"Stayed in a motel room. Very friendly on booking in and appreciated the numbered vehicle bay. Great size, queen bed and every thing needed for comfortable stay. The only down side they need a bigger television as the one in the room is so small. I would also suggest if a light sleeper may not be to your liking as a think a herd of elephants were above us. We would stay again but I had asked that all our details for our credit card be deleted when we had left, this never did happen. I emailed to book again at end of the month and waited for invoice to come through which I did not receive. I then emailed on the Monday morning and suggested they just attach the invoice by replying to my email and I did get the invoice. On checking to see I had enough money to pay for my booking I noticed a debit by this park. I sent them an email asking did they take money from the Credit Card I had used on a previous stay and they said yes as they needed a deposit. I said I had no knowledge of this transaction and I had not authourised it at anytime. I also said I had asked for my credit card details to be deleted from their system on my last stay and it seems it had not be done and someone from the park had taken money from this credit card. I again asked who had accessed my card but they did not tell me on several requests. I then asked for Owner or Managers email which was not forth coming, I then received an email from a Manager Kathy saying they had cancelled my reservation and would refund the money taken. I was gob smacked that she did this. I am still worried about the security of my Credit Card details so have called the bank and let them know what happened and cancelled the card. (If anyone should doubt what I have written I do have all the emails to authenticate."

"The room was clean and well maintained, and the receptionist was friendly, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. We were given a corner room, which was peaceful and quiet — a nice bonus. Parking within the motel is limited, so arriving by around 5pm helps to secure a spot. There are restaurants nearby within the vicinity. Halal food options are a bit further away, but we managed well by ordering pizza via DoorDash, as we didn’t want to lose our parking spot. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay."

"Lovely location as we can have amazing view of the ocean. The sunset is beautiful 🤩! The apartment is spacious and clean. Only challenge is that we had trouble checking in as we arrived after 7pm even though we tried to call the number left on the entrance for help on this, but failed. So one learning we had was to call and inform the reception that we were arriving after 7pm."

"Hotel recently refurbised. Centrally located. Pleasant to sit out on balcony instead of being coupled up in a room. TV didn't have local channels though but didn't find that out until morning we left."

"The room is spacious and is with standard microwave, kitchen utensils etc. Would he great if there is clothes washing machine and dryer. The water is hard to adjust between cold and hot though. There were insects flying around prior entry to the lift. Overall still ok."

"Hot water tank shaking while we using the water. No split system AC. Only portable AC which dont have remote. Room door have whooshing of air noise flowing through."
