"A decent enough place to stay, but it could well do with some renovation and care. The room seemed fine at first, but then you notice the smears and smudges on the surfaces, the chips and cracks elsewhere. Breakfast was mediocre at best. We only went on the first day of three. Internet was awful - three available connections, all very unstable in the evenings. The staff member who checked us in was great, very friendly, but following that the staff seemed most interested in their phones. Luckily the same enthusiastic fellow checked us out."

"This is a pretty big hotel, and there were a lot of Chinese guests. To my surprise, they even had Chinese food on the menu! The front desk service was excellent. They helped me book a birthday cake for my son. The hot air balloon activity they recommended, which I booked a day in advance, also went ahead as planned. The staff member was great; they were worried I'd be concerned about paying for the hot air balloon in advance and not getting a refund if it didn't happen, so they gave me a receipt and a guarantee for a refund. Really fantastic front desk staff! 👍"

"Despite accidentally booking the wrong day, they kindly provided a different room and accommodated my request. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean; I highly recommend it. It's a bit of a walk to Pamukkale, but there's a bus to Denizli on the street just below, so getting there and back wasn't a problem."

"My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale."

"We stayed for two nights in a family room at the hotel/guesthouse, with four adults and one child. The location is a 5-minute walk from the Pamukkale travertines. However, the room was very cold; even with the air conditioning on, it was quite chilly. There was a foul odor coming from the toilet, which was very unpleasant, and the toilet didn't have a shower. There was also a hot water problem. Honestly, I would only recommend it for a one-night stay, just for sleeping. It's not very suitable for longer stays."

"I want to begin saying that i did not choose this hotel as it was chosen by our travel agency. Let me start with the positive: the hotel has a beautiful view of hierapolis and the travertino pools, it is very big and has a nice outdoor pool, rooms are clean and staff is very friendly and efficient. Ok now the not so good: Hotel needs a renovation, rooms only have single beds, so for me and my husband they only moved the night table and put the beds together. The alleged pool with the water from the hierapolis is cold and looks like a regular pool, there is nothing special about it, the gym (if it even qualifies as a gym) has very limited equipment, restaurant is massive and i am sure it caters to many groups, so food is very average though lots of choices. Rooms have air conditioning which is a plus, though don't expect shampoo or good towels. We had a good time, but dont expect luxury."

"Great pool! And the dinner and breakfast buffets included were a nice touch but The thermal bath and sauna have seen better days. The hotel room are old as well. First night our air conditioning didn’t work and it was 40c outside. I complained but they did nothing. Second night they finally moved us to a room where AC worked. Overall not a bad experience but don’t expect luxury."

"A small traditional hotel, the owner is a small, genuinely friendly older gentleman. You enter through a path lined with green plants that are taller than a man, over a small garden and a marble staircase and come into a modern lobby. From there you go up another marble staircase and over another small garden. Traditional rooms, lots of wood, really heavy keys, wooden balcony, very comfortable, everything there and clean, simple and really old-fashioned, not a faceless hotel room like so many. Breakfast is served on the balcony or in the room on request. For individual travelers, not for people with special needs because of the stairs. For me the most comfortable accommodation of my bus trip so far."
