XXingguangcunhashiqiBooked an Executive King room, but since it wasn't available, the front desk attendant kindly upgraded me to an apartment suite. What more could I ask for? Seriously, nothing but praise. The Executive Lounge's Happy Hour offers plenty of food; if you really try, you can certainly fill up. Normally, no one mixes drinks there, but I insisted and they made me a Gin and Tonic. A little later, I went back for another, jokingly asking if a Gin and Tonic was really that challenging. They relented and concocted a passionfruit-infused drink with tonic – I forget what liquor was in it – but it was sweet and quite delicious. They truly made something out of nothing, as all the colored syrups were gone. So grateful, truly grateful. From the living room, you get a panoramic, unobstructed view of Quancheng Square, and you can see the Guohua InterContinental across the way. I specifically checked at night, and thankfully, no one was flying drones, which is a HUGE plus. Breakfast had a decent variety, pretty standard. Besides their special omelet-wrapped everything, I highly recommend 'Bazi Rou' (braised pork) when you're in Jinan. The presentation is plain, even uglier than what you'd find at Chaoyixing, and it comes in small pieces, but the flavor is spot on – absolutely delicious. In the suite, they provided a bunch of random samples – all the toiletries were miniatures. I looked them up and they were Acqua di Parma. I didn't recognize the brand, so I just took them all home. Before leaving, I even called housekeeping to request another set. We Shangri-La members are basically beggars, after all. The pool was also excellent – clean and not crowded. Swimming next to the 'Eye of Quancheng' really is a unique experience. The sauna and steam rooms were also well-maintained. Right across from the hotel is Jinan's traditional CBD (though there's a proper, newer CBD now, quite far away). I recommend crossing through the Hang Lung Plaza opposite, and just a short walk away, you'll find Yanxi Tang, whose scallion oil carp was unexpectedly delicious. Finally, I'd like to give a special shout-out to two staff members: Niki at the front desk and He Mengyao at the lounge. Thanks to their professional service, our trip concluded perfectly. We will definitely be back.

ZzzleonThe room was spacious and quiet, and the environment was clean, typical of an established five-star hotel. I woke up early and went for a swim in the pool; it's 25x10 meters, with excellent water quality and a comfortable temperature. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. Perhaps due to the Spring Festival, it was extremely crowded, but the management was well-organized, with staff guiding guests to tables. I wanted to take two eggs for my child who was still sleeping in and asked a staff member for a takeaway box, but they didn't provide one, stating that my booking only included one breakfast and take-away wasn't allowed. I must have overlooked this when booking, so I can't blame them. There was ample parking, though it's quite deep, on level B4. The MixC shopping mall and May Fourth Square are just a convenient 10-minute walk away.

GGramco songwanQingdao Haitian Hotel receives a perfect score! My stay here was absolutely perfect, and I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's butler-style service. Communication was timely and efficient throughout, they were incredibly responsive to every request, and the attention to detail was thoughtful and thorough. It truly felt like a home away from home, making me feel incredibly welcome and warm. The special touch of finding local Qingdao beverages was a delightful surprise. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Third Bathing Beach and close to Badaguan. It's super convenient for seaside strolls and sightseeing, making exploring effortless. The room offered expansive views, was well-equipped, and exceptionally comfortable. Summer is peak season in Qingdao, and with its excellent sea views and prime location, I highly recommend booking your room in advance to avoid disappointment due to it being fully booked. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserLocated in Luozhuang District, the hotel is very grand, covers a very large area, and the hotel's interior is also quite high-end. I chose the Octonauts parent-child room, which is located on the 17th floor. The view is particularly good, the waiter's attitude is also very good, and the children's breakfast is free. The breakfast is rich in variety. I will come again next time I have the chance! !

MM599736****Five-star review! Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort is incredibly worthwhile. The room we booked was a delightful surprise. The balcony offers a direct view of Aoshan Bay, and watching the sunrise in the morning was absolutely stunning! It's just a hundred meters walk to the Ocean Bromide Salt Hot Springs, so you can enjoy both a relaxing soak and ocean views. The kids' water park kept my child entertained to no end. The window seats really set a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and even proactively upgraded our room. The service was attentive to every detail. This is definitely our top choice for a family vacation, and we'll be back next time!

