Rooms are very old, the swimming pool is closed, the room was not ready upon my arrival, and I had to wait to check in. breakfasts are varied and delicious the price is definitely too high for such hotel condition

The room was quite small. I've always stayed at the Imperial Hotel before, and this place clearly falls a notch below in terms of facilities and service. Plus, there's always a scammer by the entrance, pretending to read a newspaper. Every time we step out to catch a taxi, he tries to pull various tricks on us, even driving away our cab and insisting we go to a specific shopping spot. If you're just on a layover, you'd be better off staying at a hotel near the airport.

I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room was spacious, and they provided complimentary water generously. However, the elevator was very slow, and it took a long time to go up to the room. Unfortunately, the front office team was not helpful at all. I felt they were quite new. They arranged my car going to Taj Mahal 30 minutes late, and the front office staff insisted that I was mistaken. It was very frustrating because I had proof and a message sent to the concierge requesting the car at 5:00 AM. I ended up calling the Night Manager to report the issue. The saving grace was the hotel driver (Ardos—apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly), who provided excellent customer service. He was very good and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He is a wonderful staff member who truly goes above and beyond. He was very helpful and kind. Someone like him should be well taken care of by the management. Kudos to him!

They have both double and single rooms, and the location is very convenient for getting around. Plus, it's right near a commercial center with a Starbucks, which is a great option. And a big bonus, there's even a Chinese restaurant nearby with decent food.

I recently stayed at The Lalit New Delhi and had a fantastic experience. I chose this hotel primarily for its location, as it is incredibly convenient for attending events at the Indira Gandhi Arena. It saved me a lot of travel time and hassle. The property itself is grand and very well-maintained. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the city—it felt like a proper luxury experience. I was also impressed with the breakfast spread; there were plenty of delicious vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. The staff were courteous and efficient during check-in and check-out. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for luxury in central Delhi.

Convenient hotel for a stopover between flights, close to the airport. You can get there by metro (one stop, about 20 rupees) or by Uber for around $3. A taxi can also be arranged and paid for at the hotel desk, though it will be more expensive. The staff are friendly and helped resolve an issue with extending the stay. The room has everything necessary: a bed, air conditioning, and amenities. If you have some time, you can visit the outdoor pool. If you don’t want to gamble with the nearby scam hotels, this is a very good option, although the price is not low.

My wife and I had a short stay at this hotel. We ordered room service and Shalini, the person who took our order on the phone was very accommodative to our specic requirements at 10pm. Then came the most impressive Room Service ever experienced by both of us. Aditya, took so much of personal pride to layout the food and served us. Typically we are delivered a trolley with food inside and are expected to serve ourselves. But this wonderful young *** made our late dinner extra special. We skipped breakfast but had their buffet lunch. What a huge and appetising spread.... Once again, the service was as good as the food. Both exceptional !! Chef Sandeep specially attended to us. He saw that we had taken Saag (spinach) so he came around and said you must hv Makki Di Roti with your Saag. Within minutes, we had freshly made Makki Di Roti at our table. The person who served us at the Del restaurant was Nikhil. Very attentive, friendly and quick to serve us. Kudos to the hotel for infusing such a deep sense of good service and superb food quality. Essentially a business hotel. Efficient for short visits to the city. Be mindful of late night check ins to the property , you may find many cross roads blocked temporary by the authority. Food is good & hygenic and place is clean. well behaved staff !

It was amazing. The staff from the hotel was super helpful . My whole stay was undisturbed. Specially I would like to Thanks Mr Ashraf from house keeping. He is very nice person . Also I thoroughly enjoyed the Holi festival at hotel . Thanks to the hotel management team to organise sush a beautiful festival. Overall my hotel stay was amazing. I will recommend this hotel to everyone...
