"The hotel was generally adequate, but in my opinion, not worth 4 stars. The breakfast was fine in terms of quantity, but really lacked flavor. Especially in a city like Antep, which is known for its delicious cuisine, I had expected more from this. The hotel itself looks outdated and is clearly in need of renovation. Although the bedding and towels were clean and I did not see any visible stains or dirt, there is definitely a backlog of maintenance. All in all, an acceptable stay, but there is certainly room for improvement, especially considering its classification as a four-star hotel."

"Fast and easy check in, room cleaned to high standard…bed very comfy - room had everything we needed. Breakfast very good - all the usual staples. A nice outdoor terrace was available to sit on weather permitting. A pleasant one night stay whilst on a tour of Türkiye."

"The pillows and duvets were in terrible condition. The stuffing was falling apart and dirty. Breakfast was also inadequate, and room 1005 (refrigerator) wasn't working and there was no hot water. We were informed that the room hadn't been used for 20 days, which is why there was no hot water. In room 1002, boxers and underwear were hanging up. In short, it's a hotel I will never return to; it's a hotel of the past. You can see the iron we requested in the photos."

Breakfast is typically Turkish, (not continental!), very delicious and freshly prepared for you. The staff helps in all possible situations, is very friendly and takes you as a guest absolutely - the Turkish hospitality by itself. My room above as well as the bathroom were very large and beautifully rustic furnished. I recommend this hotel with good conscience! Thank you very much! See you! Anna"

"Frankly, they were very helpful. I requested a crib, and they provided both a crib and an extra bed in case the baby was too small. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were also nice. You could spend some time on the terrace in the cool evenings. The terrace was also convenient. The rooms were air-conditioned. It's indispensable in the Gaziantep heat. The location was very central, right across from the castle. The staff were very attentive. There's a parking lot for one car for those arriving by car. However, there are municipal parking lots nearby."
