Clean, comfortable, and great staff. It looks... imposing... from the outside, but the inside was great. Reception were helpful, checkin swift and efficient, bar/restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Food: limited choice on the menu, but I stayed there for four nights, and ate in the restaurant each night with something difference each time. Portions are big, food was hot and fresh, service was excellent. Breakfast was fine, with an Austrian/German tilt to it (eg: plenty of choice of sausage!). Coffee excellent. OJ, although not freshly squeezed, was nice. Again, service good. Choice of three breads, a hot buffet, and a good choice of cold cuts. Room: temperature fine, duvets thing, although pillows were just OK. Nothing bad about them, just okay. Shower was awesome: huge, hot and good pressure. Plenty of power sockets, although no USB which surprised me. Wide choice of TV channels in all languages. Windows open for ventilation. Location: right next to the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet (well worth a visit), and next to the highway outside of town. Other restaurants nearby, including a KFC, all within a five minute walk. Free parking outside and around the back. Taxi to the airport is EUR 70 (it's cheaper to get an Uber, if you can find one nearby - I couldn't). If you want to pay the Taxi by credit card, tell reception when you ask them to call for it. Misc: wifi was free and easy to use, seemed fast enough for Netflix. Soap/shower gel in the bathroom was decent quality; towels plentiful and soft. Summary: I'd stay here again. Big shout out to the barman Peter (the older guy with the Austrian moustache) for his service skills.

All super except breakfast chaos and evenings We were with our great family in Iron City for a 30.Ten and 60.Ten birthday. The breakfast team has no system, we have breakfast on Saturday, there were several served and served women. But no one had an overview, no one was responsible for a certain station. Fruit, vegetable press is genial, but if no one cares for postponement and emptying... then it does NOT use. Several family members always missed various foods, croissants, salmon, dark baggage, lifts... constantly employees had to be asked to fill something. We have never seen such a disorganised crowd in the world. Super beautiful new hotel, a chaos at breakfast. No one asked us whether we live there and asked about our room number, so viewed Iron City can have breakfast there. So bad ☹️ The wellness area is genial, the rooms are missing only boxes....

Super beautiful Getaway Hotel near Vienna. Service vlt not yet played quite(who wonders it at a so young hotel), very friendly and premature for it. We have received great tips, on our ground of stay (a birthday weekend) was received and every wish was treated with effort. The facilities are very tasteful and stylish, the beds a dream and our studio room was very spacious. Eating (both breakfast as well as the ”other” card) well and tastefully furnished. Lounge facilities in both the beach and the pool are also very nice and cosy. It is to be emphasised that the rooms have a top dam and we have NOT got from the trubble(Breakfast at 10 a.m. with full occupation) Although we had a room in the ground floor - thumbs up for it!!! We want to be back!

It's 3.5 but tripadvisor doesn't allow half a point I guess. Overall the hotel is clean and new, the staff was friendly and location relative to the outlet shopping area is great, also plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. Two things bothered me however: 1) there is no closet or a wardrobe in the room, it's like they are telling you don't stay for more than couple days, and for a hotel where most people stay are shoppers, I find it very weird not to have a place to put away your clothes or shopping 2) there is no safe in the room, I mean come on, this is basic stuff, so now I have to carry my valuables with me whenever I leave the room, again very inconvenient Overall it is a good hotel, could be a lit better if they addressed items above.

Been there with my family and grand children. We had a family room and junior suite; rooms were spacious, amenities in bathroom were ample. Restaurant had ala cart for dinner and choices were sufficient and fresh. There were children menu. Walk through the town was so nice. Highly recommended for families with children. There are bikes for rentals and whole town is cosy and friendly.

Who seeks rest, will be found here. For others it may be too separated. Except, you seek rest for a seminar. The house itself has grown organically over the years and who seeks finds the annual rings. The rooms are friendly and modern, the spa area is sufficient (who wants more can avoid the surrounding thermal areas). The service is always friendly and the kitchen is a very own reason for a longer arrival. The exit should be thoughtful – due to the extensive wine offer –! The offer for dog companions is also well integrated and interesting. We were just a jump over the weekend – happy who can come here to a seminar. The motto is true anyway!
