The hotel is new, with great views and a good outlook. The staff are very patient and have a good service attitude, and the front desk is very professional. The location is fantastic, with everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby, making it perfect for families with kids. It's also very close to the high-speed train station and the airport. The lobby is large, whimsically designed, and very well-lit! All the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel lobby is well-equipped, and the lobby staff provide excellent service, responding promptly to any requests. The concierge offers free and fast luggage storage, and the floor attendants are also very welcoming. The room is clean, tidy, and warmly decorated, with all facilities available. My child particularly loved the ocean-themed cups and toothbrushes – so cute! There are many shuttle bus services, and the drivers are very friendly. It's very convenient and fun to bring children here, and the hotel service is also very thoughtful. All in all, this is a highly recommended hotel! The restaurant's dishes are fresh, delicious, and well-balanced nutritionally, and the service staff are attentive to children. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient, with easy transport connections to all Chimelong parks. The reception staff greeted us warmly, and check-in was very quick. The hotel tried its best to meet all our needs, making our stay even smoother. The room was well-lit, cozy, comfortable, clean, and odor-free. If we needed anything, we could contact housekeeping for delivery. Overall, the service was excellent. We'll definitely choose the Spaceship Hotel again next time!

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

The room arrangements clearly showed thoughtful consideration for families with children. The amenities were comprehensive, and the children's specific items were a very nice touch. The mattresses and pillows were just right, providing a comfortable sleep environment for the whole family. The staff proactively offered a non-slip mat and adjusted the minibar's location to prevent young children from accidentally touching it – truly attentive to detail. The dining experience was good. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection and consistent quality. The Fisherman's Wharf Tea Restaurant became our go-to for dinner; their dim sum was authentic, and the fresh shrimp wonton noodles are a must-try. The restaurant also catered well to children, providing dedicated utensils and high chairs. The leisure facilities are a major highlight of the hotel. Our child went to the Water World every day, and the indoor heated pool was also a great place to relax. Evening strolls in the hotel garden have become a family tradition, and the views of the flamingos and dolphin pool helped us forget our worries. The butler service was promptly responsive and even proactively helped us check operating hours. Overall, the hotel performed steadily across accommodation, dining, entertainment, and service support, making it a satisfying choice.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal, on the beach. We had an incident with noise on the first night from two wedding parties and this affected our sleep. The receptionists Hugo and Hestia did a superb job in rectifying the situation by offering us a new room and an upgrade at the same time. Most of the front desk staff speak English, and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. It’s a fantastic hotel for a family. We got wonderful weather and were able to spend plenty of time on the beach even though it was winter.

Great location right by the beach, with a lovely sea breeze. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent natural light. I could faintly hear the sound of the waves from my bed, which made for a very relaxing stay. The service was also incredibly thoughtful; our butler Kiki was very responsive and quickly helped with any small requests, saving us from worrying about minor details. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. This vacation was incredibly pleasant and I feel completely refreshed. Excellent value for money!

This is the best InterContinental hotel we've ever stayed at with kids! The location is super convenient, with plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and other amenities nearby. There's a subway station close by, and it's not a long taxi ride from the city center. The scenery is absolutely stunning; the winter sea is emerald green! 😍 The hotel has its own private beach with fine, clean white sand and recreational activities. You can watch the sunrise and sunset over the sea right from your balcony, with a sky full of colorful clouds and sparkling stars. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The family suite featured a bunk bed and a 2-meter king-size bed. To my surprise, my 180cm (nearly 6-foot) tall, yet underage, child slept comfortably and was thrilled! The room also came with a coffee machine, and the capsule coffees were all my favorite flavors 😋. The buffet on the first floor was delicious, with fresh seafood and excellent Cantonese dishes. You can buy vouchers on the InterContinental WeChat mini-program for a better price. The staff were professional and skilled; they proactively communicated in advance and were always responsive to any requests, making our stay worry-free and comfortable.

The hotel is not demanding, but the soundproofing of this apartment is really not average (I asked to clean the opposite room in the morning, each room is separated by plates), and people outside can hear it when they walk, it seems that there is no door, and they are awakened by the sound of the new door opening in the middle of the night. By the way, the sea view room basically can't see the sea, because the tree outside the window is too high, you can see the street and the road. There is also Trip.com members charge two hundred deposits, what is the reason for ordinary guests to charge one hundred? ? ? Praise is because of the habit of commenting... Anyway, if you have requirements for sleep, you must avoid lightning.

The room details also stood up to scrutiny; the amenities felt high-quality, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I felt completely comfortable walking barefoot on the floor. The breakfast was surprisingly rich and delicious, making it worth waking up early for. In the evening, I specifically took a taxi to Yantian Night Market to experience the lively local atmosphere. After a satisfying meal, returning to this quiet seaside 'home' and listening to the faint sound of the tide, the switch from bustling energy to tranquility was perfect for solitary reflection. This is probably what attracts me most about this place – it offers both stunning scenery and quality, while also seamlessly connecting you to local life. I'm sure I'll be back again.

The hotel environment is great and the facilities are excellent. Our butler, Flora, provided professional and thoughtful service. Before check-in, she prepared a complete set of toiletries for the kids and arranged a room with a beautiful sea view for us. She also kindly arranged a late check-out. Overall, our stay was very satisfying! The whole family unanimously loved it!

A very satisfying stay! I'm quite a stickler for cleanliness, so I was really pleased to find a disposable toilet seat cover. The room was exceptionally clean and felt quite new, all the furniture was spotless, and I loved the style. The color scheme in the room was very pleasing to the eye, perfect for taking photos 📷. They also provided thoughtful amenities like mosquito repellent, earplugs, and a bottle opener. The service was very attentive. There's natural gas and a fridge, too. The blackout curtains in the room were excellent 👍, they didn't let any light in, which is really important for a good night's sleep. Honestly, I can't find a single fault. The front desk staff was also incredibly patient!
