Completely exceeded my expectations! The lobby decor is grand yet cozy đĄ, and the bellhop was super enthusiastic about helping with luggage đ§ł. The room's soundproofing was so good I couldn't hear any noise đ€«, and waking up to the morning sun was incredibly refreshing đ. Checkout was super fast, no long waits â. Highly recommended!

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! A staff member guided us through check-in, and I really appreciate the lady who assisted us â her Chinese was excellent. She politely helped us with our luggage to our room. The location is super convenient, right above a subway station, and there's even a direct bus to Kansai Airport. Staying at such a great hotel made this trip so much more enjoyable and relaxing, and it definitely made me love Osaka even more. Thank you, I'm very happy, and I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka!

đ **Stunning High-Altitude Views, Osaka's Nightscape at Your Fingertips**
The biggest selling point of this hotel is undoubtedly its high-rise location! All guest rooms are situated on the 16th floor and above. We were on a high floor, and through the room's enormous windows, the entire cityscape of Osaka unfolded beneath us. At night, the traffic lights on Midosuji Avenue looked like a golden river, and the distant Umeda Sky Building and Namba's high-rises glittered with lights. This feeling of being surrounded by the entire city was truly dreamy; I couldn't stop taking photos.
đ **Excellent and Convenient Location**
The hotel is located on Osaka's main thoroughfare, Midosuji Avenue. While in a bustling area, it offers a peaceful retreat. Transportation is incredibly convenient; it's just a 3-5 minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 13). Whether you're heading to Shin-Osaka for the Shinkansen or going shopping in Umeda or Shinsaibashi, it's only one subway stop away, or even walkable.
* **Shopper's Paradise:** Walk or take one subway stop to Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and Umeda Hankyu Department Store.
* **Daily Conveniences:** Downstairs, there's a convenience store (7-Eleven), a drug store, and many local ramen shops and izakayas, so late-night dining is never a problem.
đïž **High-Quality Accommodation Facilities**
The hotel's interior design is a modern, minimalist business style, very chic. The lobby is on the 15th floor, serving as both a reception area and a sky lounge with expansive views.
* **Room Amenities:** For its class in Japan, this hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms. There's plenty of space to open up suitcases. The attention to detail is excellent; in addition to standard toiletries, they even thoughtfully provide a hair straightener/curler, which is a lifesaver for women! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the shower pressure is strong enough to wash away a day's fatigue.
* **Executive Lounge:** If your budget allows, I highly recommend booking an executive floor room. The private lounge on the top floor offers unparalleled views. The afternoon tea desserts and happy hour cocktails are of high quality. Watching the sunset here while waiting for the night view creates an incredibly atmospheric experience.
The lobby and exterior of the hotel are very atmospheric, and you can also enjoy the sea view of the pier outside. The room interior is quite basic, and the facilities didn't feel particularly new. For 1200, I had high expectations for a themed room, but was disappointed upon entering. It's very close to the film studio.
The food at the hotel isn't expensive; I think the noodle and fried rice set for 56 RMB, and the beef bowl for 56 RMB, were the best I had in Japan.
I recommend going to the lobby for photos and dining, and staying at a cheaper hotel nearby. The last four photos are from the film studio.

An absolutely wonderful Japanese hotel experience. The lovely lady at the front desk, who spoke Chinese, kindly explained how to use all the hotel facilities. The onsen (hot spring) was definitely the biggest highlight; a soak in the evening really helped to relieve the day's fatigue. The ladies' room was especially thoughtful, equipped with a vanity mirror and a curling iron. It was very quiet, and the room was clean too.

The hotel is very spacious with nearly all-day lounge to hang out with snacks and drinks as the key signature. The staffs are all service-minded and friendly. The public bath service is also the great facility I have enjoyed as well. The location of hotel requires you to walk moderatedly from the Osaka station, yet the hotel location itself is surrounded by metros, convenient stores, drug stores, and restaurants.
Love it!

The hotel room wasn't as big as I'd imagined, but it was larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, fitting two suitcases comfortably. The front desk staff generally communicated well in English, though they occasionally misunderstood requests. The hotel breakfast was excellent and unique, with a wide variety of delicious options. Downstairs, there's a Hanafru dessert shop where you can enjoy parfaits, and a Michelin-starred unagi restaurant, âTakeyatei.â It's about a 15-minute walk from Shinsaibashi, which is quite convenient overall. The only downside is the noisy biker gangs that cruise the Osaka city center at night; even the hotel's soundproof windows couldn't block out the noise, so earplugs are recommended.

Great location! It's only 350 meters from Daikokucho Station (Exit 1). You can take the red line just one stop to Namba Station, or easily take the red line to JR Tennoji Station to catch the Haruka train to the airport. There are many delicious restaurants nearby; just cross the street in front of the hotel, pass Lawson, cross another street, and walk about 200 meters. There's even a sushi place! The hotel is clean, and you can store your luggage if you arrive before check-in or if you check out early and want to explore before picking up your bags. The staff are foreign but very professional and friendly.

Very satisfied! The sun shining through the window was so warm. There's a supermarket downstairs with a good selection of items, and a 7-Eleven nearby which is really convenient. It's also pretty close to the subway. I'll definitely come back next time!
All staff understand and speak simple English which makes communication smooth
â ïžOnly one staff we met at the main entrance of hotel she was rude ( I think she was handling the free shuttle bus and when we ask where the bus going she refused to answer and chase us away đ€·đ»âïž)
Oh and the Room Cleaner can understand English too and is very polite and friendly đ

Great
The most beautiful ryokan we stayed at in Japan. The dinner was delicious. The room was gorgeous. The staff were excellent. I spent my birthday here and the hotel staff shuttled us to and from Harvest Hill. It was amazing to have such thoughtful and helpful staff, they made my birthday the best one yet! I wish I could've stayed longer!
We stayed here for one night as a family of three while on vacation with our kids. The Japanese-style room is great and suitable for the whole family. The hot springs are very comfortable and the children had a lot of fun. The hotel provides shuttle service to Yao Kintetsu, which is very convenient.
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Very considerate and respectful. Small rooms, but the beds are extremely comfortable. Easy checkin and check-out. Great location near the train station.
