Elena at the front desk was so welcoming and efficient; check-in was a breeze, and she was quick to respond to all our requests, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to Gongbei Port, and right downstairs from the Fuhuali commercial area, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-designed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of good quality. We had a great experience this time and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zhuhai.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

The hotel's design is unique, and the environment is quite good. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful during check-in, and even helped us upgrade to a premium sea-view room. The hygiene was good, but the air conditioning wasn't cool enough at night – it was too hot with the blanket on, but too cold without it. They offered snacks and drinks at both check-in and check-out. However, if you're driving, you have to switch elevators to get from the guest rooms to the parking lot, and we got lost a few times on the first day. Other than that, everything else was fine, and the overall experience was still quite good.

The hotel is huge with excellent design, boasting a futuristic exterior and luxurious interiors. The elevators are very fast. The package deal with unlimited park access is incredibly good value. The lobby is grand, beautifully designed and decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere that is warm and comfortable overall, and the staff are friendly. The concierge service for luggage storage was good, and they even offer free express mail services. Overall, I was very happy. The resort's security is very strict and effective, which is great! I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay. The spaceship-themed hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to the park, offering fantastic value for money. The hotel is generally good, with a large, well-lit lobby. The rooms are clean and tidy, cozy and comfortable overall, and the bed is very comfortable. The room decor is both warm and childlike. The dining options are varied and exquisite; the Cantonese dishes at筷食荟 (Kuai Shi Hui) are authentic, and the buffet restaurant has a wide selection and good value. Hotel facilities are complete, with EV charging stations, making it convenient for self-driving. The shuttle bus to and from the park saves time. The infinity pool is high up, offering amazing views – swimming there is a superb experience. Toiletries are comprehensive. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to all the Chimelong parks, and they provide free shuttle buses to and from the parks, which is great! Highly recommended! The resort has plenty of parking spaces. The hotel's exterior design is unique, and the interior lobby is full of ocean-themed elements. The concierge staff also provided good service; they allowed us to store our luggage for free until our departure. The room hygiene was well maintained, and the bedding was comfortable, soft, clean, and tidy, complete with miniature toiletries for children. Regarding dining, the dinner at the Sailor's Buffet Restaurant was delicious, with a rich variety of both Chinese and Western cuisine. A wonderful stay experience!

The hotel is pretty good, with a great location and nice views, definitely recommend it. The butler service was attentive, and the customer service staff were also very good. We checked out on January 27th. The concierge service, however, wasn't quite up to par; they weren't very proactive. We had to seek out the bellhop ourselves to store and retrieve our luggage. Traveling with my mother and daughter, I noticed the staff didn't offer to help load suitcases into the car trunk, which could be improved.

I specifically paid extra to book a sea-view room, banking on the Marriott brand, hoping for a relaxing vacation with my three-year-old. What a nightmare, honestly, it was exhausting. We arrived promptly at 3 PM, only to be told by the front desk that our room wasn't ready. They asked us to wait in the lobby and promised to call us when it was. Understanding that it's peak season, we waited patiently. We sat there for a full two hours and never received a call. When we finally went back to the front desk to inquire, we were told the room had been ready for a while, but they were too busy to notify us. So, essentially, if we hadn't asked, we would have just kept waiting. Our original plan to drop off our luggage, take our child to the beach, and enjoy a relaxed meal was completely ruined. Our child was bored and crying in the lobby, and we adults were utterly exhausted. Even more ridiculous, the sea-view room we paid extra for turned out to be a shabby garden-view room. The room facilities were old and worn, with multiple scuffs on the walls and furniture. There was a strong, pungent odor as soon as we entered, completely different from the pictures on the booking page – pure false advertising. When we tried to communicate with the hotel about changing rooms, the staff said, ”This is the only one,” and told us to make do for tonight and they'd arrange a change tomorrow... For an international chain brand, their reception and service quality are severely mismatched. The procedures are chaotic, promises aren't kept, and the room type doesn't match what was advertised. Traveling with a child is already hard enough, but encountering one frustrating issue after another truly dampened our holiday spirit. Thankfully, the staff's service attitude was decent; otherwise, I would have complained publicly. I can only say that their management, service, and reception capabilities are severely lacking. From the moment we entered the hotel, it felt like a chaotic experience. If the standard remains like this, we won't be returning.

Traveling with my parents, this hotel was one of the better options in the area. The overall service was great. While the facilities aren't brand new, they're perfectly adequate. The hot springs weren't open during our stay, only the indoor pool. For coffee in the lobby, I'd recommend sticking to Americano since it's made from a self-service machine. Whether you get good views here really depends on the weather. Hope everyone gets to experience it on a sunny day!

We found a lot of shells on the beach. The locals used machines to dig up a lot of them. The service of the apar**ent we stayed in was very good. They also sent us a guide to the tours, which was very thoughtful. I booked a room separately with my friend, and the front desk knew that they specially adjusted it to the same floor for us. I will book this hotel again next time.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location. Right outside, you'll find the Chaoyang Seafood Market, and there are convenience stores and highly-rated restaurants on either side. Head out the back of the hotel, through an alley, and you'll reach a large shopping mall and countless food stalls and eateries. Upon arrival, we didn't get our room key immediately, so the front desk manager (💁🏻♂️) kindly sent us an afternoon tea set and assigned us a room with a perfect view of the Sun & Moon Bay (👍🏻). The room's facilities and cleanliness were impeccable. Just a few small suggestions 💡: 1️⃣ There's no need to change the bedding daily (if you want it changed, there's a card you can place on the bed; we didn't, but the staff changed it anyway, which felt a bit wasteful and over-cleaned). 2️⃣ The bed seemed a little short; my feet nearly dangled off the end, haha. 3️⃣ To be honest, the breakfast was quite ordinary. The coffee wasn't good and only half-filled the cup. Since the restaurant is on the smaller side, it was a bit noisy, and we often had to share tables. The variety wasn't great, and there were very few Western options. The best dish by far was the preserved egg and lean pork congee (💯).

The sea-view room completely exceeded our expectations! Stepping out, we were greeted by an unobstructed view of the ocean. Waking up in the morning, we could watch the sun slowly rise from the sea horizon right from our bed – it was absolutely beautiful! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable; the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. For those who don't like soft pillows, they even offered silicone pillows, which was a nice touch. The gym was amazing! They had dumbbells of various weights, making it the best hotel gym I've ever encountered (excluding outsourced ones). This was a truly pleasant surprise! The breakfast was delicious too. They had hash browns, which I love, along with a variety of freshly baked bread and fruits. The selection was rich and fresh. It would be even better if they provided a makeup mirror; it would make getting ready much more convenient.
