整體入住體驗非常好。停車場有，而且是免費的。房間寬敞，床墊比較軟，衞生打掃的很乾凈。早餐種類還算可以吧。前台辦事很高效。離主要景區也不算太遠，開車十分鐘。

A very, very rare new hotel in Europe. It is right on the edge of the old town of Matera. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby. The parking was originally charged, but it was confiscated in the end. I don’t know if I heard it wrong or forgot.

Excellent experience overall! The lady at the front desk and the restaurant staff were incredibly polite (though there was an older gentleman at the front desk who seemed a bit cold, always on the phone). The hotel's location is superb and very convenient. We had a truly comfortable and pleasant stay. This really left a great impression of the country on us. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel but way out of town in a lonely industrial area, perfect for those with a car. Wifi in some rooms is quite disappointing too. other than that, modern facilities including swimming pool (closed in December obviously), ample car park, large bedrooms, and superb breakfast.

The best hotel I have visit for this trip. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Easiest way to reach hotel is to go to Matera Centrale via ferrovie train from Bari Centrale. Than a bus near the train station will fetch you the doorstep. Very efficient location.

The location is very good. The service is very good. Even if you forget something, you can keep it well.

The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. One minor downside was the cost of some extras, which felt a bit high. Additionally, while the cave-themed rooms are stunning, they might not be for everyone due to the unique layout and lighting. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unique stay in Matera.

Everything is good about this hotel. Breakfast is the best in my two weeks Italy trip. Just one suggestion: please ask for a shuttle at the parking if you drive to Matera. Otherwise it is hard to walk there with luggage and you will easily lost in similar small roads.
