Like the hotel vibe and friendly staff. Big free parking. Very good and big room. For some more $$$ you can get golf view, otherwise the room will face parking. Did not like the breakfast - a bit overpriced, was charged for small child as well and not that much to eat
While the cleanliness was good, the daily housekeeping wasn’t available as listed on their website or yours for amenities.
We got an unprofessional answer from a staff member who on request gave us extra towels that due to salary/wages and time of year that daily housekeeping wasn’t being done. We stayed two nights and needed rubbish removed and sheets changed, also new towels, bath mat replaced daily. If we wanted to stay in self serviced apartments, fair enough, but we were staying in a hotel/resort without a kitchen sink to wash our wine glasses provided or the glasses etc.
I found that they left cleaning clothes and dish wash liquid under the bathroom sink which I think is wrong as due to health regulations, you don’t wash dishes in the bathroom sink. It’s a hotel not a self contained apartment.
Hotel is ok, clean and good for one night stay. Comes with breakfast. Took the 3 person room with sharing bathroom. Don’t recommend it if u doesn’t like sharing bathroom. Heater in the living room doesn’t work properly
it is at a great location but still in construction at some part of the venue, a bit inconvenience about the parking as quite narrow, if you have a big car then would be difficult
overall it is a simple and basic room, it does the job and comfortable bed, dinning table in the room make the room small
clean but a bit small to walk around if for two people
A clean and spacious motel with all that was needed for a night away. The bathroom was ample size and there was additional space for meals and storage as well. Right on the foreshore in the heart of the action.
The location of the hotel is nicely quiet enough and the restaurant, as it is the winter off-season few tourists, finding food is inconvenient, can only eat in the hotel, food quality is okay, drive out to the town probably takes 20 minutes, may be a little inconvenient nearby only A small supermarket. The room was clean and tidy overall, and the waiters were enthusiastic about hospitality, which was good overall.
Overall it's g great stay for a short holiday. The amenities are quite complete; I would have given this a perfect score if not for the bathroom basin taps. The hot and cold water are from separate taps with no mixer.
We had an amazing time staying in Loch Ard Motor Inn! Great place! Amazing location! Convenient to shops, gasoline station, Bar and Restaurant and very near to Great Ocean Road. Our room is facing ocean view! Cozy room and excellent ambiance!! Will definitely come back for the next Melbourne visit! 😍 Thank you for the amazing and fun first time experience in Melbourne!
There is a surprise, the scenery is so beautiful! The front desk service of the hotel is good, warm and professional. The facilities include an indoor swimming pool and a golf club. The view from the ocean terrace in the room is very good
Our stay was overall satisfactory and would definitely stay here again. The rooms themselves were clean, comfy and spacious, the TVs were working fine, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location suited us just fine with free parking. I would just make a few small suggestions for improvement:
1) Please check your rooms before guests check in, including safes, to make sure everything is fine. My safe was locked with something rather unpleasant found inside once it was eventually opened!
2) Please make sure the rooms are all made up by the time guests get back. The other two I travelled with complained about their rooms not being made up a couple of times.
3) Anything that’s not working, eg washing machine, promptly put a sign outside notifying others it is out of order.
Other than that, no complaints, and as said, would definitely come back here!
Very Good

GGuest UserWe had a delightful little stay , 3nights all up. The extra bed we asked for was there bathroom was a good size for three of us and totally quiet at night which, in a n8ghtspot, was pleasing. One stain on an item of bedding was noticed but didn't spoil anything

GGuest UserSuper new clean modern town a little New Zealand feels quiet and few people clean the grass especially green This town house is made of new materials houses including hotels are new hotels Except there are no fitness and entertainment facilities others are good breakfast special quality ingredients are particularly good hotels have There are two or three bars that are very warm and very special. They are a bit like furniture stores. There is a small yard. It is very comfortable to go out. You can see the Gulf Pier National Park at the end of the right. The golf course flinders is my favorite town on the entire peninsula. The new plan for the quiet house is also good. I heard that the price is high. If it is worth staying in the national park, the bad thing is to check out the10: 30
MMinah Goes AroundHad a pleasure stay with sandpiper. Was surprised to see the reception office was closed but all the instructions were there. The team wrote names on an envelope and further instructions inside the envelope.
We went during the start of winter of our Great Ocean Road trip and homggggggg the wind!!!!! I kid you not - I joked to my husband for bringing winter jacket. There is no mercy! Haha. So I had to get a down jacket from the mall before the start of my journey.
Our room was closest to the reception but the carpark area was the other end of the venue (not that far lah) but with 2 huge luggages and 2 carry ons, it was a tad hassle ah.
Heating was slow and soft - bo pian ah. Rather have it then none at all cos at night, its really cold sia. No joke. The cold air from outside like hang out outside our room. The nozzle from the hair dryer broke. It wasn’t me ok. Luckily I wear hijab so just make it dry can liao.
Got bowl, plates, cups, kettle, fridge, tv (not smart). Basic for your short stay.
That’s all! Will come back to stay here if I come here again (:
Oh! They do have diy laundry from 0800-2000. Never try cos no time.
Mmiweekend Janice BehHidden gem! Small cabin in a peaceful location
Friendly staff.
Housekeeping can do a better job by checking the floor more carefully. Spotted aged slices of potato chip under the bed :[
But in general, all is good. I will recommend

KKennyOTMBooked a 3-rooms for my big family. The rooms were big and spacious and came with all amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine and dryer etc. The location was conveniently located to the beaches and lake. A 3mins drive will take you to the Bullock Island where you can catch crab, do your fishing and even catch a glimpse of dolphins if you are lucky. Overall, an excellent location to stay and pop by in Lakes Entrance.
PphinfairQuiet, accommodation on the Great Ocean Road, just park your car downstairs, the room is independent, well-equipped, clean and tidy, the big bed is comfortable, self-service return, it is very convenient on the roadside
FFive-centIt's a motel, so don't expect a four-star standard. Located facing Apollo Bay, the top-floor sea-view rooms boast a large balcony – perfect for watching the ocean during the day, stargazing at night, and listening to the waves. The room is well soundproofed; once the balcony door is closed, it becomes very quiet. However, the air conditioning in the living room was broken, and the hairdryer was also out of order. The two-bedroom apartment is spacious and comes with a kitchen and a washing machine. On the downside, no slippers or other toiletries were provided, though shower gel and shampoo were available. A significant portion of the room cost was covered by Ctrip points, which was a great perk.
