Great experience. Breakfast is very varied, staff very helpful. I got a room at the 9th floor and could enjoy the gym which is located in the pavement but we'll equipped. Cleanliness was perfect.

Checked in late at night very quickly. In special requests asked for a high floor, and got it (14th floor). In the attic at night you can hear the water circulation. Breakfasts are good, but they are taken apart quickly. To visit the pool they ask for a cap, which can be bought at the hotel.

Excellent service, especially the one on the day we check out on 2/6/25 When we ask about the train station service and help us to call a taxi there, she did us even more to check out any vacancy on the train and help us to book the ticket. Sorry that I hadn’t ask for her name. Also the room equipped with washer which is a surprise. Big room size and well equipped. Highly recommended.

A very nice hotel directly opposite a large shopping mall. There's a bus connection to the city, but it's also easily accessible on foot. The only slight drawback is the breakfast selection, which isn't as extensive as at other hotels in the same chain. However, it's adequate.

Otel çok güzel. Büyük fuayeden, kapalı ve açık havuzlara, peyzajdan, Marmara'nın güzel manzaralarına kadar, ödenen ücrete değerdi. Sokağın karşısında çocuk oyun alanı ve gözleme, süt mısırı ve sanat ve el sanatları satan tezgahların bulunduğu çok güzel bir park var. Cami yakında. Google haritalar yol kapatmalarıyla iyi güncellenmediği için otele gitmek biraz zor olabilir.

I visited early in the morning, but I checked in early so I had a comfortable rest. All the staff were friendly and comfortable nights. I will come again if I visit izmit again later.

The lady at the front desk remembers her English very well and her service was very polite.

The room is small, economical and fast, health is also general, breakfast is OK, close to the airport, the surrounding is relatively biased, there is McDonald's KFC, the hotel is at the gas station, the door can be free parking.

Comfortable bed, with heated toilet floor. Very spacious and has full amenities. The cafe serves great meals.

The hotel service is very nice. The room is comfortable and clean, not noisy, suitable for a day of travel, let the body rest comfortably, the room is cleaned every day, a very good choice for travel and vacation
