Deep Blue Warrnambool Hot Springs offers a serene retreat with excellent service and a tranquil spa experience. The private hot bath house and cold plunge are perfect for relaxation. However, the lack of Netflix on the TVs, particularly for longer stays, is a drawback for a four-star hotel. Additionally, it was disappointing that my partner couldn't book any treatments due to limited availability. Despite these shortcomings, the overall experience was still enjoyable, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

The room was old and the bed was uncomfortable. I booked a sea view room but could only see the building opposite. I was very disappointed. Breakfast is very simple, just a few slices of bread. Driving on the Great Ocean Road, I chose this hotel, which was a real surprise. It’s all because I read the recommendation in Xiaohongshu. I really don’t recommend coming. It’s better to stay in Fairy Town honestly. Don't come to this hotel for the hot springs. There are no hot springs in this hotel. The hot springs are in another place. The hotel has nothing, it's just an old express hotel.

The room and service are good, quite satisfactory. There is a balcony with a view. Parking is convenient. It is close to the attractions. The shower room is designed with only half the door. There are no slippers compared to domestic ones. Toothbrush and toothpaste cost 2 Australian dollars.

Staff were excellent and professional helpful a must stay will definitely be staying again ..
Again staff were the greatest after a long drive we were allowed to our room early .
Staff so accommodating words cannot express the pressures the staff lifted of us when we arrived ..
Stayed at a few hotels on our travel along Victoria coast but this one stood out leaps and bounds
