The hotel is in a great location with ocean views, close to the city, shops and restaurant. The staff is extraordinary friendly and helpful, however, the hotel could do with a bit of a face-lift, a bit worn and I wrongly assumed it would provide basic facilities such as a toothbrush. The restaurant staff was equally friendly and breakfast was great and ample, but dinner was a bit of a disaster, could not eat the pork belly, it was one greasy lump, very disappointing. The pool was fantastic, quite unusual and beautifully lit at night, 5 stars. I was shocked by the state of the gym that used to be efficiently equipped and clean in the past. The equipment is at least 20 years old now, rusty and noisy.

Absolutely fantastic accomodation, perfect for our family Christmas. The accomodation was comfortable and clean and spacious. The location was great and the facilities very adequate. Five days just wasn’t enough. The only negative was the internet, it wasn’t even possible to read our digital newspaper or make use of the smart TV’s.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with noise from the occupants upstairs. We informed Reception and they handled the situation very promptly. They also very kindly offered us a goodwill gesture which was very much appreciated. The room was nice, big and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was good. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The place was amazing and comfortable!The room style is very modern , and the bathroom was big enough for us to use it. It was very clean, really lovely place to stay for holiday trip!!! Nice👍🏻

2nd stay on my return trip from kalbarri to Perth city. Location is superb as it's walking distance to jetty and also restaurant/cafe. Room can be a bit cold...

Well located within walking distance to the beach and into the town centre. The apartments are well secured, requiring you to have an access key to access the property and to park your car. The grounds are beautifully kept with plenty of BBQ’s and seating area’s, nice big pool and hot tub. The apartments are well maintained, clean and functional. We had the studio, which had a king size bed, kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery & crockery, small fridge, sink and ample storage. Small dining table & two chairs. The studio had two comfortable seats, coffee table, television – however the seats were positioned a metre in front of the television set – I am not used to sitting so close in front of a television, so I found that a little odd. The room had a nook with bench space and a seat so it a nice space to type or write with good lighting. There was plenty of wardrobe space with loads of draws and hanging space and I like that it also had a small safe to lock away your valuables. The bathroom was large & spacious and very clean. Large shower with good water pressure and lovely toiletries which are Australian made. Nice fluffy towels and there was a washing machine/drier for you to use. Iron & ironing board. I loved everything about the Nesuto except I wish the windows had some net curtains for privacy. When you opened the curtains, the people walking on the street could look right into your room and see what you had and what you were doing, so it lacked a bit of privacy, but overall, it was a well appointed & clean apartment with everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. Top dollar price for 2* accommodation. Two nights in an ocean view room. Fabulous view but, oh dear, the room was dire. We booked and paid for a room with kitchenette - their description not mine. The kitchenette was tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. No toaster, no microwave. Zilch. No chance of self catering unless you use the communal kitchens. Thanks but no thanks. We had taken our own breakfasts which didn’t need toasting or microwaving. The bathroom was tired and grubby with an extractor fan attached to the same switch as the light so no creeping to the loo in the night without waking other half up! The main restaurant was OK but our starter of seafood came without the Exmouth prawns which were advertised as part of the seafood plate. When we queried this omission we were told they’d run out. They told us they’d given us an extra scallop as compensation! When we were eating our mains the manager turned up at the table with a plate with 3 prawns on! Had he just caught them or had the kitchen brigade defrosted them? We’ll never know as we sent them back to the kitchen. Second night we ate in the bar - pizza. Not home made but from a packet. I saw them opening them. They were OK but at $25 each they should have been fabulous. Wednesday 31 May there was a big rugby game on TV which we wanted to watch in the bar. No problem until a small group of people became very drunk and very offensive. One guy in particular was effing and blinding at another group of people who, fortunately, were adult enough to ignore him. When we spoke to the barman and asked if they were trained in the Responsible Service of Alcohol he told us that he wasn’t sure! Was there a language problem. I thought the RSA was a requirement of working on licensed premises in W.A. The experience left a bit of a sour taste. To sum up - there is very little accommodation in Monkey Mia except the resort so they have cornered the market. The property is tired and in need of investment. Come on RAC - update this site. A lick of paint won’t do. It needs bringing into 2023. It’s stuck in 1990!

