"Hotel location is excellent with just a short easy 5mins walk to Jeju Bus station and the bus stop to catch more than 3 buses to jeju airport , just 3 stops away. Ideal if u hv an early flight to catch. The earliest bus is at 6am from that bus stop to airport. There r also restaurants and a C U convenient shop nearby. The room we stayed provided toiletries and small hand towels only, not the standard bath towels. That's the only minus point. Can leave your luggages in an unlocked room if u happen to arrive earlier than check in time."

"The room was very satisfying, close to Health Road, and came with a coffee machine, ice maker, and hot water. Self-check-in was super convenient; I arrived after 10 PM and was able to get to the city center quickly. It was a great experience, very close to both the airport and bus stops. There's a convenience store right next to the hotel, making it super easy to grab coffee, snacks, or a late-night bite. Just a short stroll away, you'll find all sorts of fantastic restaurants – BBQ, fried chicken, seafood... you name it. You could eat out for days without repeating a single dish [__LINK_ICON]. Getting around, whether by taxi or bus, is also very convenient. It's only a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport, so getting there is stress-free. The service was exceptionally thoughtful. The front desk staff all speak Chinese, so check-in, asking for directions, and getting restaurant recommendations were all seamless. They even proactively shared authentic local eateries that only locals know about [__LINK_ICON]. The cleanliness also deserves praise; staff cleaned the room daily, replaced trash bags and towels, making for a very clean and comfortable stay [__LINK_ICON]. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or solo, this hotel is a perfect fit. It offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next trip to Jeju!"

"The hotel has a good location. There are various restaurants, shops and bus stations nearby. It was not new, but neat and clean with everything needed. We arrived after midnight and checked-in fast. The lady at the reception said there were no restaurants open at that time, but we actually found a couple of nice ones nearby."

"I came to Jeju Island on a solo trip and found this place so comfortable! It's super close to both the airport and the city center, and impressively clean. A definite highlight was the projector for watching TV – I absolutely loved it! The staff at the front desk were also incredibly friendly. They even stored my luggage for me after check-out, which was a huge help. I'll definitely be back next time!"

"The hostel is nice and the location is near jeju bus stop terminal so traveling to places isn't that hard since buses start at the terminal, its also near the airport bus terminal as well. There are many restaurants and shops nearby so even if you are hungry, you wont have a problem. The staff are nice specially the manager and the tall guy with hat. They often help me with what I need. Its clean and each bed has privacy."

"The hotel is conveniently located in a lively city area, surrounded by restaurants and office buildings. However, the decor throughout the hotel, including the room, feels quite old-fashioned and dated. Communication was a bit challenging because the Korean front desk staff didn’t speak English, and my Korean is very limited, so I had to rely on Google Translate. Later on, I found out that some of the staff were from China and assumed I spoke Chinese, so they talked to me in Chinese right away. Both the TV and AC remotes in the room were only in Korean, and instructions in Chinese were available at the front desk. It seems that the hotel mainly caters to Chinese-speaking guests. I ended up using Google Translate again to figure things out."

"We stayed in a family room with one 1.5m queen bed and one single bed, which was perfect. It's always challenging to find suitable accommodation when traveling with older kids, so I was very pleased this time. The hotel is also very close to the airport, a taxi ride is only about 6,000-7,000 Korean Won and takes about 10 minutes. If you plan to use public transport to places like Udo Island or other distant attractions, you can easily go to the airport bus terminal. Plus, there's a Lotte Duty-Free shop downstairs, so grabbing an MLB cap was super convenient. The window couldn't open, but the view was great, facing the ocean where you could see planes taking off and landing. Once it quieted down at night, you could hear a slight hum from the planes – something to consider if you're very sensitive to noise. There were no slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste provided, but bottled water was replenished daily, and when we asked for extra, the staff were very generous. Overall, the service was quite good. We arrived around 12 PM and were immediately checked in. On our last day, we had already checked out early, but then a family member felt unwell. After a brief discussion, they promptly cancelled our check-out and allowed us to return to our room to rest until 11 AM."

"Extremely satisfied! The service was also top-notch. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient to get everywhere. The room was spotless. Housekeeping did a fantastic job and was never intrusive. I had requested two bottles of water in advance, and they were promptly provided without any fuss. The lobby is beautiful, but the highlight was the lady at the front desk – she was absolutely stunning 🤩 sooo pretty. A big thank you to the lady who helped me hail a taxi at the end; unfortunately, I didn't get her name. I was a bit anxious about not being able to find a taxi for the airport, so I mentioned it to her. I was genuinely impressed by the incredible efficiency of Koreans. Since I didn't have a local SIM card, I couldn't use any ride-hailing apps, which was quite frustrating. Upon hearing my predicament, she immediately ordered a taxi for me and directed me to wait by the roadside. She was truly helpful. In fact, all the hotel staff were great and very helpful. As long as your request is reasonable, they will handle it swiftly. Their high efficiency was excellent and truly exceeded my expectations. And English communication was seamless! Their English was genuinely impressive."

"The location is absolutely fantastic – very close to the airport and even closer to the sea. I think the biggest advantage is being able to enjoy the ocean view right from the comfort of the room without even needing to step out. Despite the weather in Jeju not being great throughout my trip, I actually found it had its own unique charm, which I appreciated. After a much-needed period of relaxation, I'm now heading back feeling completely refreshed."
