The room was grand and spacious, with a charming antique feel. It was spotlessly clean and free of any strange odors. The mattress had just the right firmness for a comfortable night's sleep, and the high-thread-count bedding felt incredibly soft against the skin. The breakfast spread was extensive and the views were stunning! Traveling with our 7-month-old baby, the hotel even provided a bed rail, which was incredibly thoughtful!

Before coming to Weihai, I did a lot of research. I initially planned to stay at hotels like Hanting or Atour, but many reviews were negative. Then I stumbled upon a comment suggesting that in Weihai, one should choose local brands, so I booked this one. Honestly, I was a bit nervous because of the low price, but it turned out to be amazing value for money! For a 400-yuan hotel, the service was exceptional, comparable to a five-star hotel. Special thanks to Sister Zhang Li and security guard Xiao Wang for their warm and thoughtful service; they even let us borrow sand-digging tools. The breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse. The hotel has three restaurants, making it a top choice for families with kids who don't want to venture out. Plus, it's right opposite Weigao Plaza, within walking distance to the beach football field, and convenient for getting to other places. If you're unsure about anything, the hotel staff provides very detailed recommendations. My kid said we should definitely stay here again next time we visit!

The service here has always been excellent, and my extended stay has left me with warm and lasting memories. Bailey went above and beyond, preparing a handwritten welcome card (with a beautiful butterfly!) and steam eye masks, along with an abundant fruit platter – it was a truly amazing and warm welcome from the start. When I switched rooms the next day, more fruit was discreetly added, a testament to their continuous care. Housekeeping would neatly fold my clothes and place them on the sofa, wash my used coffee cups, and even organize the cosmetics and my Switch console on the dressing table. I had several long stays last year, and each visit brought new surprises; the service level is undoubtedly improving. The breakfast offers a wide variety of high-quality dishes, especially the pastries, and I always enjoy the meat options. The hotel's dinner buffet is reasonably priced and enjoyable. In the afternoons, evenings, and during the 'blue hour' in my room, I'd peacefully watch the clouds drift by outside my window, a patchwork of light. Towards the end of my stay, I even began to look forward to that transition from daylight to dusk – as the view outside changed, my mind quieted down. You truly see the passage of time here.

I traveled to Jinan with my family this time. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to nearby attractions and shopping malls. The front desk staff, Gavin, was patient and meticulous, arranging rooms on the same floor for us, which was very convenient and offered a great view. Upon learning it was our birthday, he enthusiastically prepared a cake and birthday noodles, and even asked for our preferred delivery time. The executive lounge service was also excellent, with a rich selection of food and drinks.

This hotel is flawless. While the decor is about fifteen years old, it's very clean, and the mattress and pillows are comfortable. The service is excellent; they even bring takeout right to your room door. The hotel's BBQ is delicious (see pic 1), you can call and ask about it. For takeout, there's a place called Wang Ji's Crispy Meat Flatbread that's really good (get the meat flatbread with tofu pudding). I found Fu Guozhuang's mustard chicken to be just okay. If you're visiting Weifang, you absolutely have to try the Chaotian Guo place recommended by Wu Lala – but don't eat their side dishes, they just serve leftover ones from other tables.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the location is super convenient for transportation. It's close to large shopping malls and various dining options. The lobby is warm and inviting, and I really enjoyed the pleasant fragrance. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any issues promptly. The breakfast spread is fantastic, offering a great variety of Chinese, Western, and local specialties. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Staying at Tsingtao Beer TIME COAST was an experience far exceeding my expectations, perfect for a family vacation with elders and children. The location is superb, right next to Golden Sand Beach Beer City, making it super convenient for beachcombing and strolls. The beer barrel slides and industrial-style sculptures within the park are perfect for photos, keeping the kids excited throughout our stay. We booked a family deck suite, and the ocean-themed soft furnishings were incredibly playful. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent. The hotel offers a ton of perks: complimentary craft beer and drinks in the lobby, free beer and popsicles upon check-in, and a fully stocked mini-bar with snacks. Breakfast offered a wide variety, catering to both the elders' preference for lighter tastes and the kids' love for desserts. The staff were gentle and patient, proactively helping with luggage and guiding us on sightseeing routes. They even recommended the Beer SPA, and the beer essence hair and body products were incredibly soothing and relaxing. Being able to enjoy the sea, explore the craft beer workshop, and savor beer-themed delicacies all in one place, without having to travel far, made it a one-stop shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment. The value for money is outstanding, and I highly recommend it to all families!

