I booked this hotel for a business trip because it was close to the conference venue and the pictures looked clean. It turned out to be unexpectedly comfortable. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite complete. It would be perfect if the shower had a rain showerhead. I liked that the toilet and shower were separate, which saved time when sharing a room with a colleague. **Hygiene:** It was very clean; the sheets and duvet cover were freshly changed. **Environment:** The hotel is divided into three floors. The 3rd floor is for check-in and has larger rooms, while the 13th and 14th floors also have rooms. On my first day, I stayed on the 14th floor alone and it even had a balcony. It would be lovely to sit out there when the weather isn't cold. The restaurant is also on the 114th floor. **Service:** The staff here are very attentive; they remembered everything I mentioned and even reminded me about things. They also offered afternoon tea, and there was tea provided in the room. It was genuinely very good.

The hotel's location is a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. It's incredibly close to Chunxi Road, just a few minutes' walk away. I booked a family room, and it was spacious enough, completely smoke-free, and very quiet. There was even a desk where the kids could dutifully do a couple pages of homework, 😈 – fully equipped for families. The hotel service was excellent. We particularly loved the laundry pickup and delivery service, which saved us so much time washing and drying clothes, allowing us to head out and enjoy ourselves easily. The lobby's guest relations manager was very warm and friendly. The front desk staff also attentively responded to our needs. The hotel's efficiency is impressive. I must also mention the hotel's breakfast; it offered a wide variety of options. If you're short on time, you can try many local snacks right there at the hotel.

When my friend and I arrived in Chengdu, it was quite late. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a higher floor, but the bathroom lacked a bathtub and a proper shower door. We called staff and they promptly moved us to another room. Since it was very late, we missed breakfast. However, they extended our check-out until 2 PM, which was a huge help. Parking was also free. While the surrounding environment isn't quite on par with Beijing or Hong Kong, overall, I'd still recommend this as a good hotel in Chengdu. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. I was very satisfied.

The service was excellent. The hotel is very beautiful, and all the staff provided outstanding service. They always asked about our needs and were ready to help with everything. I really wanted to stay for two more nights, but we had to move on to another place. I loved it so much. Right in the heart of Chengdu city. Just 5min away from IFS building where there are many tour buses to outskirts. ISEYA service is top notch! I stayed in 3 different hotels during my China trip. ISEYA’s butler is most responsive and speedy. Kudos to 琪琪! Every morning, she will text us and ask if we want room make up and are there any special request. Always at my doorstep within 10min whenever we need her. The room is also very new and modern, no issue with the facilities. The only issue is the temperature difference between the loft level and bottom level, due to the room aircon vent position issue. So upper level may feel hot but lower level feels colder. Not really a big issue after we self adjust after one day. I would definitely choose ISEYA again for my next trip to China.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's location is excellent, right near Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. The hotel is luxurious and grand, and the front desk service was great. I was given a room on the 9th floor, and the breakfast buffet on the 30th floor was quite varied. The hotel is conveniently located for getting around, and it's close to many attractions in Chengdu, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The cleaning was meticulous and thorough, with no strange odors or neglected corners, making for a refreshing and reassuring stay. **Environment:** Located in a prime central area, yet surprisingly quiet. The garden (Shuyuan) was lush and green, and the adorable little cats added a touch of warmth. The high-floor guest rooms offered expansive views. **Service:** The concierge team was professional and attentive, and staff like Michelle were warm and thoughtful. The turndown service, complete with chocolates, showed great attention to detail. **Facilities:** The guest rooms were smartly equipped and comprehensive, with a complimentary minibar. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and the executive lounge offered a diverse array of food during happy hour, making for an excellent experience. Overall, an extremely satisfying stay!

Geographical location: It is backed by Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for eating and drinking, and is friendly to business travelers. It costs 15 yuan to take a taxi from Nanchong Station. If you tell the driver that you are in a hurry, there will be a ”surprise”. Hardware facilities: It is one of the best in Nanchong. After all, it is supported by international brands. The hardware settings are more suitable for user needs. High-speed hair drying, hot water heating speed, shower water volume, comfortable slippers, and iced minnibar cola are more important to me. Price: Sometimes the single breakfast price is less than 400. Stay at Hyatt Place, what do you want a bicycle. Room selection: I have stayed in river view and city view, and I recommend city view. The river view is beautiful, overlooking half of the city, but the window is open for a long time, and small mosquitoes will naturally attack. The noise of the dam dance in the riverside square is also relatively loud, which lasts until about 21 o'clock. The city view is relatively quiet. This hotel is incredibly thoughtful! I was driving overnight and wanted to check in early. I was even prepared to pay an extra fee, but the front desk said they had a room ready, so I could just go straight in. The little touches like face masks and drinks were so considerate. Plus, the location is fantastic – it's just minutes away from Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. And the night view is pretty great too!

The hotel is tucked away in a lively area, yet offers a peaceful retreat. We stayed in a suite on the third floor, which was very spacious with beautiful views from the window. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were great, and having a Starbucks option was a nice bonus. The only issue we encountered was related to the bedding. The hotel thoughtfully provided three sets of toiletries and slippers, anticipating that most suite guests would be families. However, there was only one 1.8-meter bed, which wasn't suitable for sleeping with a young child. We had to request an extra bed, but the mattress was uncomfortable. When we brought this to the hotel's attention, they responded very promptly and handled it exceptionally well, which we greatly appreciated. A special thank you to the two front desk managers (one male, one female – I was in too much of a hurry to catch their names). I hope the hotel can improve on this aspect in the future. Since they already expect families in suites, it would be ideal to provide a small sofa bed. We wouldn't mind paying an extra bed fee, but the mattress should be comfortable to avoid impacting the overall stay experience. The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photoshoot, with three free prints. Both the makeup artist and photographer were professional and friendly. We were on a tight schedule, so they finished everything within two hours, and we were very happy with the photos. We ended up purchasing a package to take home. I highly recommend it to anyone with more time during their stay.
