GGuest UserThe purpose of my visit was to experience Petra. Overall the hotel was great. The staff were friendly and competent. The rooms were a little dated ( my window was making so much noise during a windy night) compared to other modern hotels like the W but having said this they were perfectly functioning and large. The food was good but not blowing my mind ( perhaps the menu can be updated as well). The location was very convenient to get to and from Petra with a free shuttle provided multiple times through the day. Considering the purpose of my trip, this was a great value for the price, location and helpful staff.

The Visitor Center (the entrance to Petra) is a 10-minute walk away. The only problem is that the hotel is located on a hill, so while the descent isn't difficult, the climb up is quite challenging. Taxi drivers charge exorbitant prices for a ride, even though it's literally a two-minute ride.
The hotel itself is beyond reproach. The room is spacious, with hot water and clean linens.
The room also has a kettle, coffee, tea, and water.
While I was walking around Petra, they made my bed and refilled the instant coffee bags.
The staff is very polite and pleasant.
Breakfast is varied, everything is fresh and delicious, and it's a buffet. No one pressures you, so you can eat as much as you want.
I highly recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserNice, slightly older hotel in a good location, right in front of Petra's visitor gate.
The gym is clean but a bit old and rather small.
Breakfast was okay.
The egg station is good.
The selection is alright.
Overall, it's pretty decent. However, the coffee at breakfast was undrinkable – I couldn't drink it at all. But then again, I'm spoiled, living in Austria next to Italy.

YYYSORGEThe hotel should have been acquired by the Crowne Plaza brand of InterContinental Hotels. It is right at the entrance of the scenic area, which is very convenient. Compared with the Swissotel across the street, the hotel's two restaurants are very good value for money, even cheaper than the tourist restaurants on the street, and there are no flies flying around. I recommend it. The hotel facilities are not new, but it is very comfortable and quiet.

GGuest UserThe hotel was a 5 min drive from petra away from the hustle. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Khalid the restaraunt manager he went out of his way to ensure we got what we needed.

AAya ReghifJ'ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce camp. Les propriétaires sont adorables, le service est incroyable, la nourriture est super bonne. J'ai pris une bulle avec jacuzzi, la chambre est extrêmement propre et très complètez, du frigo au sèche cheveux 😅 et pour l'utilisation du jacuzzi dès que j'en avais envie le réceptionniste m'envoyait quelqu'un pour l'allumer.
Ce camp se situe à 5 minutes en voiture de little petra.
Je recommande à 100% et j'y reviendrai pour sûr.

GGuest UserЭто просто отель мечты! Стиль, вид, чистота, еда, персонал - даже если очень захочется, придраться сложно! Отмечала у них свой день рождения - попросила помочь с поиском свечки, чтобы загадать желание в 12, так команда организовала торт и настоящее поздравление с песней! Точно тот отель, где относятся к гостям, как к дорогим гостям, а не просто очередным клиентам!
Из того, о чем важно предупредить - на ужине очень большие порции, мы взяли на двоих салат, куриный шашлык и баранину, в итоге с трудом осилили меньше половины) было очень вкусно! По завтракам - на второй день было мало людей, поэтому шведскую линию сократили, но при этом по просьбе готовили абсолютно все - от капучино на миндальном до авокадо-тоста! Особенно вкусные у них местные пирожки и все намазки! Из важных моментов - у нас был номер с видом на горы, но в этих номерах слышна музыка с лаунджа и бассейна, она выключается поздно вечером, но если вам это важно, возможно, имеет смысл взять номер с видом на город) а так - смело рекомендую! Точно тот отель, где сделают все и даже больше, чтоб помочь - сотрудник Хассан отдал личный штекер для зарядки, так как мой сломался, любую просьбу мгновенно исполняли и вовлекались! Однозначно вернусь)

LLars HaedickeRooms seemed freshly renovated. All was clean. Only the bed could have been more comfortable and comfortable. Breakfast was also OK for the 3 screens.
