Hotel location is really good! The room given to us can see the sea, the facilities are not bad, the bath water is very hot, the room size is right, that is, the 11th period plus Friday, the price is really expensive!
The service was very good. We arrived early and helped us arrange the stay early. There was free beer time on Friday. I went to taste it. All kinds of strange beer were hard to say. At the same time, there are free biscuits at the front desk. The American biscuits are too sweet!
Booked a night of ordinary bed room, the front desk was very friendly to upgrade the suite after arriving at the store, the suite facilities are very new, I feel that it has just been renovated, very satisfied. The surrounding area is a holiday apartment, so the hotel does not have its own restaurant, breakfast and dinner can be eaten at the restaurant next to it.
We arrived very late but spent a good night at this hotel. I like the style of this hotel, and everything here is satisfied.
Our cottage is so close to the beach, it's very convenience. And more, we liked the breakfast very much.

A very comfortable hotel. It provides a free buffet breakfast. The breakfast is relatively rich in the United States. You can make your own waffles, including egg pancakes 🥞, bacon 🥓, fruits 🍉, oatmeal 🥣, etc. The three of us booked two Bedroom suites, each room has a bathroom, the overall feeling is very spacious and comfortable!
Parking at the hotel is relatively expensive, costing 45 US dollars a day. We parked across the road from the hotel entrance. It is a roadside parking lot and is free at night.

The hotel is in a good location, just near the beach of Cancun, only two or three hundred meters away from the iconic attractions of Cancun Beach; the hotel environment is clean, the rooms are clean, hot water and air conditioning are good. Although breakfast is not provided, there is a traveler's restaurant (Western food) only 200 meters away from the hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided and cheap. We are free to travel from Portland by coach. The hotel is opposite the bus station and only one minute away, which is very convenient.
Japanese evening cherry at the entrance of the hotel is the highlight. There is also an oven, an electronic stove in the room, and I went to Costco to buy lobster, meat crabs, salmon and steak for cooking. It feels great.

GGuest UserThe Siletz Bay Beachfront Hotel has an excellent location. The rooms are good and are reasonably clean. The hotel is aging somewhat gracefully but still has no air conditioning in the rooms. The service however is not friendly to fishermen staying there to fish for the outstanding Fall run of Pacific Salmon in the Siletz River. Specifically, the rigid office hours of 7 am to 10 pm are all but useless for fishermen. In 3 years of staying there I have yet to be able to take advantage of their free breakfast. Also, there is no freezer on site that is usable for fishermen. I was specifically denied access to a freezer for my fish fillets that is there (behind a locked door) for what are (IMHO) very bogus reasons. I also had issues with an extremely noisy ventilation system coming from somewhere other than my bathroom (reported after my first night but never fixed during my 7 nights there), hot water that would run out halfway through my shower, and a loss of TV during my last 2 days there. For all these reasons I will be looking to stay elsewhere when I return to Lincoln City to fish next Fall.
KKatherineThe Sandcastle overall was a great place to stay and we may return again in the future. I was very frustrated however that there was zero advisory that the Sandcastle was under construction. We arrived around 3:30pm on Saturday and it was very noisy in our room until about 7pm. After driving to the coast we had wanted to take a nap before dinner but that was not possible. With having higher rates on the weekends, I am very disappointed that they don't wait until during the week to do construction. We paid over $200 a night, where as during the week there are rates as low as $90. Other than the construction, our room was very nice. We enjoyed the ocean front view and fireplace in our room.
VValI had a fabulous stay at this sustainable hotel that incorporates nature into every aspect of the property. I loved using the sauna & pool, the mini market, restaurants & lounging areas in the main building. I enjoyed having coffee on my balcony that overlooked the golf course. My one small complaint was there was some road noise & I hope they put up sound barriers at some point (I could only hear it outside from my balcony which was one of the far buildings, so I'm sure others may not experience this).
HHelly WilsonGreat location, very easy to find. Check in was smooth & quick. Room was at the back down a driveway facing the water, bridge & Riverwalk. Nice bonus to be away from street noise! Room was small but very clean & satisfactory. Mexican restaurant across the street, great place to eat, open late. Great place for a morning walk with your coffee & chance to get amazing photos on the Riverwalk. Never got a chance to check out the pool cuz of late arrival.Would definitely stay again! Better than I expected!
RRUOHONGWhen booking, there is only one last double room with no breakfast. When you check in, you can upgrade to the Queen Suite for free. There is a King size bed and a fold-out sofa bed in the living room. The two beds were very comfortable, but the quilt was too thin and woke up in the middle of the night. Fortunately, we brought a blanket and the three could barely sleep. The room is large, with a full kitchen, dishwasher, oven, four-burner range hood, with knives, spoons, dishes, pots, and other tableware. There are dishwashing liquid, dishwashing, coffee machine, toasting machine, rag. There is no cutting board. There are washing machine dryers, two TVs. The downside is that on the exit side, there are cars coming in and out, and it will be fine after the night. A little bit soundproof, I can hear the people next door. Close to Port Stevens Park, the Columbia River is at the mouth of the sea, watching the sunset is a must! It’s hard to see a large group of moose elk in the evening! I can only see one elsewhere.
VVictoria PunzalanThey have a lot of renovations going on but our room was quiet, big, clean and comfortable. It had a microwave, mini fridge and big smart TV. We enjoyed the rain shower and nice thick towels.
Staff were all friendly.
24 hour coffee and tea bar was great.
I liked that it so close to Safeway grocery where we bought some hot food for dinner and breakfast.
Will book here again if we go to Coos Bay on the future.
LLavitaLocaRoom was small but comfortable and clean. The stairs were quite troublesome during the rain but was very thankful that they did have two elevators, no ice machine on the 3rd floor( which is where we were) fridge was nice size and very very clean! coffee in room was a plus we had a room with no view but it did have a bathtub and check in was easy and check out was even easier!
GGuest UserAlways a pleasurable experience! Close to the beach, and great view of the lighthousr from most rooms we have stayed. Great location to shopping, but still secluded! The lounge and restaurant are absolutely convenient, even though being a bit expensive. Very nice room and amenities! Needs some upgrading, though it is minor. Will always try to book here when planning a weekend getaway or just a night!
GGuest UserSilver Sands has been a staple stay for my family over 30 years, but I haven't been there since COVID in 2020. I assumed the swimming pool would still be there and my two daughters were extremely disappointed. It was too cold on the beach so swimming outside wasn't an option either. I wont trust pictures on Trip Adisor and other apps for current facilities.
