SSiyueqingchengExtremely satisfied! Although the price was a bit high, it was definitely worth it.
First, a special thanks to the short-haired female supervisor at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, patient, and thorough, answering every question we had. My daughter carelessly lost a jacket, and she actively helped us communicate and search for it, and it was eventually found (girls love beauty, and her favorite cosmetics were inside). Other hotel staff were also very welcoming; every staff member we encountered during our stay was able to answer our questions and seriously respond to all our inquiries.
Second, from the moment we entered the resort's reception center, there was always a dedicated hotel staff member guiding us. The most convenient aspect was that, apart from occasional self-funded activities, almost everything else had a dedicated guest channel. When you see the long queues of tourists at the actual sites, you'll realize how friendly and necessary this service is. It saves you a lot of time to enjoy other activities.
Then there's the dining. All three meals were included, and they weren't just some perfunctory, unknown drinks. The main dishes were also very diverse and abundant.
After a day of fun, you could return to the hotel and relax at the bar, enjoying free-flow drinks with a live musician.
Finally, the room wasn't huge, but it was compact and tidy. I had also looked up other hotels in the area at the time, and this one felt excellent. The evening party and fireworks on the island created an amazing atmosphere. Due to the weather, we couldn't experience stargazing in the desert or the sunrise over the sand dunes, or the desert hiking with sound, which was a slight regret.
If our later itinerary hadn't already been fully booked, we definitely would have stayed at this hotel for another two or three days. On the first day, we played at Xiansha Island, and on the second day, Yuansha Island.
In a word: Worth every penny. If your budget allows, I highly recommend this hotel.

The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was a thoughtful gesture and made a big difference. It was the last stop of my trip, and after spending the previous night in a hotel deep in the grasslands where I barely slept because of the noise and late-night celebrations, having a spacious and quiet room was exactly what I needed.
The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the hotel was also very accommodating with a late check-out request.
The location is another major advantage. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the airport, making it an excellent choice for both arriving and departing travelers. It's also only about a 20-minute Didi ride from the city center, so it's easy to explore local restaurants and attractions.
The hotel sits next to a horse racing track and is close to the grasslands, making it a great base for discovering the area. Depending on the season, you may be able to watch horse races, while the nearby grasslands offer plenty of activities such as horseback riding, seeing local farm animals, and exploring the beautiful scenery.
Nearby the hotel you can easily find bicycle rentals area, including both regular and electric multi-seat bikes, which are a fantastic way to experience the grasslands.
One thing I realized after my trip is that I would actually recommend staying in a comfortable hotel like this rather than spending the night in accommodations deep in the grasslands. You can easily take a day trip to enjoy all the natural attractions while returning in the evening to a much higher standard of comfort and service.
The hotel itself is very large and feels more like a conference center, with five floors and plenty of rooms. There is also a small convenience store on the ground floor for snacks and essentials, as well as an in-house restaurant, making everything very convenient.
The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The carpeted floors provide excellent sound insulation, and everything was well maintained. Compared to other hotels I stayed at in the higher-altitude grasslands, this hotel offers a noticeably higher standard of accommodation and a much more relaxing experience.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The excellent service, convenient location, comfortable rooms, and easy access to both the airport and the grasslands make this hotel an outstanding choice. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

We had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to one of the owners who went out of their way to organize activities for us and made our experience truly memorable. The dinner and show were fantastic—featuring original-style Mongolian traditional dance and singing that felt authentic and captivating. Both lunch and dinner were excellent, and we were especially impressed by the Lamb Bao served at breakfast. Overall, the service and warmth from the people were genuinely good.
That said, all the costs were quite expensive compared to what I'm used to after living and traveling in China for more than 10 years. I would recommend the horse riding off the main area, as they suggest, but the Happy Ranch was not that fulfilling—most of the rides and activities there weren't worth the time or money. That's an external activity though, so no discredit to the hotel itself. While we didn't end up using the actual amenities, the hospitality and cultural performance alone made the visit worthwhile.

GGuest UserAs the last stop of our Hulunbuir trip, this guesthouse absolutely exceeded our expectations! The owner was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room. The room itself was designed in a wabi-sabi style, with smart home features throughout, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. We slept so well, it truly rivaled many high-end hotels. Before we left, the owner even gave us a small gift. If we ever come back to Arxan, we will definitely choose to stay here again!

GGuest UserAs a long-standing business hotel, its location is absolutely top-notch, right next to Wangfujing Department Store and Wanda Plaza. Although the hotel is a bit old, the service attitude is definitely first-class. I highly recommend the breakfast – a wide variety of dishes and delicious, especially the Chinese stir-fries. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ordos.

TTuobuleWhy is this hotel rated so highly? I think it's biased; there are just too many problems! 1. They require a deposit, and if you don't give it, they lock up your slippers and the refrigerator. 2. There's no headrest, just a bump; who can comfortably sit there? 3. They take away your slippers, give you a pair, but won't let you wear them in the shower! 4. The space under the TV is too narrow; you can't put anything there! 5. They only serve shumai on Wednesdays and Fridays! 6. It takes over ten minutes to cook a bowl of noodles! Such a huge pot for just one bowl of noodles?! The service is also indifferent! I strongly advise against this hotel. I originally booked for two days, but I immediately checked out!

GGuest UserI really enjoyed the charming courtyard setting; it felt very cozy and comfortable to stay in. We drove all the way from Ulanqab, and as we planned to visit Lvshuiliang the next day, we searched for nearby options and booked this guesthouse. It's a traditional rural-style courtyard, very clean and well-maintained. There weren't many other guests, and the room amenities were quite comprehensive.

Lack of amenities, food, and transportation. Hotel was unable to find a transport for us that left us stranded, we had to find our own way out as it was located within the National park -private area . Food was supposed to be pre-ordered, we tried to add some extra dishes more than 5 hours before dinner, still cannot be arranged for. They arranged a private dining area for our family, however did not clean up from previous guests, there were storage of old chairs and tissue paper lying around.
Hotel has no other facilities apart from the room itself and the cafe. No pool, spa/sauna or facilitators
Overall the room and view was nice, but it can be accessible without the stay.

The room itself was well-equipped, clean, and the bedding was very comfortable, leading to an excellent night's sleep. The breakfast was rich and varied, featuring Inner Mongolian specialties like lamb offal soup, milk tea hotpot, and shaomai. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
