This hotel is amazing! The building was once a weaving factory (correct me if I'm wrong!) and they have done an excellent job turning it into a beautiful, functional hotel. We had a junior suite and it was huge. We didn't use the pool but the gym is very well fitted out. The breakfast buffet was excellent, so much choice. It's a great place to stay.

Room 3 oc. large, spacious. No refrigerator. The bathroom has some shortcomings, I think it was not cleaned enough because it is a little decreasing. The hotel smells of food, just smelled bad. Service is nice. At breakfast ok, everyone can find something for themselves, various cereals, milk, yoghurt, cheeses, raisins, bread, broth, broilers, sausages, suffocated ovens, pancakes, cup of coffee strongly medium. To Piotrovsky tram line 15 - it goes up to 40 min. from Kurczaki-Chojny stop. To zoo - tram 15 then move on e.g. 80A. Beside the hotel delicious pizzeria - Oliviaria.

The hotel is good, not far from the city center. There is a bus station downstairs from the hotel, but if you need to take a tram, you have to walk about 800 meters, which is a bit inconvenient. It's far from the old city, and it takes more than half an hour by bus. The environment downstairs of the hotel is very good, it is a big park. However, there is no convenience store nearby, making shopping especially inconvenient. Overall it is satisfactory.

The best hotel in Lodz is not an exaggeration. I think the hotel is already at a 5-star level. Opposite is the city museum of Łódź with only 12PLN tickets, and on the opposite left is a super large shopping mall.

Nice 3 star hotel in the middle of Bełchatów Town. Rally nice, calm, not so large hotel. There is a swiimming pool, sauna, bowling, bilard. Restaurant serve fresh , natural and tasty food. It is reqlly cheap, both the stay in the room and food. There is possibilty to arrange hudge conferences and meetings, even for above 1000 participants using the hall situated next by.

This used to be Hotel Trybunalski where we stayed in the past . After the Best Western taken over the hotel was totallly renovated and moved from the 19th century straight into the 21th! Typically BW standard but most enjoyable with great Service.

The location is good - a 15 minute walk from Fabryczna Station on ul Josef Pilsudski close to the Galleria Lodz Shopping Mall and Piotrowska Street. I stayed 4 nights during a trip to Lodz. The room was adequate - a bit noisy as it overlooked the busy main road outside, so I needed earplugs so I didn't hear the roar of traffic through the night. However, the WiFi was good, the room had a kettle, selection of teas and bottled water and the bed and shower were fine. The staff spoke good English and were mostly very friendly and polite. It's a budget hotel and I think I got what I paid for.

The hotel in genaral is pretty good, facilities on highest standard but... The air conditioning in rooms does not change a thing - it was extremly hot in the rooms - not only in ours (our friends on different floor on different side of the hotel had the same problem). Staff on the reception and room service were very polite but those and the restaurants were somewhow inpolite and unprofessional. Waiter in the ”fancy” restaurant treated us like a guests of second category - he had problem with everything and we had to wait extremely long for our dishes. Waitress in the main restaurant tried to take our plates while we were eating (asking if we already finished). This is pretty strange when you look at prices - it was very expensive as for such meals. The pool and the spa were great and especially the life guard who was extremely helpful (very nice older man).

We had a pleasurable stay at the hotel, location was perfect and amenities okay. The only thing that let them down is guests allowed to smoke within the premises. There were nights we had to open the window as smoke from other rooms was very strong in ours.

The hotel is in a great location in Centre of Lodz right next to 'Piotrkowska Centrum' tram station and had no problem getting a taxi from Lodz Widzew train station to the hotel. After checking in l was in total shock as my room was on the 5th floor with a city view also had fridge as the two previous Hampton by Hilton hotels did not. Had a king size bed and standard of the room is what you would expect to find in a Hilton Hotel l was so happy as my booking was for a 14-night stay. Happy to point out you will hear a rumbling noise as this is cause by trams crossing the intersection near the tram station and had no problem with sleeping at night. The city view was amazing the bed was comfortable and the room amenities were great as were the cleaning staff and breakfast was convenient. If you like shopping, you are in walking distance to Galeria Lodzka or catch a tram to Manufaktura shopping mall. Restaurants, Bars, Convenience stores, some of the best Street Art you will find is nearby great for photography. Could not believe how helpful the front desk staff were and at times went out of their way to help me which l really did appreciate so much as it did make my stay more enjoyable and another reason for a return visit.

A hotel focused only on profit and not on customer satisfaction! I booked a room for 1 night (payment in advance), unfortunately the next day it turned out that my destination in Łódź had been postponed for reasons beyond my control. I asked the hotel to move the date to another date or for a free cancellation or even a partial refund - no response. A company focused on profit of PLN 200 has just lost a frequent visitor to Łódź who could have left much more money in this hotel in the future. I will add that I monitored the availability of rooms and at the time I sent my request, all rooms on booking were sold out, so the hotel would have no problem reselling this room to someone else.

3 night stay with two other couples. Rooms clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and lovely pillows. Second time we have used and would definitely use again. Well located on Piatrowska. Secure parking for 50PLN (£10) per day. Fabulous breakfast with as much choice as you could expect. Lovely coffee machine which we always find is a good indicator of a hotel 😀. Very reasonable price with breakfast compared to other similar hotels in Łódź. Highly recommended for short stay!

I have been several times in this hotel for the good location very near to the city center but overall for the excellent attitude of the staff. I would like to congratulate the GM in the hotel Mr Daniel Dzierba for the great work already done in the hotel and training to his staff....All of them are well prepare to solve any situation to satisfy a demanding guest like me.

I felt very well in this hotel. Delicious and diverse breakfasts (such as home food) and dinners (BRAWO for cooks!!!). Active restaurant service is two and three in the room. The service may not include the coffee machine for dinner (the coffee is only for breakfast). Mrs. Margarita Szcherba from the restaurant room service is trying to pay attention to many customers without masks, receiving mostly unpleasant answers. Bravo, Mrs. Malgos for the courage! A nice restaurant service does not throw out late guests for breakfast after the time of spending meals! The rooms are clean, although it would be useful for at least an electric kettle if not a coffee/tea/coffee machine in bags (there are 2 bottles of mineral water and 2 glasses). Basen, jacuzzi, water bucks active REALLY from 14:00-20:45 (official 14:00-21:00). Sauna and jacuzzi outside, clean and active from 15:00-20:30. White frote sloths to rent in the reception after leaving the mortgage 50 zł. Mrs. Anna Batchka from the reception is trying to make customers happy- bravo! Beautiful views of the smoke-smoking power plant in Belchatow, but still very clean air. I RECOMMEND ALSO to families with children - will not be bored, there is a special room for children with a cinema screen and table games and gym. The hotel is known in the area as a good holiday base for weekends so there is a coffee queue for breakfast and private with music at night. Don't like coffee queue to choose your stay on the day