The hotel is located in a good position, which was close to Markets and restaurants etc.. The room was well organized and tidy. We could tell their delicate consideration. So I think there were good things in many ways. There would be bad things on some levels but in some ways, here’s the best option you can grab.

I was very disappointed with the service. We arrived on 5th and the 6th was a public holiday - we were informed that they would not service the apartment on a public holiday - I went to suggest that we should have been compensated as we were not informed. The next day our room was not made up when we came back at 5pm. On contacting reception they sent the cleaners whose excuse was that the do not disturb sign was on but we did not use the sign. At nearly $300 per night I feel that the service should be a lot better

Great location and really clean, spacious rooms. Check in was very strange, made to wait for room after checkin time. We were on the second floor which you can’t access by lift, you are supposed to take a lift up one floor then walk up stairs, this is really strange, especially with a trolley of luggage and two small kids expected to walk up stairs. After a conversion we were allowed up another lift as a one off with luggage but had to take the lift stairs combo anytime we left or came back. Would’ve been four stars except for this.

What a beauuuutiful place! I love all of the Quest Fremantle! First of all, you can meet super friendly and kind people in the lobby. Then, you can see lovely room and view. The bedding was veeeeery soft and large. I loved it ! And just 5 mins walk to the ferry terminal to Rottnest Island. Also you can hire bike at the hotel, you can cook yourself, you can do laundry for free after swimming in the sea. Don't miss this perfect stay. U will never be disappointed!

This hotel is amazing! The room is very large, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and there is a large terrace facing the sea, with a sea view in each room!

Well the clue is in the name ‘Quality’ because this is what this hotel is all about.From the minute you park your car check in and head to your room you know that you have made the right choice.Lovely friendly staff quick and easy check in.We had an ocean facing room that was stunning in every way. Fantastic sun sets.The room was the cleanest room we have ever encountered and I took time to say thank you to the house keeping staff for this. Bed lovely great linen and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Nice size tv. 10min walk to Hillary’s Boat Harbour. I could just go on and on but cannot add anymore than I have already said so will stop here. Hated leaving would love to come back one day..

Great hotel. Facilities clean and well serviced. Great option for happy hour with a free drink and small grazing platter. Breakfast included at a local cafe had yummy pancakes and good service. Free fruit and coffee at reception was very gratefully received too.

Pullman Bunker Bay has the potential to be a world class destination resort like Bederra Island or Qualia resort located on the eastern coast of Australia. The reason for my average rating purely came come to the soft product or lack of it which is basically the service elements.The pullman bunker bay is located in a Beautiful part of Western Australia with its own semi private beach . The villas rooms are bit dated but still very nice and comfortable, the shared facilities of lobby and restaurant are also very nice and well maintained. Where this resort falls down in is the service elements in Housekeeping and Food and Beverage. We stayed 4 nights at the resort and the housekeeping was never consistent sometimes the did the bed others day they didn’t do the bed same with the toilets sometimes they were cleaned sometimes they weren’t. The ladies working in Housekeeping are very nice and friendly but seemed to be understaffed and not trained enough. In Food and beverage we visited the restaurant every day for breakfast and once for dinner. The food elements were not bad in such but everyday the breakfast food was the same and very generic being so close to Margaret River you would think that they would incorporate some local produce . The service or lack of it is what really made the entire f&b experience fall down at breakfast they seemed to have enough staff but they all seemed to be milling around their bar area talking amongst themselves rather then serving the guest. There is no service or engagement at all at breakfast time which is very disappointing especially for a 5 star resort. The potential is there for Pullman Bunker bay to me a real world class destination resort but if they ant to compete with the like of Qualia they need to have a solid look at there staff training and engagement. P.S a special mention to the Fijian staff who worked in the Front office and buggie drivers they were always friendly and enthusiastic and engaging.

