I can't recommend anything other than the view. As for the view, if you don't get assigned a room facing the sea, you won't see the sea as you see in the picture. If you lower the blinds on the upper floor, you can hear some kind of construction noise, thumping sounds when you walk around, and even the sound of couples making love in the early morning. The soundproofing is the worst. And since it's near the airport and in the direction of the flight, you can hear the sound of the plane all day long. Definitely not recommended if you plan on sleeping in late. And just as you can see the sea from the room, you can see the room from the outside as well. In particular, the lower floors are visible enough to make eye contact with people passing by on the street, and at night, when the room is bright, it is almost visible.
