The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi ! We are fully satisfied with our stay. When you leave the station, don't rely on Google Maps for directions as it might send you on a long detour. Instead, just turn left and the bus stop is right there. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, and they even offer hot spring services, which is a fantastic perk! The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

Old and famous ryokan in town, with old and very nice Japanese garden with its own history. This hotel provide a very large outdoor public hot bath pond which both men and women could use together. Nearby the hotel is a drainage canal with cherry blossom trees along both sides made a wonderful view.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Ichibata Railway Shinjiko Onsen Station, only two or three minutes' walk away. It is very convenient to take the Ichibata Railway to Izumo Taisha Shrine. The hotel rooms are large, clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very good, including seafood bowls. The hot springs are also good and the baths are very comfortable.

The building is old, but it looks like it has been renewed. Some rooms may not have a good view on the window side. I feel hospitality with origami. As for the meal, the quantity and quality are satisfactory. There is no particular problem with customer service.

All amenities are available and you can have curry and rice in the morning. Local fruits were also sold in the purchase space! Shine Muscat (about 20 〜 30 grain?) is a break of ¥ 300! !! !! This was really sweet and exquisite again! !! It was the best because there was a sauna and an open-air bath 〜! I was fortunate to watch the local summer festival, which shows that everyone is very hard at protecting local cultural customs. Finally, I mentioned dinner. I stayed for two nights. The dinner was very exquisite, especially the dishes on the first night were very in line with our tastes, very good! !
