We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Westside Manila Bay. The hotel was very clean and smelled nice as soon as we walked in. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The room was comfortable and well maintained. Everything felt organized and relaxing. Our family had a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again on our next trip. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We loved our room! The hotel was tucked away but it was easily spotted. The bed was also SUPER soft and comfortable along with the pillows. One thing that I always have to search for hotels is water heater in the bathroom, hair dryer, and of course air conditioning. Would love to book with them again with the same room!
Note: For future travelers, there is a fee for early check-in.
This hotel is incredibly close to the airport, right across from it. I stayed on the eighth floor, and the soundproofing was decent, but it couldn't block out the motorbike noise. The service was generally good. However, there was a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and the hairdryer's power was a bit weak. They offer in-room massage services, but you have to go to the front desk to pay by card immediately after your massage. The pool is shallow, with live music by the poolside, and it's quite enjoyable for a swim, but it closes at 8 PM, so you have to make the most of it. Also, despite being close to the airport (about a 20-minute walk), the pedestrian walkways aren't very convenient; you often encounter obstacles that force you onto the road. Taking a taxi would be a better option.
2nd time here at kingsford and now with our kids! 👧
Still one of the best hotel in pasay! We also try their free airport shuttle because on our check out time next is our flight going to Albay… They have great service and a lot of perks. definitely we will boon again here!
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful information about the hotel amenities and nearby attractions. Their professionalism made a positive first impression.
The hotel has an excellent location. They offer free airport pick-up and drop-off services, which is a huge plus. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food and is very convenient. Free breakfast is also provided. The only downside is that the air conditioning in the room is quite noisy. However, I noticed there were a lot of new air conditioners in the lobby, so I assume they are planning an upgrade soon. Overall, it's a great hotel for a layover.

We normally stay at this hotel for family staycation. However, this time, it was a bit disappointing. There were a lot of things that really made our stay not enjoyable.
1. Construction noise - no one informed us about the construction. Previously, front desk would inform about it upon check in and they also left a note in our room. But now, nothing. And as a person who works at night, i normally sleep in the morning til afternoon but we were disturbed by the construction noise.
2. Plates, utensils - if you want to borrow 1 set of playe, bowl & utensils, you have to pay Php150 per set, which is so unbelievable! Your room rates aren't cheap & you can't even allow your guests to borrow plates, spoons & fork, which are usually necessity when staying in a hotel. So we just went to the nearby Lawson & bouth 10pcs of plates, spoons, forks & cups for only Php80!
3. Parking- they said 1 room has an alloted 1 parking space but when we had to park, no more available space. You should prioritize your check in guests! And how come the parking is already full when you kept saying you alloted 1 parking space per room.
4. Missing chair- in the pictures, you will see 2 chairs but when we entered the room, there's only 1.
5. Old furniture- their sofa bed is squeekingly old, you can't sleep bec every move, the sofa bed will create noise.
Not worth it anymore. Their only redemptions are the king bed, free chocolates & nuts & nespresso coffee.

GGuest UserCheck-in: Fast, friendly staff
Room: Clean, comfortable bed, strong WiFi
Service: Very accommodating
Location: Great—near restaurants and cafes
Value: Worth it for the price
GGuest UserThe biggest highlight is the location. It’s right across from NAIA Terminal 3 via the Runway Manila bridge, which made arrival and departure incredibly stress-free. Being within Newport World Resorts also meant easy access to restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options without needing to travel far. The room was clean and well-maintained. It’s not very spacious, but it had everything needed for a short stay: a comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay. Service was efficient and polite. Staff were helpful, especially with check-in and basic requests. Overall, it’s a great choice for a short stay, layover, or business trip, especially if proximity to the airport is a priority.

__nonameatallWe decided to book a hotel near BGC for an event, knowing we would be staying out late. I'm so glad we found this place! It’s a very affordable hotel in the area that offers a cozy yet luxurious vibe.
The bed was absolutely comfortable. We booked a standard room, and it was incredibly budget-friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly and gave us the exact comfort we needed. Plus, the room size is just right for two people.
We stayed on the 6th floor, and guess what? The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making a hot bath so relaxing. The bathroom is also wonderfully designed, letting in plenty of natural light even without turning on the bulbs.
Their Wi-Fi is incredibly fast—highly recommended for anyone looking to stay and work! They also have an indoor restaurant that everyone can enjoy.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!
KKuku_TravelsMy stay at Valero Grand Suites was great, it has everything you need to make yourself feel home. I requested pan to cook breakfast and it was delivered immediately. But you can also get breakfast buffet at the hotel - if wished. The pool is on the 34th floor and the gym operates 24h. Staff were nice and friendly, location is very nice and easy to walk to greenbelt, ayala triangle park etc.

LLulu.MalaysiaWe stayed for one night during a transit stop before our flight the next morning. The hotel provided convenient shuttle services between the airport and the hotel, both upon arrival and departure. The service was efficient and made our trip much easier. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were satisfied with the experience.
RRenee AgnesStayed here with my husband since we had somewhere nearby to go, and overall it was a good choice. The location is very convenient, with lots of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. We had a car so it was easy for us to get around, but it might be less accessible for commuters. The hotel staff were also very nice and accommodating, which we appreciated.
On the downside, the gym and pool weren’t very convenient to access since you still have to go down to the lobby to inform them before using them. The shower temperature was also inconsistent and would suddenly turn cold even on a warm setting. What we enjoyed the most was the breakfast buffet! The food was super yummy and definitely one of the best for its price. Overall, for a hotel in a business district, it’s sulit and worth it.
GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and the security check at the entrance was quite strict. The bed was also large. Downstairs, there's a casino, and outside the hotel, there are supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The beaches in the Philippines are truly amazing; I've visited many times and will likely come again.
GGuest UserMuch appreciated the excellent service from the front desk to room service and we are most happy to all servers in the breakfast buffet area especially the two lady trainees, Katrina N and Erika O they will be a great fit and would be nice to be a member of your team.
