Excellent! The hotel boasts a fantastic location with convenient transportation links and a plethora of restaurants nearby, including several Chinese options. The hotel's own food selection is extensive and offers great value for money. Definitely a highly recommended hotel.

The biggest plus for the hotel is its location. The service is also pretty good and staff is friendly. But the hotel is rather dated. The carpet is old and worn. The AC is very load and we had to turn it off at night. The worst part is water- the water flow is so low it is hard to wash face. Another potential downside is this area is very busy at night. The music on the street can be heard from our 10th floor room. But if you come prepared with earplugs then you are OK.

Nice hotel, great location near the zona rosa, good food and friendly staff. We stayed 10 nights and have no complaints, will definitely be back.

A 90s style hotel, a bit oldish but services is good, staffs are all nice. Breakfast is good.
Party-music-noise overnight outside the hotel, better request a quiet room.

We like this hotel. Good location I. A good, safe neighbourhood beside the angel of independence statue. We stayed at the King size bed room on the 10th floor with s views of the city. And free access to the exclusive Brisas Business Lounge that offer fast check-in, concierge service ,specialty coffes and soft drinks all day and free breakfast and light dinner, snakes and an alcohol drink in the evening.
We had a little incident at the room but the staff was quick to fix it.

Good location. Breakfast is ok, however guests have to queue to get in the restaurant, as they check for each room in their system, if breakfast is included or not. Because of this, in peak hour it may be necessary to queue 15 minutes or more to enter the breakfast room. Providing guests with breakfast vouchers upon check in would be more efficient.
