酒店硬件設施差，尤其衞生間昏暗、臟黒、悶濕。前台經常沒有人。老闆答應的事往往做不到，説好的接機車輛沒有安排。説好的送機事項，當天又不見老闆的身影。

一間乾淨舒適的小旅館
房間明亮整潔，還有一個小陽台
距離棉花堡入口只有 5 分鐘步程
從巴士下車處步行至旅館也只需要不到 10 分鐘

The Özbay hotel is perfectly fine for a stay in Pamukkale. It was a good value room for the price. Conveniently located near the Travertines and several restaurants. Linens are clean and beds are comfy. Unfortunately, our heater wasn’t working and the room was cold. We asked staff to take a look at the heater, but they only gave us the option to move rooms. We had already unpacked, so we didn’t want to move. But even the next day the staff didn’t try to fix it. The front desk team also didn’t seem to know anything about prices for the travertines, nor have a recommended plan for visiting Hieropolis, nor have any info about returning to the airport besides ordering a private car. All this information is available from other sources in town, but it would have been nice if our hotel could have provided some information.

The hotel is located directly in front of the Pamukkale entrance. You can walk about 100 steps to enter the hotel at the Traveline at the foot of the mountain, or you can take a taxi to the south entrance in about four minutes, which is both convenient.
