All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! Of anyone looking for hotel in Pamukkale, you will never regret choosing White Heaven.

The entire front desk and service staff were extremely enthusiastic: they helped us find a Chinese restaurant when we arrived late at night, responded to various minor needs, and provided us with detailed local entertainment guidance. They really made us feel at home. It is worth mentioning that the room is very large and comfortable. It is one of the most comfortable rooms booked by the Turkish group on Ctrip. The sanitary conditions are also reassuring. You can see hot air balloons rising from the balcony. If you want to feel at ease when you come to Pamukkale, they are a good choice.

It is very close to Pamukkale and a 10-minute walk to the scenic spot. There are few tourists during the off-season. The grandpa at the front desk helped us upgrade the room type for free. However, the bed sheets and pillows were not very clean. The bathroom was very old but the service was very good.

We really love this experience in Pamukkale, not only because of the clean and big room, and also the lovely treat from the hotel.
As we stayed here to spend our Chinese New Year's Eve, the host treat us some great wine and drinks. We can drive just 5 mins to Pamukkale which is really convenient. More importantly, the breakfast is wonderful, we enjoyed a lot! Thank you!
