The hotel is well, very beautiful, spectacular, and with many things close, the location is great if you want to travel all day or just 1 or 2 hours. The cleaning of the place is very good, you really feel in a comfortable place, and the rooms have a very warm decoration, which reserved especially had some notably old furniture, such as the deskchair and the toys face to the bed equal with notably old parts, but it is not a problem for the rest of the environment.
Let's talk about service... at reception are very friendly and careful, but room service is terrible, QRs are not very good, and although prices are regular, the room service time makes you better decide to eat out, The internet service is a little restrictive, as you cannot open gmail if you connect to your wifi, nor will it open the travel pages you used (as in Trip in my case), are completely blocked, leaving you with very marked limits for the Navigation. Your booking page had not my booking, so I couldn't access my service via the Web, and when I call, the waiting time was not really fast, I don't expect them to be locked up to the phone, but I also didn't expect to have to wait more than 5 minutes on the line to talk to someone.
In short, I recommend very much, if you want to visit and you are not dependent on the internet, you will be very well, if you are a technological nominee, used to managing everything by applications (efficient), better look for other options.
It's under renovation but everyone did their best at the hotel to make our stay comfortable.
It's generally quite clean, but it seems the shower wasn't cleaned very well or the same mop was used for the whole room. The shower floor had fluff remains or a little hair (not mine) every day.
Other than that, the rest of the bathroom was always clean which is important for me. The bed linen was fresh from the beginning and although the furniture isn't new, it was all that was needed and in decent state.
For a short stay it was perfect value for money an the staff service from reception, maintenance, and the drivers who take you around (it's hotel's courtesy!) made up for the little things that weren't perfect.
Service was impecable,I'm grateful.
It's quiet at night, the beds are comfortable, and the heating was working well.
Expect an older hotel, it's not sparkly new and fancy, but it's definitely covering 10% of all basic necessities.
Super awesome, I will continue to come next time.
The restaurant is great, the service is great, the network is fast.
Surrounding environment is safe, there is a big shopping mall downstairs
The hotel is a bit particular, wooden structure, indoor all-inclusive, like a Japanese version. Breakfast also has a sense of ritual, order, wait for 20 minutes to eat, eat and then sign the order. The little brother is handsome, but the air is gray.
I contacted the hotel before boarding, and they offer a free airport shuttle service. They pick you up at the airport shuttle bus stop; just give them a call. It's the perfect choice for a layover.
Hotel location close to the international airport 15 min by car. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and comfortable. 👍👍
But, you can't open the window in the room. That means there's never any fresh air, which is very noticeable>> a big minus 👎

The room facilities are very old and simple. There are no slippers. You have to bring your own toiletries. The air conditioner is quite noisy. The breakfast is OK. There are bread, fried eggs, and tacos. The juice is very good. The hotel is located in the city center and there are many restaurants around. You can order food in the hotel lobby, which is a little expensive and requires tips.

GGuest UserThis hotel was great and for thebawesome proce i got the customer service was excelent the room also perfect the food a bit pricey especially for the quality i recieved i paid 750 pesos for a individual pizza the crust was like cardboard and still cold a bit and cheese wasnt melted i sent it back and they didnt so much to fix it I also had some truffel french fries included in that price the coke was the best tasting item of the meal i went for breakfast in the hotel restraunt the next morning unfortunately the food didn't improve a ton but loved the staff and hotel so much i stayed and extravl two nights
GGuest UserThe price of hotels in Mexico has increased significantly. Except that it is more expensive than in previous years, there is nothing wrong with the hotel. The facilities and services are very good, and the breakfast is quite rich. The surrounding area is a little far from the shopping mall. Because it was night, I didn't go for a walk alone.
GGuest UserThe first day was nothing grateful, we had some disadvantages , but when we went to express it at the reception the younger made us room change and offered us a improvement, good attention of the younger q was at reception on 30 June as 11 a.m. and The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. And with regard to the app the app offered breakfast at a price and when we were in the hotel was another price, it would be convenient that the app trip.com change that information no longer q does not match the information of the.hotel.
GGuest UserThe room was large, with good facilities, but a little old. We called the hotel for a shuttle after leaving the Monterrey Airport, and they quickly arranged a large car for us that could hold more luggage. The service and value for money were really good.
