Pros: Front desk staff were helpful and spoke good English. The hotel room was spacious enough for opening suitcases. Bathroom was nice, had countertop space. Lots of countertop space in the room as well. Fridge. Hangers and wardrobe space for coats. Ocean view was worth it, especially watching the sunrise on our balcony. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was especially impressive and worth it - they even had a bibimbap station and jeju orange juice. Wish they had clearer labeling on what is vegetarian and vegan - but it is Korea. Quick taxi drive from the airport. Location was good for anyone looking to do bus tours in Jeju, as most of the pickup locations were nearby.
Cons: Pillow was a bit flat. You can kinda see the person showering even if the blinds are drawn but you really have to be looking - just something to be mindful of.

The resort located at the coastline of Jeju nearby SeongSan Ilchubong just about 10mins drive.
The design of this resort might looked outdated, but it is spacious, comfortable and it has all the amenities that you need, 7-11 at the lobby, outdoor swimming pool, coin machines laundry service at B1, shared kitchen which has microwave, stoves, hot water dispenser.
There were mainly local korean staying in this resort.
Most importantly the room and bathroom is clean.
Instagramable Cafe Orrrn is just few mins walk away from the resort.
Parking just outside the hotel which is very convenient to us.
I truly like this resort in Jeju.

The room feels a little small for 3 people with lugguages. But great location, 10mins walk to Jungmun Market and shopping district. Car Park lots are quite limited. As we stayed during winter, the pool was closed. But there's a gym and the staff are friendly!

The room features an electric bidet toilet, a refrigerator, and a balcony, with a very soft and comfortable bed. I recommend choosing a first-floor room as it has a large balcony where you can dine outdoors and enjoy the view. The hotel is located in Gwakji Beach and has a large lawn in front. Bus 202 goes directly to the airport. There's a GS25 convenience store downstairs, and a 7-Eleven further along towards the beach. There's also a BBQ Fried Chicken within 500 meters. The front desk service was exceptional; English communication was very smooth. They were incredibly patient while we picked out small gifts and even told us to take our time.

Had a great stay in Jeju. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very well maintained, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast had a good variety and was enjoyable. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, making it suitable for both families and couples. The hotel have outlets for May different type of brands, good for shopping. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Jeju Oriental Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay in Jeju City. The rooms are spacious and clean, with ocean views that add a relaxing touch. Staff are attentive, and the location is ideal—close to Black Pork Street and Yongduam Rock. However, the casino was underwhelming: small in size, with very limited game options, and only baccarat was operational during my visit. If you’re not there for gaming, the hotel still delivers solid value and a pleasant experience overall. Great for sightseeing and unwinding, but not the best pick for casino enthusiasts.

The hotel is on the outskirts of town and it is difficult to get a taxi during certain times of the day.
The pool is closed after August eventhough this is not stated anywhere on their booking information.
Eventhough there was two of us in a room, they only gave us one big towel, even when we would go and get one from reception, the cleaners would take it away the next day.
I think this hotel is okay if you have a car but not what we had in mind really.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hamdeok and Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak. We stayed here for our first two days, and opening the curtains to that ocean view was absolutely breathtaking. Seriously, don't let anyone tell you this ocean is like those back home; it's truly stunning!

Waking up to the gentle sound of waves at Shilla Stay Plus Lihot Towoo Beach Hotel, it felt like the ocean was right outside our window, lulling us to sleep. Our twin room was spacious and comfortable, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows framing a magnificent, ever-changing seascape. The kids danced barefoot by the window, watching clouds cast shadows on the glass.
In the evening, we all leaned by the window, watching the orange sunset slowly dip into the horizon, painting the sky and sea in soft, warm hues. Time seemed to stand still in that moment, and I heard my child quietly say, ”Mommy, the sun is going to sleep.”
Just outside the hotel was the unique black volcanic rock coast. My child curiously touched the rough rocks, listening to Dad tell stories of this land from billions of years ago. The tide rolled in, breaking into foamy white waves on the black reefs. My little one squatted there for a long time, saying it looked like the ocean was dancing.
This wasn't just a place to stay; it was a sanctuary where we had intimate conversations with the sea, with nature, and with each other. On the way home, my child kept asking, ”When can we go back to hear the waves sleep again?”

Great location! Fantastic view of the ocean. Great service provided by the reception. There was plenty of parking spaces which was great for us. Staff were very friendly and smiley. There is a convenient store located at the ground floor which was amazing.
The downside was, we left a baby pillow inside the hotel room. But the hotel was unable to locate it. The cleaner most likely threw it away without informing anyone. This was quite upsetting as we reported the lost within 2 hours of checking out.

