Super beautiful hotel! Definitely felt clean and sanitizer. My only hang up was 2 of the desk employees seemed to be annoyed. Other then that, I loved it. Right off the 10, super easy to get to.
A bit dated, but generally a good hotel with clean and comfortable rooms.
Our main grievance was the on-site restaurant where food was poor and the prices extortionate. The “chefs salad” could have been prepared by anyone, and was just a random assortment of meats and salad piled on top of each other. A 22oz draught lager was $14. Despite not mentioning this anywhere, a 15% gratuity is automatically added, and then they also ask for a tip.

The hotel was nice needed some updating. The checking people very nice n subjected places to get n get cheap gas. The breakfast was good for traveling. I would stay there again.
During my recent stay at The Westin Tempe, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and spotlessly clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always on hand with recommendations for local attractions. The in-house restaurant served delectable cuisine that truly showcased the region's flavors. I would highly recommend The Westin Tempe to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning on my next trip.
We enjoyed our stay and the chocolate chip cookies never disappoint. Yummy …our hostess and servers were friendly, courteous and welcoming and I included a photo of the special gal that waited on us for the two morning breakfasts. Everything was great and will stay again.
Room hygiene, good service attitude, breakfast is also very good, beautiful environment

JJISONGThe hotel is very good, I said early that there is breakfast. But Chinese people may not be used to it. When I first came to the United States, I couldn’t eat that cold stuff. You can go out and buy something, or cook and eat yourself.
TTONGQIVery new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!
3300779****It's an older hotel with backward facilities. There is a free shuttle bus and it's not far from the airport. I paid prepaid via Ctrip, but the old man at the front desk insisted that I didn't pay and deducted more than 300 US dollars from me. Later, I asked Ctrip to intervene, and the next day I went to the manager to solve it. It took almost a month to refund the money. I will not book this hotel again.
GGuest UserI was greeted by the nicest receptionist, I told her that trip.com was no help on switching my room from a double bed to a king cause that wasn’t even supposed to be , she never hesitated she just did it .. The walk from the hotel to mill ave for dinner an drinks was 7 min , so nice . At night to go on roof with the pool an view omg gorgeous... very clean an very nice ... will stay again an will recommend to others ..
GGuest UserIt's also a small local shop under the name of a big-name hotel chain. The location is not bad. It's not far from several tourist attractions and trails, and dining is very convenient nearby. The room is not big. There is a terrace on the first floor, which is only half a square meter, connected to the outside and neighbors. It's not exclusively for Chinese as Ctrip boasted. I guess the Chinese make a lot of noise, so they only give rooms on the first floor. Several hotels booked through Ctrip were assigned to the first floor or to relatively poor rooms. I don't know if it's because Chinese have a bad reputation and are not liked. I hope Chinese people will behave according to local customs and behavioral norms when they go out.
GGuest UserThe rooms are large and are all suites. The room has a microwave, a small oven, pots and pans, and a dishwasher. It is more friendly to family vacations. There are children's play pools, gyms, bars, etc. in the hotel. Unfortunately, we stayed for a day and had no blessing to enjoy. Going out is the London Bridge and the lakeside trail, not far from state park, SARA park . Free parking. The room does not include breakfast. The disadvantage is that wifi is really difficult to use, always can't connect, after registering the mailbox, I receive an advertising mail, not suitable for business travel.
CCathyThe location was perfect- looks right out on the London Bridge and Lake Havasu. There’s a nice walking/biking path on both sides of the river. Easy access (stairs) from the river to the street, across the bridge to the other side. Might be a bit tricky in a wheelchair - there’s an elevator at the Heat a hotel, but might be easier to drive across to the other side of the river and go down the steep path? Not sure - should be doable but would take longer. Javelina Cantina is very close.decent food, not good margaritas! (Skinny). The brew pub right next door and another restaurant we’re closed, but there were open restaurants across the river where you could dine outside (crap margs there too!). Anyway- hotel room is big, nice patio, nice folks at the front desk. Happy hour with nice outdoor seating. Boat docks out front, if you’re fancy like that. I thought it was a bit pricey, but for the location, chill factor, and views, I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!!
LLori HagenRoom was not as clean as it could have been. There were two big splotches of ketchup on the carpet. The door know on the bathroom door fall off in your hand. Lastly, you guys need to update your toilets. They are made for two year Olds. They are so low to the ground it is extremely difficult if you have any back, knee or leg pain issues or if you are over three feet tall.. They are just abnormally low to the ground
