The hotel is only 12 minutes away from the train station, that was important for me as I was arriving late and checking out early. Breakfast is truely amazing - has everything, you can have it inside or in the outside inner area. The room is very unusual and has this red light option.

Very good hotel in a top location. Very beautiful and clean room with a lot of space. In a few steps to the pleasant square and within a few minutes missing in the beautiful streets of Montpellier.

The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is very comfortable and it is very enjoyable! The breakfast is very good is complete!!

Brilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!

Excellent hostel, a bit expensive but really worth the money. All amenities were top notch. Very comfortable bunk bed with nice bedding. I was in an 8 person dorm but it was really a 4 person room since there were 2 rooms with a shared bathroom. Great location, close to the train station and not far away from the historic center. The common area was outstanding, spacious and well decorated. There was bicycle storage, and overall security was very good.

This is a beautiful hotel in the very centre of Tulouse, from which you can reach all the famous tourist sites on foot.  The friendly staff settled in the room as early as possible, you can also leave your stuff before settling and later. The room was small but comfortable. It had everything you needed except the teapot. There was a coffee machine with capsules.  This hotel can be boldly recommended.

Was up in NY for graduation ceremony with our family and had the double suite with a separate living room and kitchenette. Very helpful and pleasant staff, excellent neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. And washer /dryer available is a big plus

Small hotel, about 40 rooms A large and well decorated room And good spa area

The hotel is located in the Carcassonne Castle, next to the church, with a beautiful environment. It is a historic castle hotel. The navigation position of our Mercedes-Benz business car was a little off, so we parked in the riverside parking lot and walked to the hotel. The hotel then used a small car to pull the luggage to the hotel. The swimming pool is not open in winter, and you can hike in the castle in the morning. The hotel garden is very exquisite. Breakfast ends at 10:15, which is a bit too early for a resort hotel. Dinner requires reservations. We didn't make reservations in advance and had to eat outside. The hotel recommended a restaurant next door, a 5-minute walk away. The dishes were amazing and we had two meals in a row. We stayed in a family suite with a large bed and an 80 cm single bed. We stayed in 4 people, and the hotel added a single bed for us free of charge. The toiletries are all Clarins, the shower water is very large, the room is well heated, and the stay is very comfortable, which is very suitable for family vacations. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, and the castle black chocolate presented is also delicious.