Traveling to Weihai, I highly recommend this store ～ Hebei people do not lie to the Chinese ～ The location of the apartment is superb, just inside the Xianghai Scenic Area, you can see the sea when you open the window, and walk directly to the sea. The scenery is amazing. Compared with the apartment that lived near Huoju 8th Street on the first day, this price-performance ratio was directly won. When I came, I found that Xianghai itself was enough to play for two days and the experience was much better. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, whether it is to drive to Liugong Island or Weihai City, it is very convenient. Weihai has a wide road, a large number of parking lots, a unified parking for 2 yuan an hour, and the apartment has its own free parking space. The first choice for self-driving stay is correct! There are also many choices for eating food. You can eat in the scenic area. You can drive to the town in a few minutes. The commercial street in the town is very prosperous. All kinds of food and daily necessities are available. It is super convenient to go shopping. The store service is particularly intimate and thoughtful. As soon as I checked in, the boss took the initiative to add WeChat and sent me his own exclusive play guide, including surrounding food, shopping locations, scenic spots and practical maps, which is worry-free and meticulous. The security of the community is strict and responsible, and the living is very safe. The room is spacious and atmospheric, equipped with two oversized double beds, the mattress pillows are soft and comfortable, and the sleep experience is very good. The whole house was cleaned clean, the hygiene was particularly in place, and the details were full. The homestay facilities are all available, disposable toilet pads, disposable bath towels, disposable tea cups and paper cups are all prepared, as well as washing machines, laundry detergent, a full set of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and even the tools for catching the sea are intimately prepared, and the supplies are very complete. The overall stay experience is full marks. It is the most intimate and satisfying sea view apartment I have ever stayed in Weihai. The environment is good, cost-effective, and convenient to travel. I drive to Weihai and close my eyes to the Xianghai!

Service: From the hotel staff to the restaurant waitresses, everyone was lovely and very enthusiastic. Location: It's in a prime spot on Torch 8th Street, very convenient. You can directly access Torch 8th Street from the hotel's second and third floors by elevator, so no need to climb hills, and it's great for photos. Room: We booked a sea-facing room, but trees were blocking the view, so we could barely see the ocean directly, which was a bit disappointing. You definitely need to stay on a higher floor here! And those rooms are even cheaper than ours! Cleanliness: It was just before peak season, so it was getting a bit crowded, and the cleaning wasn't as thorough. There were wrappers from kids' snacks near the sofa and some unidentified hair on the bed. If you like lively places, this is good, but if you prefer quiet, I'd suggest the Golden Sands area; it's less crowded and the hotels there are better. This place feels more like a guesthouse than a proper hotel. Overall, the value for money isn't great, so I wouldn't highly recommend it.

I chose this hotel for its amazing architecture and also because the interior design is by a Singaporean firm (yes, Singaporean pride! And yes, I’m the guest from Singapore). Qufu is a small town and the hometown of Confucius, and everyone has an endearing way of addressing each other as Teacher or Laoshi here, as 子曰：三人行必有我师 ie we can learn something from everyone. I dare say the JW Marriott is one of the best options in international hotels here aside from the Shang, but Marriott is more conveniently located to the Confucius Temple site and main tourist attractions. I love the 孔门豆腐 here; I had it twice during my short stay. There is a nice story behind the dish; let the server tell you about it. The one who served me was lovely. I asked her if I could record her introducing the dish; she was a little shy and said her Putonghua is not standard (yes, the local people talk with a thick Qufu accent, so if you are out of town, ask them to repeat to you slowly in Putonghua or use a translator), but she allowed me to record anyway. Charming place.
