Every day, the butler would send reminders and greetings, truly living up to the standards of a star-rated hotel. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a full floor-to-ceiling ocean view. As southerners, we found the heating a bit dry, so they sent someone to set up a humidifier. When we needed help at night, the hotel staff responded very quickly. For the last two days, my family member had some gastroenteritis, and the hotel even sent up plain congee. Our stay happened to be over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and the hotel sent various gifts to our room, making it feel very special. Next time we come to Qingdao, we will definitely choose this hotel again – the value for money and satisfaction are simply off the charts!

This is a hotel I'd definitely want to stay at again! It's right next to Torch 8th Street and the ocean. We booked the top floor with a large terrace, so we had direct ocean views, which was super convenient. Everything tasted great, really setting you up for an energetic day. Finally, I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's service team. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was polite, smiling, proactive, and attentive. You could truly feel that they genuinely care about their guests, which made the experience incredibly warm.

Second, I booked a room with a panoramic king bed, but the glass was covered with mud spots. , which greatly affects the view of the sea. Third, the entire hotel is in a semi-finished state. The bar downstairs is still being renovated, and the sound of electric drills can be heard from time to time. Fourth, the rights and interests prompt that you can upgrade the room type for free, but the front desk tells you that the upgrade is not possible, and you have already booked the highest room type. I checked and found that there are actually more than 2,000 rooms left. If you don’t want to upgrade, just tell me. Fifth, the hygiene is worrying, the sofa cushions are dirty and the sink is dirty. Sixth, the decorators piled the corridors with building materials, which looked very vivid. I understand, it's decoration, but talking on the phone loudly in the corridor really affects your rest. I really can't stand this. That's all. Finally, I suggest everyone to check in to the castle, order a cup of coffee, sit here and take photos. The 1,500 yuan to stay in the hotel is just a waste.

For a guesthouse-style accommodation, I hope they can provide a small mop in the bathroom in the future. That way, after showering, guests could easily mop up the water themselves, saving the cleaning staff extra trips. Standing water on the floor is quite unpleasant, and if left to air-dry, it poses a slip hazard, especially for children and the elderly. ## Service: The staff had a very good attitude, patiently answering all our questions. Anything we needed was promptly provided, and the cleaning lady was also very kind. ## Environment: Aside from a minor improvement needed in cleanliness, everything else was excellent. The price was affordable, the room was spacious, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a lovely sea view. The location was superb and very convenient, making it easy to get around. Parking was convenient, capped at 10 RMB per day. There were plenty of dining options, a shopping mall, and a bus station nearby. The BBQ stall downstairs was delicious, and there's a coffee shop on the ground floor, so no need to venture far for coffee. Many snack shops, convenience stores, and restaurants are also close by. The absolute best part is that pets are welcome with just a 100 RMB deposit, which is incredibly friendly. Everyone we encountered during our stay was also very friendly and fond of dogs, making this truly a welcoming city. Room cleaning can be requested anytime via the front desk, and they respond quickly. The water pressure from the shower was super strong, which was incredibly refreshing after a day at the beach.
