Old hotel with average service, it's main function is to serve as a convenient location if you have to catch an early flight. The room is comfortable, but if you book the cheaper rooms they will send you to another wing, difficult to carry heavy luggage up to the rooms as the pathway to get there from the lobby is not well arranged with steep ramps.

I was a bit hesitant when booking this hotel, wondering if it would be noisy being on the street. It turned out to be not noisy at all, as the hotel has two layers of windows, and when they are closed, you can hardly hear anything outside. Transportation is very convenient; it takes less than half an hour to get to Constitution Square on Line 2. The room was very clean, and the sheets were changed every two days. The air conditioner can be set to cool or heat. It is easy to adjust and the noise is very low. The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast, which you can order from the menu, with a variety of flavors. The hotel restaurant is good and affordable, and no tipping is accepted. It would be perfect if the shower water temperature was more stable.

The lady at the service desk received me very patiently. The room was very clean and big enough, the facilities were complete, and the network was very good. Unfortunately, I didn't book more time. I will give priority to choosing here next time. ~

It was a superb experience staying at this hotel. Almost everything is perfectly done and I was amazed from the front desk, the cafeteria, the rooms, breakfast services and choices of food. I experienced great hospitality comparing to other hotels nearby. I told my friends in New york and California to book at Zocalo Central hotel if they are visiting Mexico city. The centro historico is a great location where the hotel us located. See you again. Thanks Zocalo, you are amazingly one of a kind place to stay away from home.

A bunch of black people are making a lot of noise every night. There is a place to eat upstairs and they dance until 12 o'clock! Please, this is a hotel.

The overall facilities are good. It is in the old town, quite close to the police station, and the security is OK. The breakfast is also good.

there were bedbugs in the room. The hotel itself is clean but with bedbugs. Close to the center. We had to fight for breakfast. I have it included, they don't. The first day I spent a long time figuring it out. The breakfast itself is meager. 1 glass of orange juice, a choice of sandwich, eggs and pancakes and coffee. This is not a buffet!

It's not a quite nice experience living there. Can you imagine a 4-star business hotel unable to provide WIFI service during the entire SUNDAY? And the front desk said they can do nothing about that situation. Unbelievable! Besides those, it's an okay choice for biz trip.

The hotel is only across the road from the exhibition hall, which is very convenient. The surrounding office buildings are relatively concentrated and the environment is better! The hotel service staff are very polite. Highly recommended for short-term business trips.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

XXMGSKKThe hotel is located in the downtown area. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are many choices. There are many bars near the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this location if you are traveling in Mexico City. The hotel is good overall. The facilities are not very new, but it meets the needs overall.

Ffapp7To get to the hotel in T1 you need to go to gate 8 and go up the escalator. Although it says Radisson (or other hotel chain) it actually takes you to this hotel. By the time I arrived to Mexico City, the internal transfer train from T2 to T1 wasn't working (it is currently under maintenance). I am not sure if the hotel has a shuttle bus but at the airport they indicated me to take the ”red bus”; it charges 25MXN per person but then I learned there was another bus next to it that takes you for free to T1. The room itself was fine, although it had certain Indian smell, not sure if from previous guest or the lotion they have by the sink. I spent only one night there due to late arrival and early next day flight. Although I checked out very early, they managed to prepare the breakfast for me. The chicken sandwich was a blessing in my next flight. 2 things that were not so great: One of the 2 elevators to get to the lobby from the airport were not working properly, aways getting stuck at the lobby floor. In the room, the curtain was not closing entirely, and the bright white light of the airport was easily entering in the room (I am not sensitive to light to sleep but some people may). I would recommend this hotel if you were just sleeping over for the night. There is nothing touristic around, but the airport offers you plenty of food options nearby the hotel.

GGuest UserEverything was fine though the shower was from iceberg cold to barely warm, no where near hot. A hot shower is one of the more important details for a hotel room, especutan executive hotel. I took a shower around 10 pm, and another at 4:45 am and both showers were at the same cool temperature despite the water temperature being at the hottest faucet setting. The bed was comfortable, the air temperature was exactly what we wanted, the little coffee packet was fine, the mini fridge was cold, the water pressure was good, the Internet was fast enough, and the TV screen was large(60”?). There were plenty of things that were good, but we really wanted and expected a hot shower, especially given the price of the room. (Room 105) We didn't have time to mention the water temperature as we were on a tight travel schedule. Nonetheless, a hot shower is an obvious expectation for an executive hotel or even lower end hotels and motels.

RRon96The lobby sets the tone with its quirky, colorful decor—think neon lights, geometric patterns, and local art celebrating Mexican culture. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the friendly, bilingual staff, who offered quick recommendations for nearby tacos al pastor (a must-try!). The vibe is modern, youthful, and unpretentious—perfect for millennial travelers or families looking for a fun, hassle-free stay.

GGuest UserSome young waitresses are not so friendly to customers and always seem a little impatient. I hope that the relatives, friends and parents of this waitress will encounter more warm, generous, patient and meticulous good services when traveling abroad.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants of different flavors, and the streets are beautiful, which is very suitable for eating and shopping. The room is large, the hygiene is good, and the doorman is very nice (I forgot to tip...). The only uncertainty is that there is no air conditioning. I checked in in March, and it might still be a little cold at night, but I don't know if it will be a problem in summer.

GGuest UserAs you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous. We were upgraded to kingbed room. Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered. This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

Aaw.tripIt was very conveniently located just a short walk from Alameda Central. There was a taco shop right near the hotel, so I could easily grab some if I got hungry. The room was spacious and comfortable. Water was provided. There was no toothbrush. I didn't mind it too much, but the room? Or the TV stand? was tilted, and the drawers wouldn't close and stayed open. Also, even though I'd already paid online, I was charged for my stay there. Fortunately, they quickly refunded me after I explained that I'd already paid online. I was able to leave my luggage after checking in. Overall, I didn't have any particular issues.
