"As we stayed one night in two rooms, tel It consists of two restored houses on a street closed to vehicle traffic. The location is quite central, but you have to climb a little hill. If you have trouble walking, it may not be for you. I stayed in single room no. 117. The bed was clean but the room was quite damp and had an unpleasant smell. As we passed through the restaurant, we heard the sounds of breakfast preparation starting at 6:30 in the morning. Breakfast was pretty good. Considering the location, breakfast and price, 3 stars is reasonable, but may be a generous rating as the room and bathroom are not good."

"The pillows and duvets were in terrible condition. The stuffing was falling apart and dirty. Breakfast was also inadequate, and room 1005 (refrigerator) wasn't working and there was no hot water. We were informed that the room hadn't been used for 20 days, which is why there was no hot water. In room 1002, boxers and underwear were hanging up. In short, it's a hotel I will never return to; it's a hotel of the past. You can see the iron we requested in the photos."

"We had an absolute fiasco of an accommodation experience! First of all, I want to mention the extremely disrespectful attitude of Ms. Nisa, who works at the reception! Her unprofessional and indifferent behavior, ignoring the problems we experienced as customers, was completely unacceptable! As if Ms. Nisa's disrespectful behavior wasn't enough, we also witnessed her smoking in an enclosed area multiple times!! This was both extremely disturbing and clearly unsuitable from a health perspective!! We booked a large 3-bed family room through the website. At check-in time, they kept us waiting for a long time and tried to direct us to a room that had nothing to do with our reservation. We were taken to a different location called "Elif Hanım Konağı," along with all our belongings. The room shown to us was absolutely different from the one we booked and was in a very bad condition. After we protested, they then directed us to another room in their own residence, again different but with whom they collaborated. We reluctantly accepted because the room was larger. The hygiene conditions were unacceptable. There was hair, lint, and various dirt on the bed. Even the pillowcases hadn't been changed. The toilet was extremely dirty, and even the door was broken! This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we've had recently. We absolutely do not recommend it!!!!"

"We spontaneously booked a night at the Hampton by Hilton in Gaziantep, wanting to see the Zeugma Mosaic Museum (an incredible treat!). We loved our short stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious, very clean and comfy, offering everything we needed, and the location is fantastic. A special Thanks to Songül and Ibrahim for the fabulous service and the laughs! We have vowed to come back and I will definitely recommend this hotel to other visitors to Gaziantep."

"Pros: The hotel is new, with modern facilities, convenient parking, and a welcome fruit platter upon check-in. Cons: It's far from the old town, there are no nearby attractions, the room still has a lingering smell of renovation, and the soundproofing isn't great. PS: It took me over ten minutes to find my booking upon check-in, even though it was prepaid, the front desk still thought it was payable on delivery. I had this problem at two consecutive Ramada hotels, so it seems there's a system connection error between Ctrip and the hotel."

But I have some criticisms from the perspective of a tourism professional. Because I have been coming to this hotel regularly for 7-8 years. First of all, I would like to congratulate the restaurant chef and waiters. My criticisms, 1-The rooms (bathrooms) are starting to get old. They need renovation. 2-It is necessary to consider a more spacious and spacious hall for the breakfast room. 3- I think the SPA, which I have always been pleased with, has changed hands. It is wrong to employ young Balinese girls who do not know massage, especially for cheap labor. There is no elevator directly from the rooms to the SPA. 4-I found the restaurant inadequate when it comes to Gaziantep kebab cuisine."
