Facilities: There's not much around here. Getting a taxi is difficult. Hygiene: The room was clean. Service: It's good enough that there was no discrimination. Environment: The smoking area door in the lobby stinks terribly. I couldn't stand it every time I passed by. There's not much to do in winter. Wouldn't really recommend it.

The room was clean, the sea view was great, there were no strange odors, and I didn't notice any issues with soundproofing. I'm not sure where the negative online reviews came from; personally, I found everything to be good, and the location was very convenient too.

The hotel was generally clean. However, I can't say for sure if the bathtub in the room was properly cleaned. There is an ocean-view pool on the rooftop. It is only open from 11:00 to 18:00, so it would be even better if it was open later.

The room is huge for 2a2c. It's actually two rooms that merged into one so we actually have two doors. One side of the room is the bed area and the other side is the living area with sofa and TV. There are two bathrooms as well and one comes with a bathtub. Parking lots are a little limited but no issues with parking our car here at the end of the day. I guess its first come first serve. They are very generous with their in room snacks and its for free. Breakfast could be better I feel and with more varieties. But other than that all is good. Appreciate the steam dryer feature in the room.

I can't praise this hotel enough! The sea view room is absolutely stunning!! Waking up to that view every day was so therapeutic. The hotel environment is great, and there's a heated pool downstairs, a convenience store, and more. The service was excellent too! The only minor drawback is that there aren't many dining options nearby, but it's only a 15-minute taxi ride to the city center for food.

It was right next to the beach. The staff were all helpful. The interior design was a little outdated, but it was still clean and the rooms/building was in good condition. I loved their mini sink they have in the rooms for washing dishes or washing fruits. There's a Kiosk in the lobby so you can conveniently check in and out without a staff present. For the price, I am happy with my stay. It's like 3 mins walk from the bus stop and there's a direct bus to the airport.

Well equipped studio apartment, with a nice sized balcony overlooking the sea. It was super clean, and the kitchenette had everything you need to make quick meals, ramen etc. it even had a rice cooker. The owners are so welcoming and greeted us with a nice smile and chat every time we came back to the hotel. The location is a little remote, with mainly hotels and accommodation, but there are a few restaurants (including an amazing Sushi restaurant in the same building) , convenience stores and bus stops on the doorstep.

Simple and clean hotel that's around 20 min away from the airport. Nice ocean view as it's close to the port Nice staff I needed to warm up my food and the staff was ok that I used the microwave to do that. Offered me disposable chopsticks when I asked if they had a fork - silly me forgotten to take it from the convenient store and too lazy to walk out into the cold There's a lot of local restaurants around but I didn't try . Didn't see the message to drop off the access card and rang the bell early morning only to find out after I pressed it. The kind sir that was on duty greeted nicely despite being awaken suddenly and even linger around the counter while I waited for my Uber which was an added customer service instead of going back to rest. I feel that it's value for my money.

It was January, so it was nice and quiet, not too crowded. There were lots of tourist spots and great restaurants nearby, so I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel seemed a bit old, but it was beautifully and neatly maintained, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delivered to the room, but it was the same menu every day, which was a bit disappointing. Above all, the ocean view was absolutely stunning! Highly recommended!!!

We stayed in a double plus single bed room facing the airport/ocean. It was a lovely view. Check in and check were both pretty smooth. Room size is okay for small family. Bathroom comes air heated bidet which is appreciative during cold months. The bed were very comfortable and we have a very restful night. Location is seems to be surrounded by lots of restaurants catered to PRC tourists. Even walking on the street feels like we are in China. Shops like Innisfree and Olive Young are just steps away from the entrance. It makes a good airport hotel as the drive is only 15mins. Hotel also provides free airport shuttle stating from 7am.

GGuest UserOld hotel, needs renovating however we enjoyed our stay. Relatively close to the beach. We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there are some issues we faced. Firstly they began to tell us they couldn’t accept my Korean issued ID and needed to take a 200,000 won damage deposit (this sign was written in English and showed to us at check in). Once they realised I was using my Korean ID card and bank card they suddenly didn’t need to do this which we found this confusing and wondered if the policy is only applied to some guests. We were also given an information sheet that said we had to “use the room cleanly or we will be charged” meaning we were always conscious leaving in the morning due to thinking we will be charged so we couldn’t fully relax. The room is big but old. The floor wasn’t hoovered for 2 days so sand was still on the floor. The room overall wasn’t well cleaned…we found spiders on the head board and we couldn’t walk on the terrace due to the board lifting. On our final evening, we found sand from night one still on the shower floor. Every night there was so much noise from the room above making it hard to sleep. However there are some positives. The staff are friendly and answered our questions in a polite manner, it’s a great location close to the beach and the room is a good size. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite there being some things that need to be improved. For the price we paid, it was an okay stay, however we won’t be staying here again and if we paid more than we did we would be disappointed.

