He told stories about amazing visitors he had, places to eat and visit and what to do in pamukkale. Definitely, i will recommend and stay here again!"

"Never use taxis arranged or recommended by your hotel. During my stay, I booked a taxi from the hotel to Pamukkale. The driver didn't take me to the official tourist entrance, but instead stopped in a dangerous area outside the site where touting groups gathered. After I got out, the driver handed my luggage directly to the group. Immediately, several burly men surrounded me, aggressively trying to sell me paragliding while verbally abusing me. Even after I repeatedly refused, they continued to harass and threaten me, demanding I cancel all my pre-booked itineraries and force me to join their tour group, creating a situation where I couldn't get my luggage back or leave without paying. As a lone foreign tourist, I was in an open area without any景区 staff protection, surrounded and verbally abused by several men. Fearing a physical altercation, and knowing that a standoff would mean missing all subsequent bus trips, I was forced to pay 600 lira to get my luggage back and ensure my safety. Ultimately, I was unable to enter the Pamukkale scenic area and had to urgently take a taxi to the Denizli bus terminal, rendering my pre-planned itinerary completely useless. It can be confirmed that the hotel's partner taxi drivers have a deep-seated collusion with touting groups outside Pamukkale. The hotel failed to conduct any risk assessment of its partner vehicles, indirectly placing tourists in a dangerous situation of being surrounded, verbally abused, and coerced. While the hotel's facilities themselves are not obviously defective, the shuttle service poses extremely serious personal safety risks. Tourists planning to visit Pamukkale must book their own licensed vehicles and absolutely avoid taxis recommended by the hotel."
