PenumbralExcellent hotel right next to the city's central square.
Clean, minimalist room, a comfortable soft bed, and plenty of single-use toiletries. A small breakfast buffet. Friendly front desk staff.
On the minor downside: sound carries quite well from the hallway, so falling asleep quickly proved difficult due to the loud voices and noise from other guests in the corridor. The hallway light also seeps in through the gap under the door — in a room like this it shines right into your eyes if you're facing the door; I ended up covering my face with the spare pillow.
Overall, though, the impression is very positive. Very clean, lots of handy little extras in the shower, tea and coffee, and a couple of glass bottles of local water.

EdgarMesropyanAmazing hotel definitely one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in Armenia! The food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Syuzi, who helped me organize a surprise for my girlfriend - truly appreciated! The hotel is worth every penny. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Gyumri!

PakaxontasThe hotel is located in the center of Gyumri, near the main square. The linens and towels were very clean, and the room itself was spotless. The receptionist was a very kind and attentive man who answered all of our questions. We were checking out early in the morning and would miss breakfast, so we asked for lunch boxes to go, and they kindly accommodated our request, not leaving us hungry! 🙂↕️ Huge thanks 🙌🏼

Evgeniia BocharovaEverything about this hotel is perfect, from its location to the interior design details. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the room is clean and has everything you need. The breakfast is magnificent. We didn't use the spa. The value for money is simply excellent! I highly recommend it.

The hotel has an artistic yard, the single floor feels better, but the room facilities are relatively simple, unlike the hotel, it feels like a temporary guest house, low cost performance,

Guest User

The overall experience is very good, the accommodation room is big and cheap, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. Jiumli is a warm city, because the place is not big, it is very convenient to walk or take a taxi, I like it very much.