GGuest UserService & Amenities: Staff are friendly and helpful. Complimentary parking is available, Rooms are decent and clean, though there’s no wardrobe—only two hangers provided. The platform beds are comfortable and give the room a more spacious feel. Pillows are on the softer siders (even 2 were given 🤪) Toilet & Shower: The bin is quite small. Shower temperature can be tricky to adjust—warm water may suddenly turn cold, and vice versa. Self-Service Laundry:The washer works fine, but the dryer isn’t very effective—it doesn’t dry clothes thoroughly even with a similar load and machine brand compared to other hotels. Great and convenient location. BHC Chicken and Kyochon Chicken are behind the hotel. Fashion streets, Dongmun Market, and restaurants all within walking distance.

GGuest UserA small resort but has good amenities, a restaurant that serves tasty meals at reasonable prices, convenience store in the basement of annexe building, indoor, outdoor pools n public hot baths. Service is efficient though lacks friendliness. Room size is big in the main building. Breakfast variety could be more comprehensive. Overall we have enjoyed our stay n will return

GGuest UserThe hotel has been around for a while, so it feels a bit dated. For example, the corridors on both sides of the lobby use wall-mounted air conditioners instead of central air conditioning. However, the overall decor is still stylish and well-maintained. There's an outdoor pool, a casino, and a bowling alley, and the hotel is right next to the beach. **Cleanliness:** The overall hygiene is very good. **Environment:** The hotel offers great privacy. The outdoor pool is exclusively for hotel guests. The decor is still attractive, and the hotel has direct access to the beach. **Service:** No issues with the service. Just remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor.

JJoeanne JoeStaying at ShinShin Hotel Jeju Ocean and honestly… location is 💯 Just minutes away from iconic spots like Eodolgae Rock, Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, scenic trails, and the lively Jeju Olle Market—everything is so accessible. The food? Surprisingly good. The room? Huge, spotless linens, and a wow factor with a massive smart TV—perfect for Netflix & YouTube nights after long walks. Comfortable, clean, convenient… definitely a great base for exploring Jeju 🖤🌊

GGuest UserA great hotel which is really high end. Pools are great though not really great for small kids though was great they had free floatation aids. A shame Customer service sometimes lacked experience, food is great but expensive (even the buffet) and there were some strange limitations like the Italian didn’t serve pasta in the evening and 2 of the restaurants only served set menus. A strange juxtaposition as many of the people staying there seemed to be families. The last thing to mention is the play area is tiny. In the pictures it shows a big room full of toys which it seems is closed now though the website doesn’t mention it

GGuest UserThis was a cozy and pleasant hotel. Furthermore, one of the main reasons we chose Suite Hotel was the kids' library, which had a great selection of Gyowon books. My child absolutely loved it, so we were really satisfied. However, the dining experience was quite disappointing. The breakfast selection was simple and had fewer options compared to other hotels, and dinner at the restaurant was really, really underwhelming. Despite this, our overall satisfaction was still good.

GGuest UserIn Jeju's most peaceful village, with the majestic Baksugijeong Pavilion to your side and a peaceful harbor ahead, and the most beautiful coastline on the Olle Trail, especially in the mornings, dolphins occasionally show up to delight you. This is a small gem of a place nestled in a truly lovely village. I often travel to business hotels, but it's rare to find a place that offers such a relaxing and restful stay. The cozy room has everything you need, is extremely clean, and the bedding is firm and cozy. The lovely garden and the ocean beyond the window overlook the desk. The tranquility of a book is endless, and the warmth of those who have passed through the house makes the room even warmer. The loving owners, with their refined hospitality, and the owner's homemade bread and the owner's marmalade are worth the all-night chat. I plan to visit again when I visit Jeju for business or pleasure. I had a wonderful rest.

LLostSoullTraveling solo with my four-year-old daughter, I booked the most basic room type, and they kindly accommodated my request for a high-floor room, as noted in my reservation. While the hotel has some age, it's incredibly well-maintained, and the decor and ambiance are very pleasant. As someone who pays close attention to details, I found virtually no flaws in the room – even the grout lines in the bathroom were perfectly white, and the toiletries had a lovely, soothing scent. Since we slept in every day, we didn't make it to the breakfast restaurant. Instead, we ordered room service four times and enjoyed afternoon tea at the lobby lounge twice. Both the main courses and desserts were excellent, and the service was impeccable. I also have to mention the heated swimming pool; both the indoor and outdoor pools were kept at a comfortable 32 degrees Celsius, and there's a Jacuzzi, which was very kid-friendly. At sunset, walking around the public areas with my daughter, sitting on a bench, listening to the wind, and gazing at the sea was an absolute delight. To the right of the hotel, a path leads downhill directly to the beach and also intersects with the Jeju Olle trail. Coupled with four days and three nights of sunshine during our stay, this vacation was an incredibly satisfying experience.

Mminimalist♡It was quite far from Jeju City. I arrived late, so I couldn't see the scenery at night because I was busy showering and going to sleep. I fully enjoyed it in the morning. The bed was bigger and more comfortable than expected, and the room was clean. It was comfortable. The shower room was spacious, the water was hot, and the pressure was good, so it was a very satisfying first day of my trip in many ways. ^^ I recommend it. It was a comfortable place to stay at a good price. I'll come again~♡
