ホテルのスタッフも対応が大変良く、宍道湖側ではなかったのが残念でしたが、夕、朝のビュッフェの料理は大満足。立地も良く温泉も源泉掛け流しで肌もスベスベ最高です。またぜひ、宿泊したいです。宍道湖側で。

부모님 모시고 호숫가 전망으로 방 2개 잡았는데 깨끗하고 방도 커서 만족했습니다. 고층에 위치한 전망 온천도 좋았는데 노천온천이 없는 점은 좀 아쉬웠네요. 조석식 포함으로 가성비 좋아서 추천합니다

酒店位於宍道湖邊，部份房間能外望湖景，酒店大堂非常大，設施新淨，職員服務佳，停車場大，雙床房空間夠，惟洗手盆設於走廊內，會嘈醒未瞓醒家人。另早餐可有改善空間。

旅館很新, 我們入住湖景和洋房(二床+塌塌米), 四人略顯擁擠, 但落地窗搭配宍道湖風景, 值滿分!
旅館的一樓大廳很大, 很新, 陽光滿溢, 但不太常遇到服務人員, 行李需要自己拿推車然後歸還到一樓定點. 建築設計上有點奇怪的是沒有大門, 有一個小門入口, 以及兩個側門. 開始有點找不到入口. 住客停車需要付費比較奇怪(一日500日圓, 票卡務必拿給櫃檯過磁)
頂樓公共浴池不錯, 設施很新, 空間大, 景緻好, 溫度適中. 我們很喜歡房內所附的休閒服(非浴衣, 是黑色的上衣+褲子), 可以穿去泡湯, 也可以穿著入睡很舒服, 但不能穿去一樓公共區域及二樓餐廳.
我們在聖誕節期間入住, 只有自助餐廳可選擇, 早餐很好, 菜色選項不是很大量但做得很精緻美味. 須注意飯店周遭餐廳很少, 若入住於此, 若不想在二樓吃昂貴的自助餐廳, 最好在行程中途用餐完再回到旅館.
