"It's a short walk from Matsue Station. The location is good. There is a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was buffet style, but it was neither good nor bad. The only thing that tasted decent was the corn soup. I stayed at Matsue Terrsa to go to a concert. The bed springs were too hard for me, though."