HHenghengdaiwangBefore check-in, I didn't hear from the butler, so I proactively contacted them and added them to my contacts. I communicated my needs: 1. Baby supplies. 2. A simple arrangement for my birthday. 3. A clean and quiet room. Upon arrival, there were many people checking in. We were given a corner room on the 17th floor. The butler mentioned it had the best side-sea view. However, there was no special decoration in the room. An hour later, staff came to install a bed rail, deliver baby supplies, a balloon, a greeting card, and two eye patches. The staff delivering these items said fruit and cake would be delivered later or arranged by contacting the butler, but they never arrived. I asked if, given it was my birthday and I had a child with me (a double bonus!), they could arrange a small lion toy. They refused and told me to buy one on the first floor. After dinner, we returned to our room. The room next door was being decorated for a wedding. I knew the morning's wedding procession would definitely disturb our sleep! So much for a 'quiet room'! I called the front desk. After confirming, they moved us to a room on the 23rd floor in the same location, which meant another round of packing and unpacking. Once settled, the air conditioning hummed loudly like a blower. I had to call again. They said someone would come, but we waited for half an hour. A maintenance worker arrived with a ladder, fiddled with it for ten minutes, and fixed it. Moving rooms meant reinstalling the bed rail. More waiting. After waiting for housekeeping to install the bed rail, I reported a smoky smell, and they brought an air purifier. By the time we started getting ready for bed, more than an hour had passed since we first re-entered the room. I hurriedly took care of my child and gave feedback to the butler. She apologized and applied for a small gift for the baby. I thought to myself: What about my ruined birthday mood? I'm important too! The next morning, my child wanted to watch cartoons, but the TV's screen mirroring function had issues. It would play for a bit then pop up with a 'playback paused' message. After several repetitions, my child started crying again... The breakfast selection was good, and the taste was acceptable. They cleared the buffet at 10:30 AM, and we arrived at 10:00 AM, so I understand they wouldn't replenish items. However, someone should at least tidy up; it looked like leftover scraps.

AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and the staff was very nice. The hotel is located very conveniently. There were two rather glaring issues tho, which I have not experienced with hotels at this price level in china: 1. The shower did not have warm water. After asking the staff about it, they said it would be fixed by the evening. It was still not fixed by the time I checked out the following day, unshowered. The reason given was a burst pipe and I do understand that there can be issues that are just not solvable in a quick manner. But at this accomodation level it should've been directly communicated when staff became aware of it. The only thing I received is a sorry and a WeChat sticker. In the subzero winter no warm water is just a No-Go. 2. The breakfast was not good. The buffet was barely there: Some white bread with butter and jam (that had run out the first day I was there) and some sweet potatoes and boiled eggs. I attached pictures below. There also was a little kitchen that cooked wonton or noodle soup, which tasted okay, but on the first day it was incredibly crowded and chaotic. There was just a bulk of people in front of the counter and a single very stressed cook taking and cooking the orders. It took me quite some time to get food. On the next day I went earlier (8am) and it was not as packed (that's where the pictures are from).

AAnonymous UserBefore leaving Beijing, I booked the Nishi Haitai Resort Hotel on Ctrip. Although the online review was only 4.1, I still firmly chose this hotel. Later, it was confirmed that my choice was absolutely correct. The hotel is good in all aspects and must be given 100 points. 1. The hotel is in a good location. You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed, face the sea, blow the sea breeze and listen to the sound of the waves. The hotel has a private beach. The elevator goes to the B1 floor and you can walk to the lighthouse, Lily Bay, Children's Palace, Sakura Lake, Seaside Park, etc. along the beach. You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2. The hotel lobby is magnificent and unique, with the most distinctive various bear toys, which are posed differently every day. In addition, you can watch the sea from the public platform on each floor of the hotel, and there is a children's playground on each floor, which is suitable for walking babies. 3. The hotel has a variety of breakfasts, roasted tobacco potatoes, meat sauce buns, and fried dough sticks must be tasted, and different fruits are served every day. Lunch and dinner can also be served at the hotel, the dishes taste good and the price is reasonable. 4. There are churches, sun umbrellas, and rest cabins on the beach of the hotel, which is warm and romantic. 4. It takes 10 minutes by taxi from Rongcheng High-speed Railway Station to the hotel. I originally planned to stay for 3 days, but then I extended my stay for 2 days. I strongly recommend friends who go to Rongcheng to stay at Nishi Haitai Resort Hotel, which is definitely worth experiencing and you will definitely linger after the experience.