GGuest UserOld hotel, needs renovating however we enjoyed our stay. Relatively close to the beach. We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there are some issues we faced. Firstly they began to tell us they couldn’t accept my Korean issued ID and needed to take a 200,000 won damage deposit (this sign was written in English and showed to us at check in). Once they realised I was using my Korean ID card and bank card they suddenly didn’t need to do this which we found this confusing and wondered if the policy is only applied to some guests. We were also given an information sheet that said we had to “use the room cleanly or we will be charged” meaning we were always conscious leaving in the morning due to thinking we will be charged so we couldn’t fully relax. The room is big but old. The floor wasn’t hoovered for 2 days so sand was still on the floor. The room overall wasn’t well cleaned…we found spiders on the head board and we couldn’t walk on the terrace due to the board lifting. On our final evening, we found sand from night one still on the shower floor. Every night there was so much noise from the room above making it hard to sleep. However there are some positives. The staff are friendly and answered our questions in a polite manner, it’s a great location close to the beach and the room is a good size. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite there being some things that need to be improved. For the price we paid, it was an okay stay, however we won’t be staying here again and if we paid more than we did we would be disappointed.
GGuest UserWe booked for the accommodation last minute so we didn’t had much of a choice with roon selection and had to pick the 4 single beds layout. The room comes with a dining room which was redundant. It has a table, mini fridge and the usual coffee/tea set. Personally, it’s a waste of space. Mattress are not the comfiest but still acceptable. Duvet is not thick and fluffy as I would prefer but that’s just me
The hot water shower in the bathroom had intermitence heating which was really hard to control. One moment it’s the right temp, the next sec, it’s freezing cold.
The room has an additional basin beside of the single bed which made it rather awkward. Whoever sleeping near the basin might get a sprinkle of water!
Free parking in the hotel but spaces are very narrow. It’s near a big supermarket e-mart and within walking distance to Dongmun market.

Great
GGuest UserWaiting for the year-end, my body and mind relax in the warm water. The breakfast really highlights the natural flavors of the ingredients. The pho, kimchi pork stew, and sea urchin seaweed soup are all superb. Looking out at Beomseom Island makes me reflect on life. The Olle Market, with its many food options, is also conveniently located just 6.7 kilometers away by car.
GGuest UserThis hotel truly embodies the feel of an old-school five-star, from the facilities to the service! For the rooms, I definitely recommend the sea view over the city view – the scenery is much better, and the rooms are generally larger. The hotel has two kids' clubs, one of which is paid, and both are great and very clean. It also boasts the only Louis Vuitton store in Jeju, where prices are about 3000 cheaper per bag, though the selection isn't huge. However, the service there is excellent.
The only downside is the food prices, which are quite high. Luckily, there are a few dining options about a 10-minute walk outside the hotel.
CConstancecwkWe checked in very late at night at about 11pm and we had to change room twice before we finally got our room and settled down. First room, the bin was not cleared and there were used men underwear in the bin. It was not a very good experience especially for two girls. Made us feel like the room wasnt cleaned.
We then went down to have our room changed. The receptionist who is so nice (in service) gave us a new room and new key. We went up and the key wasnt working. At this point we were already very exhausted. We went down again and informed her. She then gave us another room which we walked passed and coincidentally notice that it was DND before. She assisted us all the way up to the new room and opened the door for us. It seems fine but it was late so we quickly accepted it and checked in. Once we are settled we realized that the main door could not be locked from the inside.
We settled in anyway because we didnt want to go through all the trouble and spoil our vacation. But on a lighter note, the receptionist is very nice and promot is trying to fix our issue. This place can do better.
CCybet GomezThe resort is new and beautiful, but the service is extremely strict. There are soooo many rules to follow, we didn't want to stay more time. The swimming pool at the resort is not for children it's only for adults, only the swimming pool at the hotel is available for children and adults. If you don't finish your food for any reason, even after paying, you can't take it to go and they rush you to finish your food and leave. During my dinner it wasn't pleasant to have someone rushing you because they need to close. I thought the customer was priority in this kind of hotels, especially for the price we are paying.
At the front desk they are helpful and friendly.

GGuest UserWe stayed in the Bunker Room and the kids absolutely loved it! It was my first time seeing a hotel provide double baby guards after requesting them, which was fantastic. I could put the kids to sleep with complete peace of mind. We didn't use the heated pool, but there were quite a few people in there. I'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Jeju. The Bunker Room was amazing!
GGuest UserThe environment is quiet and quiet. It is convenient to drive to various attractions in the Chinese area, or even to Niudao and Sunrise Peak. The owner has spent a lot of thought on layout and operation. It is a homestay worth recommending in Jeju.
GGuest UserLet's talk about the sea behind the hotel first – it's incredibly therapeutic. The hotel itself is built into a cliff, with the lobby cleverly located on the sixth floor of the building. The style is a charming blend of vintage Southern French and old Nanyang aesthetics, feeling naturally relaxed and unpretentious. The landscaping throughout the resort is also very well thought out. In front of the hotel, below the cliff, the sea stretches wide, shimmering with sparkling waves and a few white sails gently swaying. A sea breeze here is truly invigorating. The facilities are a bit dated, and not many of the front desk and service staff speak Chinese. Most of the guests are local Koreans, many with young children on vacation. There are many other hotels nearby, and it's a great area for leisurely walks. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I couldn't explore it more deeply, which is a bit of a shame. If I come to Jeju Island again, I would definitely choose to stay here for a few more nights.
VValentinyThe main reason we picked this hotel was for the sunrise! It didn’t disappoint although it gt blocked from our balcony , just go to the open space and there can view without any obstructions.
It’s peaceful and comfortable. Facing the ocean room with balcony is really nice choice! Free parking available. Gt microwave to use. Nearby can walk to minimart. Can pay additional for Korean style buffet bfast but the spread is a little disappointing for the price.
Minutes away frm the sunrise peak. It’s convenient if have car. 1 hour plus away from city. Will stay again.
