I blindly picked this hotel for my trip and it turned out to be an absolute hidden gem – what a pleasant surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows that let in so much natural light. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was bright and fresh, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service throughout was impeccable. Jingjing was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, always ready to help with a gentle and thoughtful demeanor that made me feel right at home. The hotel's facilities and equipment are all new and comprehensive, making for a fantastic experience. The Italian restaurant served authentic and delicious dishes, and the breakfast was hearty and satisfying. The bar had an amazing ambiance, perfect for a relaxing drink. The exquisite afternoon tea at the 'Le Bar' was both beautiful and delicious, offering a leisurely and delightful experience. And the SPA provided professional treatments that were truly effective in relieving fatigue. This stay completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel boasts new facilities, a clean environment, and an excellent overall experience. The decor is subtly luxurious and stylish, public areas are high-end and elegant, and guest rooms are spacious. Equipped with smart devices, premium appliances, and exquisite furniture, the comfort level is top-notch. The hygiene standards are exceptionally high; from the lobby entrance to the guest rooms, everything is spotless with no overlooked corners. The bedding is soft and clean, the bathroom is well-separated (wet/dry zones) and free of odors, and the toiletries are of good quality. The gym equipment is brand new, and the kids' play area is clean and safe. Everything is well-maintained, and attention to detail truly reflects quality. Highly recommend!

I was a bit worried it would be old-fashioned when I booked it, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived! The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was decent with a good variety. My only real complaint was the bathroom, but overall, it was great.

My family has arrived the resident around 1240hrs which is much earlier than official check in time. However the counter staff was attentive whom has surprisingly offered to us with instant FOC upgrade from 2 rooms to 3 rooms unit and allowing us to move into unit immediately. It is located at 29 highest floors end of corridor corner unit. The viewing angle has 2 sides of street view instead of normal single side. One side of it is able to see Pearl river.😍😍It also just few walking steps to restaurant for breakfast or afternoon tea and gym are situated on the same level 😘😘 The pros 👍👍: 1. Great interior design with cosy ambiance. 2. The building security access is enhanced for guests safety. 3. In-room clothes washer with dryer and detergent was provided. 4. Breakfast with ample choice and perfect coffee served. 5. Daily housekeeping. 6. The food delivery is using robot to transport from L1 to guest room. The cons😩😩: A. The kitchen is empty without any cooking wares. B. In the late night some wired knocking noise from ceiling. C. The water pressure is low. D. The afternoon tea is served with very limited items. E. The guests have to alight along the road side without any shelter if bad weather. F. The Didi and Baidu app unable to locate J Resident which has to enter J Mansion (J 公館) G. The wifi is very unstable and easy disconnected. H. The double bed in each bedroom is only fitting for 2 small body sizes guests to sleep on it.

The Garden Hotel Guangzhou truly lives up to its platinum five-star reputation, exuding strong Lingnan charm! The lobby murals are stunning, and the 18-meter waterfall in the backyard is like a 'hidden paradise' right in the city center – perfect for photos. The guest rooms are retro yet comfortable, with excellent bedding. The service is attentive and thoughtful. Its location right by Taojin metro station makes getting around incredibly convenient. A perfect experience!

What a fantastic experience! This hotel is perfect for families, offering both a kids' paradise and a stunning sea view. Choosing Hengqin Bay for our family trip was absolutely the right decision! The lobby is grand and impressive, but the real showstopper is the vibrant red glass coral sculpture 🪸. It's so ocean-themed that my child was instantly captivated and immersed in the vacation spirit. We booked a sea-view room, which was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The balcony directly overlooks the ocean 🌊, perfect for watching the sunrise and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night. The bathroom was well-equipped for a relaxing soak, and the complimentary bath salts were a thoughtful touch after a day of fun 🛁. The hotel facilities are incredibly comprehensive: the Waterpark's slides and wave pool were a huge hit, and the Flamingo Garden and Dolphin Pool were also very entertaining. Plus, there's a beach and a kids' club. You could easily spend a whole day just enjoying the hotel, even without visiting the main theme park 🐬. There's even a daily boat shuttle to the park's pier, which adds a special touch. For dining, the hotel offers various options. We tried the buffet, and it was incredibly diverse, with the dessert and fruit sections being particularly popular 🍰. What's more, there were interactive mascots in the restaurant, making for not just a satisfying meal but also lots of lovely photo opportunities 📷. Overall, I give this a five-star recommendation! The service, environment, transportation, dining, and child-friendliness are all outstanding! If you're planning a trip to Zhuhai's Chimelong, this hotel is definitely worth staying at for two nights or more!

The entire hotel really showcases a lot of thought and effort in its design, especially with all the small details – you can snap a great picture almost anywhere. The butler service was excellent and very attentive, and all the staff were proactive and welcoming. Our room overlooked the pastoral scenery through a full-length window, making it incredibly comfortable and airy. However, due to the overall design style, there's nowhere to hide or block views within the room. If you're not a couple, this might be a bit inconvenient. A small suggestion: adding blinds to the toilet and shower room doors would be helpful. Also, it would be great if some soft cushions could be provided in the cabinet for the tatami area, available for guests to use if needed. If you're looking to escape the city's hustle and bustle, this is a wonderful place for a getaway. On clear days, you can catch beautiful sunsets, and at night, you can look up to a sky full of stars and fall asleep to the sounds of nature. Just a heads-up: the pool wasn't open yet during our visit, and you need to communicate with the butler in advance to use the public hot spring area. The restaurant serves excellent new-style fusion cuisine with a farmhouse flair, and the butler will arrange everything perfectly for you. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance!

The room was okay, but what bothered me was finding a hole in the bath towel after showering. I've reported it to the hotel and hope they improve their linen checks. The breakfast, served from 7 to 11 am, was standard fare with noodles, rice vermicelli, eggs, and congee. However, I noticed the small persimmons at breakfast weren't fresh. I'd suggest the hotel not serve items that aren't up to par, as it can negatively impact the customer experience.

Another Fabulous stay, from start to finish. This hotel is becoming a second home in Shenzhen! It was not my first stay at the Shangri-La Luohu, and it will not be the last. I missed the pulse and liveliness of the marketplace at Shenzhen port, and the Shangri-La is perfectly located for an incredible stay. It’s a friendly place to stay with the warmest of welcomes. The Shangri-La reception team shared helpful suggestions on where to go and how to get there, suggestions that made a difference. The room standard has been consistent. The city view room was bright, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The amenities are fantastic with a well-kept sauna and jacuzzi. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the team who were a pleasure to chat with and get to know. I hope the weekend brings you a lovely moment in your diverse neighbourhood :)
