet. The bar at the rooftop was nice as well. The downside is the bathroom, the door cannot be closed properly and needs to be fixed, the toilet seemed to have a slight leakage and the railing of the bathtub was loose which made it dangerous for my elderly mother to use. These general upkeep issues should not be expected for a four-star hotel honestly…
