I was satisfied with the value for money. On the first night, the blanket had a slight odor. Also, if you're a light sleeper, the motorcycle noise at night might be a bit bothersome. However, the nearby restaurants and massage places were good. I booked this room for the Oslob tour, so it was perfectly adequate for that purpose. Breakfast was delicious. I also had dinner, and it was tasty for the price. The New York steak was great!

Locals told me this is the most luxurious hotel in Cebu. The opulent lobby and the kind, attentive staff truly impressed me. The view from my room wasn't great as there was construction (probably another hotel) directly across, but the room was cleaned beautifully every day, making my stay very comfortable. I was also very happy to have a bathtub, as hotels with tubs are quite rare in Cebu. This meant the bathroom was quite spacious. Although you could see into the room from the outside, closing the curtains solved that completely. The amenities were excellent, including toothbrushes, razors, combs, and more! I was also pleased to find body lotion. I booked a plan with breakfast included, and I'm so glad I did! There was a wide variety of dishes, and the menu changed slightly every day, so I never got bored. While some dishes had a strong smell, the taste wasn't bad at all. There are pools on the 4th and 5th floors, and the views were absolutely stunning, so I highly recommend checking them out. The pool on the 4th floor is smaller, but the panoramic views are fantastic for taking photos. The gym was also available 24 hours. If I ever go to Cebu again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. It was so wonderful that I didn't want to go back to Japan...

It was the BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BOOKED in my LIFE. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE. The room was so clean and the amenities is complete. Theres a beach 5mins away from here. When I lost my wash bag everyone was so busy looking for it until I found it. They are so helpful and I loved the experience here. If I will go back to Mactan Cebu I will definitely come back here. The price is worth the service. I also loved their buffet breakfast. I was so delicious and unique. All the restaurant is also very near walking distance so it was WORTH IT! Please keep up the good work. I am only sad that the pool is not available when I came here. Please make it available ASAP. We wish you well. I wanna invest in this kind of hotel too. Location is great. It’s near the airport, near the beach, many restaurants and convenience stores around. However the cleanliness of the hotel has so much more to improve. Pillowcases smelled used, so I had it replaced. The duvet cover also has some nasty smell. They do not clean daily. And when they do, they don’t replace towels. They are nice when I’m asking for assistance, but clean sheets and pillows should be a standard and I shouldn’t ask for it pa. Their pool on the third floor is not that safe for children, as some of the tiles are quite lifted up, and it could cause small cut if you’re not careful. But their infinity pool near the beach is great, it’s big and clean. However, water there is expensive, so bring some with you if you decide to go.

We had a pleasant stay at Henann Premier Coast Resort and truly appreciated the hospitality throughout our visit. One thing that stood out was how welcoming and friendly the staff were — every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly and made us feel comfortable during our stay. We also arranged the hotel’s transfer service between the seaport and hotel. Although the price is charged per person and may feel slightly expensive, the service quality definitely made it worthwhile, especially after a tiring journey. Special thanks to Garry for the warm welcome and assistance. I didn’t manage to catch the names of the other staff members, but everyone at the lobby area was very accommodating and professional. The hotel itself is in a strategic location, directly in front of Alona Beach, making it very convenient for travelers. The facilities were great as well — we especially loved the beautiful pools, including the rooftop sky pool with a stunning sunset view. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and we particularly enjoyed the salad section. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and suitable for a relaxing stay. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend Henann for its hospitality, facilities, and convenient location.

Perfect! This hotel is part of a chain, and all the Hennan properties are connected. The Alona branch is fantastic, with direct beach access right outside. The breakfast spread is amazing, and the buffet for lunch and dinner is also great. You could easily spend a whole day just enjoying the hotel facilities!

The room was clean, but it had a musty smell, so I wore a mask most of the time. Hot water was available at the sink, but the shower was mostly cold. The front and bell staff were friendly and pleasant, and the attached café was nice. But, the café is worth visiting as a walk-in, and I don’t think I would stay at the hotel again…

We had a wonderful 3-day stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The owner and staff are very accommodating.Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic 5-day, 4-night stay! The emotional value was off the charts. All the hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. We even got a welcome drink and ice cream while relaxing by the pool. In the evenings at 6 PM, there was a ceremony with a performance, which was wonderful. There's a Western restaurant where the pizza is delicious. They have a buffet in the evenings; the food wasn't spectacular, but it was convenient, and the atmosphere was great with live music. One of the guys in the restaurant was particularly nice. The breakfast restaurant also serves Filipino food in the evenings, and honestly, every dish was surprisingly good, exceeding our expectations. Of course, the prices are much higher than local eateries. For island hopping, you can directly contact boat operators who will pick you up and drop you off right at the hotel beach. The tide comes in during the morning, perfect for swimming. Around 4 PM, the tide starts to recede, revealing a lot of seafood, including many sea urchins. However, for swimming, I'd still recommend walking over to BBC beach – it's a bit like Boracay where you can walk quite a distance into the sea and it's still only waist-deep. All in all, our little one almost cried at check-out because he really didn't want to leave!

Very nice resort with a small beach, 2 pools and some restaurants and bars. Rooms are big enough, breakfast was delicious. You need to walk a bit to find if you want to find outside restaurants or shops. Approximately 30mins by Grab to/from the airport.
