Good place to rest for the night while visiting the famous pamukalle. Very nice host by the name of Jos (pronounced as Josh). Breakfast could be more fresh in terms of the cold ingredients they use but still they do their best. Would recommend for anyone who stays here a night. Unusual that swimming pool is open 24 hours 😇

Nice thermal hotel - with thermal pools the hotel has many groups. Breakfast is ok. Dinner is limited choices. Nice swimming pool and hot thermal pools. Staff is courteous and friendly. I will come back again price is good.

The hotel was good with variety of food for breakfast. Very close to Pamukkale so it was a great location. Closed many restaurants. For the service, I personally think that the staffs were not so helpful compared to many hotels that we visited in the same trip. The price was also higher than other places. At least they could have ask if they could help with the luggage and led us to the room but they didn’t. Overall was just okay for me.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality during our short stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as we arrived earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which was kindly extended due to low occupancy. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the view was genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights was being able to see hot air balloons 🎈 directly from the hotel, which made the stay even more special and memorable. While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved to further elevate the property’s standards: 1. Food quality could be enhanced, particularly breakfast. Having a chef prepare options such as fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs would greatly improve the dining experience. 2. The furnishing and interior details would benefit from a light refresh to give the property a more refined and polished feel. 3. The sliding section of the property could be opened to enhance accessibility and overall flow of the space. 4. Adding a subtle room fragrance would create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere upon entering the room. Overall, it was a great and satisfying stay, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this place has the potential to become truly outstanding.

為玩透久已想往的棉花堡，搭機住在堡下鎮裏的雖不大但設施新又齊全的酒店，過道出口就是直通堡下門的大道，清晨出店就領略道旁眾多彩色氣球的騰空，數百米就到人稀即脱鞋上白色世界的下門，是最佳的拍照路線，酒店的的位置真是不錯。房間不大設施齊全，空調給力，熱水夠足，網絡挺順，電源插座多，十分方便，早攴特別豐畗，是我們多年旅行感覺最好的早餐！樓地衹三層且裝了十分豪華的電梯，感覺確實值得推薦的酒店！

This is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. The hotel also has a real hot spring for free, which is great. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Pamukkale scenic area. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the nearby hot air balloons from the window sill.

The hotel is a family business. The boss is a bit serious and not as friendly as the two nephews. Yesterday, I paid 208 first, and found 4 air conditioner units outside the window when I entered the room. The boss said that all the twin rooms were full. There were only king-size rooms facing the pool. Then I was given 101 family room, and we used the twin room. When I picked up the car in the morning, I found 8 air conditioners outside the window. If the glass was not soundproof, I think the boss is a bit mean. The breakfast looked full on the L-shaped table, but it was mainly vegetables and cheese. I could only eat biscuits to fill my stomach. Dinner was not a choice, so I had to settle at the hotel. A plate of mixed grill + a plate of baked vegetables for 1050 lira. What did I order in the comments that it was cheap? The main building has an elevator, the bath water is good, and the dog is very cute. To be honest

A very pleasant, fresh aparthotel in Pamukkale. A magnificent, huge room, beautifully renovated. Comfortable beds, chairs, and a sofa. The windows offer panoramic views of the travertines, and early in the morning, we were even lucky enough to see hot air balloons flying nearby – simply amazing! Breakfast is traditional Turkish, delicious, and filling. And I'd also like to especially mention the wonderful, responsive host – he helped us with everything, offered advice, and was overall extremely welcoming.

We booked a small room in Laodikya Hotel but it was clean and bright. The hotel is very conveniently located near the bus terminal as well as near the bus stop for the airport shuttle bus. The 2 front desk staff, Ones, and his colleague were very helpful in providing information on where we wanted to go. On our last day, while we were waiting in the lobby until our airport bus transfer, the staff offered to serve us tea while we waited. Also, when I had a sneezing bout, he quickly got me some tissue paper - very attentive service. Will certainly stay in this hotel again if we go to Denizli again.

It was a great hotel, especially compared to the surrounding accommodations. The help, service, food and hygiene were excellent. Unfortunately, the spa department left much to be desired, probably because it was run by an external party. Before the massage, the staff was friendly and promised a lot of good things, but afterwards the agreed amount suddenly turned out to be higher. In addition, I had to pay cash because the owner said he had to pay his staff immediately. I found this very unpleasant. The attitude of the owner after the massage was unprofessional and annoying, which really ruined my experience. Too bad, because otherwise the hotel was good.
