My first time visiting the mgm casino, the property is huge and has a lot of business inside. The room was clean and big for a single Master . The only thing missing in the room was a coffee maker .

The hotel offers a fully self-service check-in, which saves time since you don't have to make awkward small talk with the front desk – perfect for introverts. The room is quite spacious, but it feels a bit old. I felt itchy sitting on the fabric sofa and sleeping on the bed, probably due to too many dust mites, and there was a lot of dust in the room, making me sneeze. There's a bathtub, and shampoo and shower gel are provided. However, essential items like slippers, a kettle, toothbrush, and toothpaste were missing; the only cups were a few clear plastic ones. We left the room at 12 PM, and it wasn't cleaned. We just made do for two nights. The location isn't ideal either; although it's on the busiest street, it's at the very edge, and it takes over 30 minutes to walk back to the hotel from the city center.

The location is super convenient, right in a bustling area. It's across from the Bellagio, diagonally opposite Caesars Palace, and just a few hundred meters north to the LinQ Promenade.
Even though the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are still quite functional, offering great value for money. The commercial area downstairs is also vibrant and convenient. My only complaint is that the walk from the parking garage to the front desk is quite long, and it's a bit of a hassle dragging luggage over uneven ground.
Paying for parking at the front desk was cheaper, and you can just use your room key to exit the parking garage, which is really convenient.
I booked a room facing the Eiffel Tower, but at check-in, I was given a room on the backside instead.

The Excalibur was a great choice. The rooms were clean, spacious and the pillows were great! The staff were very friendly in helping you with just about any question you had. I didn't care for the buffet. Way over priced, limited hours and the food not so special. Nothing open after 10 p.m. to eat and no fridge or microwave in the room.! Also, no comps for reward players. This is the down side. Otherwise it was a good time.
The room is quite big and looks relatively new. The whole hotel covers a large area. It is off-season now, so there are not many people and it is quite comfortable to stay in. There is a Starbucks on the first floor, which can be used for breakfast.
We returned to our room after being in the casino at about midnight, when we walked in, the room was about 85°. The air conditioner was turned on, but only blowing out heat, I notified the front desk and they had to send one of their so-called engineers to check it before they could relocate us to another room. After an hour of waiting on the Engineer. He determined that the air-conditioning was broken, they moved us to a room at the end of the hallway and a few minutes later we discovered the air conditioner was broken in that room as well, but at least it was not blowing out heat. We decided to just stick it out inthat room since it was already so Late. When I discussed this with the front desk person after waiting on the customer in front of me to finish complaining about her room , the front desk attendant simply said there was nothing she could do about it !!

This hotel is located right on the Las Vegas Strip, making it a popular tourist attraction and quite bustling. Given the price, my expectations for the room weren't high, but I think it offers good value for money. 500 RMB+ per night plus the resort fee is quite affordable, and it's convenient to walk everywhere. I'd definitely recommend it for those on a budget!

Our room was upgraded for free from regular room to a suite, so theres a small living room and a bedroom with 2 double beds. The size is good for family of 4 adults and the bathroom was huge! There was also a powder room in the living room area

The room is nice and the facilities are new, but the management is incredibly chaotic. The hotel staff's communication is poor, with information not being shared amongst them, which is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. It was a very bad experience.
Most other hotels in the area would at least convert the resort fee into a credit or waive it if you forgo daily housekeeping, but this one doesn't budge at all. When evaluating their pricing, it's your booking price + $62.36 multiplied by the number of days.
On top of that, the parking lot is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel rooms, which was another terrible experience. Do not book this hotel if you're traveling with elderly people. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Overrated. Too expensive for what it is. Yes it’s nice and it’s an experience because it’s iconic. Very very loud everywhere very crowded. The hotel staff wasn’t really friendly many times not even answering to a good morning, my father is in a wheelchair and there’s an area where you have to call assistance for the lift because there’s no ramp and she questioned me why were we going to that corredor and said the shops were already closed. Housekeeping came in the room before the time whilst my father was in the bathroom and the paper of “do not disturb” was on the door. The bedroom wasn’t really clean for 240€ minimum a night even the floors in the bedroom corridors were full of little trash for hours. no complimentary water tea or coffee. The parking walk until the reception was very stressful with a wheelchair and 3 bags on the email they should say that you can drop off the bags at the entrance. For a five star hotel the bed sheets were crumpled and stained a lot of marks on walls and the chair stained. Bed was very comfortable. The toilet was amazing. The casino staff are very nice. The view is amazing

NNengliyouduodaThe location is a bit out of the way; you'll need a taxi to get anywhere. The room itself was incredibly spacious and reasonably clean, but the facilities are showing their age. There was no water in the room, and a bottle downstairs cost nearly 50 [currency, assuming RMB]. No slippers were provided, and the sheets were very thin. The front desk's efficiency can't compare to what you'd find in [country, assuming China]; it's 'free America,' so don't expect much in terms of service. I'll try another hotel next time, if there is a next time.

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!
__WeChat266491****The overall design is very trendy and tasteful, and usually, hotels like this are quite expensive. So, staying here for around 2000 is definitely great value for money! If you want to watch a game or something, you can tip or pay extra to upgrade, but I didn't bother as it wasn't a priority for me. Downstairs, there's a casino and restaurants with everything you could ask for, perfect for those who love to have fun. Parking is $20.
GGuest UserI absolutely enjoyed my stay here at Main Street! The room was very clean and tidy when I arrived. This hotel is located away from the strip which I appreciated but its also not a far drive away so it was perfect for my family and I!
AAnonymous UserThe room is decent in terms of its overall appearance and comfort, providing a good space for relaxation. However, the lighting in the room is quite dim, which might make it challenging to perform tasks that require good visibility or create a bright and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the shower room could benefit from some improvement like the hot water. Lastly, the self-check-in system had numerous issues like not accepting any of my cards, which wasted a significant amount of time during the check-in process.
GGuest UserExcellent! It was a bit pricey, but I overslept and they were kind enough to extend my checkout until 1:30 PM. The second-floor restaurant was very good. However, I did notice some homeless individuals around, which made me a little uneasy, so I made sure to head back to the hotel as soon as it got dark.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s amenity and facility are great. I don’t understand why people put low rating for this hotel. They do set up bottled water in room for you while the 4-star hotel i stayed with in Las Vegas before didn’t. They did their good job at OYO!
