The room is spacious and I got the room looking out at the clock tower. The car park is confusing actually. Service: the staff were friendly and supportive, but I expect a bit more professionalism to improve the experience. For example, when I booked the room, I was with my partner so I booked the room for 2. Afterwards he had to leave for a different place so eventually I stayed alone. I still don’t know what puzzled the girl at the reception as she asked for his ID card and I said no, he was leaving, I’d stay alone. Then she told me that I booked and paid the room for 2 people, yes, then what? The communication was not clear, I couldn’t understand if she was trying to tell me to change the room or not. My partner sent me off at the elevator and that was it. Amenities: great, well equipped as a standard Hilton Garden inn would be. The AC didn’t work well (or I didn’t know how to use it), and the fridge was warm so I couldn’t put anything in. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal.

We were staying in the king room. 2. I'm coming to this hotel, the design, size and especially the sea view is very good.. If you come with the esya, it may be a little difficult to get up. Because the hotel is a little up from the center ... We took breakfast in this marriage, but I found his breakfast very inadequate. It could have been more body, unfortunately had no cat.🙄 Within the bathroom, there isn't much material needed ... I prefer to have rooms and sea views again.

Everything is perfect except food (lunch and dinner) quality and taste! Rooms are very clean and professional personnels. Surely I will arrange another trip there soon

According to this price level, the rooms were old. Specifically, the shower heads were screwed, the waters were out of the edges instead of the holes. The overall cleaning level was also on the middle level.

The food and environment are satisfactory, very quiet, and the service is warm and thoughtful.

Stayed here second time, because we loved the hotel, the location and convenience of it. The front desk staff changed this year, and we were unsatisfied with the attitude of the old guy at the front desk with a moustache. We don’t remember the name. His way of talking to the returning customers is not tolerable according to my experience. He has a way of looking down. Apart from the one single staff, we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is plenty. One additional note, it seemed like they started to offer the hotel parking lot to not staying guests. So it is overparked.