”Stayed” there yesterday. Checked in right on time, met the cleaner, who was very nice. Parking was quite confusing, as I needed to get a garage door opener from inside, but it all worked as it should. This is a typical, nice Australian house that's been converted to a small hotel. First impressions were great. It all looked really nice. Bed was too soft was the only downside I could find. I then set off for the day to explore. I got back at 8:30pm, pizza in hand, looking forward to a quiet, cozy night before a big day and an important international meeting the next morning. Greeted by a large group of people who had taken over the house. Mind you, this is an adults only place, which I usually interpret to be quiet, especially given the good reviews and luxurious feel. I think it probably usually works out, but unluckily for me, it didn't yesterday. I'd just returned from swimming and was looking forward to unwinding. Instead, this large foreign group was cooking smelly food in the main kitchen, loudly gathering and drinking vodka from massive bottles, and had turned the thermostats up to 28 (!!!) degrees. It was literally 33 degrees outside a few hours earlier. I live in one of the coldest regions on earth and have never set my thermostat past 24. It was an absolute sauna in here. They asked if I wanted to join them to drink, I politely declined, went to my room, ate my pizza, took a shower, and got ready for bed. Quiet hours are posted as 10pm, so I patiently waited until then, though had packed my bags ready to go. Reflecting back, I think they likely thought they'd booked out the whole house. That's the best way I can interpret this. I was traveling solo, and this was a large group. NOBODY from the property is onsite to assist. They leave a phone number to contact if issues, but I couldn't call with my international sim. They brag about their high ranking and ”as seen on TV”. With all this bravado, one would think they'd leave a way for international guests to contact them. I tried through **********, i tried through the Baudin website contact form, I emailed multiple times, and I added their number to whatsapp (where they had an active account) and messaged multiple times. I also asked the large group to stop, but they didn't. I'm not going to escalate that further whilst alone in a foreign country. I'm also not paying for a 4 star hotel to be a babysitter, security guard, or parent. Why would this hotel allow a large group to book every room in the property but 1 - the main master suite? Ridiculous. I ended up leaving shortly after 10pm and tried every property in Busselton AND Bunbury (45mins away). All were closed with no human contact. I then ended up driving 3 hours north to Perth through the pitch black with bad eyesight, and going to multiple hotels before finding one for 300/night - where I'm currently writing this review. The soundproofing of the room is a bit poor, but the facilities are good, the kitchen supplies are also very complete, and the reception staff is also very enthusiastic! But there is no disposable toothbrush, you must bring your own toothbrush!

Located in Broadwater in Busselton. A very nice entrance and multiple resort style units. 1 min walk to the beach and a fantastic place to swim or bike across the sea. The unit we had was a massive two bedroom and two bathroom with a kitchen with all the facilities. Car park was in front of the building, however you do need to take stairs to the second level (no lift) In short, a very nice place, but outdated. We have visited this place in winter, and it was a bit cold. (One air con fro the whole floor is available). Overall was a good experience. Nice checkin staff, nice atmosphere and comfortable room.

The observatory guesthouse is in an absolutely fantastic location. We were able to walk to and fro the Brewery for dinner as well as the waterfront and of course the famous Busselton jetty. The price was including continental breakfast and the place was sparkling clean. There were lots of extras making a special touch. Easy checkin and checkout. Very good communication with the management.

We were originally booked to camp here but due to the weather called the park to see if any cabins were available. Luckily they had a safari tent available and we were able to stay out of the weather and have a comfortable night. Thesauri tent was awesome - spacious and comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend.

1. Check-in was very fast, it only took 15 minutes to find the check-in front desk. If you are staying at this hotel, drive outside and only see the entrance of the restaurant when you come in. Go in from the restaurant and ask the waiter and they will direct you to the front desk! 2. The facilities are not the latest but they are very stylish. The corridor before entering the room is beautifully decorated, and the room is also very unique and clean. The restaurant downstairs does not disturb the accommodation area at all. The hot water is great. There is a heater. 3. Breakfast is provided, you must eat it, it is very delicious! It can be eaten for lunch, it tastes better than many outside restaurants🥹🥹 4. The environment is great, and you can ask the store in advance when there will be activities. We only passed by for one night, and when we left, we found out that there was a music festival the night before🥹🥹 It is a store that includes food, accommodation and entertainment. I will definitely do it next time I have the opportunity. Would go again!

This hotel is in a residential area, very quiet and offshore. You can smell a good fragrance when you walk into the door. The whole decoration is very classical and exquisite. It can be seen that the owner has used a lot of thought in it. The mattress and pillows here are very comfortable, the spa bathtub is huge and very clean.
