I stayed in Bunbury hotel 4 times..Every time I stay there I loved it…excellent location, close to all major things, ocean view rooms, clean rooms & amazing service, thanks to the staff…highly recommended..

The hotel is in an excellent location, with direct access to the beach from the back door, and you can also walk to the Dolphin Discovery Center. The room is older. In addition to the new TV, other facilities need to be updated. I don’t think it’s a big problem if you’re passing through Banbury and staying one night.

Hotel good location near to restaurants and a small beach perfect for families. Hotel could do with bit maintenance and painting. Only gripe is we had to change room access swipe card every day at reception. Stopped working. Frustrating. Overall nice hotel with good indoor swimming pool. Would recommend.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with noise from the occupants upstairs. We informed Reception and they handled the situation very promptly. They also very kindly offered us a goodwill gesture which was very much appreciated. The room was nice, big and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was good. Thank you for a lovely stay.
