The room was clean and comfortable, though the window was a bit noisy. The front desk was very friendly and helpful in finding bus routes. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of side dishes and main dishes, and the fruit was sweet. It's a bit far from the city center, but there's a train service just downstairs. Recommended!

I have stayed at the Yilmazoglu Park Hotel many times in the past years, sometimes for extended periods. I like the fact that it is family owned, and I have met several of the extended family. In my experience the staff are very friendly and obliging in responding to requests. The rooms are clean and spacious, and on the upper floors there is a nice panoramic view. They have a very nice buffet breakfast, and there are many restaurants in the area within walking distance. The bustle of the older city center is a bit distant, but an easy taxi ride away, though sometimes I walk just for the exercise. The same goes for visits to the Citadel, Copper Bazaar, and Mosaic Museum, all most sees if you come to Gaziantep, hop in a taxi and off you go. . For my visits to Gaziantep, this is the place I always stay....the people that work here make me feel like "family", so why go elsewhere?

The pillows and duvets were in terrible condition. The stuffing was falling apart and dirty. Breakfast was also inadequate, and room 1005 (refrigerator) wasn't working and there was no hot water. We were informed that the room hadn't been used for 20 days, which is why there was no hot water. In room 1002, boxers and underwear were hanging up. In short, it's a hotel I will never return to; it's a hotel of the past. You can see the iron we requested in the photos.

Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The shoes left in the room were thrown away and wouldn't be accepted. They told me I should have locked my personal belongings in a safe. If you can't leave shoes, clothes, etc. in your room and there's no security for those items, then I think you shouldn't be doing this job. Or, as a suggestion to other guests going to this hotel; your belongings might be lost or thrown away from your room. Furthermore, you might receive responses from the hotel management like, "Are you sure? It wasn't thrown away..." I don't think anyone is rich enough to throw away shoes these days. Please think twice before going to this hotel... Don't tarnish the name of Gaziantep with this poor and unsafe service.
