It was pretty good. There's a hot spring pool on the top floor, and the room was really spacious. They even offered a free extra bed. The cleanliness was decent too, and they were great about storing our luggage.

The city-view twin room is not only a spacious 65 square meters, but the view is also absolutely stunning. The hotel has a full range of facilities, including outdoor hot springs and a swimming pool. On the 6th floor, there's an indoor pool and hot spring baths, plus a sauna (for a fee). There's also a mall, convenience store, and numerous restaurants. The service is excellent, and the hotel's central location is perfect. It's only about a 6-minute taxi ride to the airport. Shopping and dining along Healthcare Road are incredibly convenient. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Jeju Island!

It’s really a good choice to stay in this hotel . We book 2 rooms . Great views from level 17 . Indeed breathtaking views. Feeling absolutely great to wake up with the sunrise view . Glad that front desk customer service able to speak English and mandarin which is really helpful .
But we were surprise that we were actually being charge when we use the toothbrush that was send daily to our room . Isn’t it suppose to be free ? After many stays in other hotel this is quite surprising for us . If hotel wanna charge us maybe should let us know when we check in to the hotel .
Also we notice room 1769 bathroom lights is flickering.

The toilet was clogged on the first day, and the shower drain was very slow. Room cleaning was sloppy; my child's bath toys weren't removed the next day, and toilet paper wasn't replenished. Other than the convenient location, the experience was pretty average.
