The hotel is nice, the location is nice but I couldn't go and smell it because of the weather conditions. The money is not refunded, it would be nice if it was. Other than that, the brand is nice.

The rooms are very clean and the hotel staff are very respectful and interested. Also as a location, very close to everywhere

房間乾淨舒適，就是臨窗有一點吵。前台很好，熱情幫我查坐車路線，早餐超讚因為有可選的菜和主食，水果甜。離市中心有點距離但樓下小火車可到。推薦！

Absolutely great room, super clean, breakfast was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. I would be happy to rent a room from you again. It would be great if there was a coffee machine or water. Just keep up the good work

The location is very good, right next to the shopping mall and the airport. Transportation is very easy. The Havaş stop is right in front of the hotel and it is possible to reach many central locations by walking.

Great and kind staff at convenience location. Building itself looks very well constructed and inspected 2times in the past. This information was useful and comfortable to select this hotel after huge earthquakes. The room including shower was so clean. The bed was big and fresh for 2 persons and feel good.

The room was very big and clean, a very good deal for only 16€/night. The next morning though I understood why it was so cheap, since there were extremely loud construction works going on in the next building, which made it impossible to stay inside the room. But as they did not start before 8 am it was somehow manageable. Apart from the noise it was a very pleasant stay with delicious breakfast and good service! The pool was closed unfortunately.
