Grabel Hotel Jeju

The waiter has a bad attitude. When explaining the check-in and room rules, his tone and attitude make the guests feel uncomfortable.

There was no soundproofing and the ondol was uncomfortable, so I asked to cancel one of the two days. I didn't, and the swimming pool was okay, but I think I was annoyed that towels had to be paid.

The hotel environment is nice and clean, but the bathroom is a bit easy to get clogged, but the service is very good and will be taken care of immediately. The location is between Aewol-eup and the city. You can choose to stay for 1-2 days. Also, the hotel does not allow outside food. It is worth mentioning that the service at the front desk is particularly good. You can directly ask the front desk to book a taxi. There is also a Chinese lady at the front desk who is super nice. She will help us check the ratings of the store we want to go to in order to prevent us from making mistakes, and tell us how to take a bus more conveniently. Questions about the travel itinerary were all asked directly to her!

It's really good value for money!! If I go to Jeju Island again, I think I'll book again!

別來 、不推薦、 特別不友好 ！半夜入住、 第二天9 點多 保潔直接刷卡開房門、 嚇我們一激靈， 兩個女生， 你們説嚇人嗎？ 前台不友好、花錢買看臉色, 超過了11 點退房要我們交20000 韓幣， （前提是入住的時候沒有提醒），前台矮個女生一副高高在上的模樣、Worst experience ever !!!! This hotel make people feel depressed . The carpet looks dirty and old ! And room is Small . No service at all . I don’t know why this people work here if no passion for service at all . Everyone’s face looks like we own them money . We checked in late . Like midnight! No welcome no smile ! Didn’t tell us have to check out before 11 am since everyone used to check out at noon I guess? ! Otherwise you need to pay 20000 ! Unbelievable . In the next morning around 9 am , The cleaner directly opened our door without knocking the door , we are 2 girls . And we went to sleep late . Scared out of my **** . Can’t sleep any more . But we are still friendly ! So decided go to the ocean and Starbucks . Then we back and checked the rooftop pool . No waiter or any service there ! Then we go to back room . Was about 11:40 am . The room key doesn’t work already . Then I go to the lobby . The reception lady tell us over time check out need to pay 20000 ! ! I ask why . ? She say because u late . Well . You didn’t remind us when we check in . Every where check out time is noon . And you make it earlier don’t u think you need to remind everyone when they check in ? U just charge them money . ? I say ok . If I pay 20000 how long we can stay longer ? She say only one hour ! This is robbery！！ ！ it’s unacceptable . Ask why again . She say like it is how it is ? I got really mad . But I control my temper. I’d never come back here and no recommend this **** hotel ! Unless u like to see this people’s **** face . ！！ only one girl not so bad like others seems she is new . Asked her called a taxi for me . . The short girls is 🤮
