We love the location! It is so close to the bay. We can easily walk to shops, restaurants, playgrounds, and the jetty. We definitely enjoyed the breakfast and will come back in spring.

Top accommodation, excellent food, clean rooms, great location, and everyone is incredibly friendly.

The hotel is in a good location, but the room smells a bit musty. Rooms that will not be occupied for a long time are reserved for orders from Ctrip. The restaurant is very good, the food and service are good, and the price is very reasonable. It is good to stay here when traveling to Kangaroo Island.

Clare Country Club is a good option to stay at in Clare Valley even if you are not a golfer. It is a short drive from the heart of Clare town which has several good dining options such as The Bentleys Hotel which has a decent pub, dine-in restaurant and a bottle shop. The Antidote restaurant in Clare is a popular choice serving fusion cuisine. The wineries and cellar doors of Clare Valley are all within close proximity. Rooms look out onto lawns and have outdoor tables and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. The hotel does not serve dinner on Sundays. A small bottle of wine, chocolates and crisps are provided complimentary. Parking is free and close to the rooms which makes it easy to load/unload luggage.

Very nice gateway, one of the memorable stays, well priced. Not many restaurants nearby, better to drive to Hahndorf for dinner.

We booked this 3 star hotel in Adelaide purely for its location close to an event we were attending. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find the lift was out of order. Thankfully, a second lift was operational but only with the down button, but it wasn’t the most welcoming start. Check in was handled by friendly staff who offered a warm smile, though nothing beyond the basics in terms of service. Once we reached our room on the 5th floor, it was hard to ignore the issues: part of the ceiling was missing and the carpets were noticeably dirty. While the room itself was functional, the bed felt more like a slab of timber than a mattress definitely not made for comfort. We left our bag and headed out, but I couldn’t shake the uneasy feeling the hotel gave me. Ultimately, we made the decision not to stay overnight and returned later to collect our bag and check out. This may be a suitable spot for some travellers who prioritise location above all else, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the right fit for us.

I had a great stay here compared to most hotels where the room is spacious and there's a big window with sunlight coming through and they provide welcome snacks and water for free which is rare these days unless you stay at a 5 star hotel. I was happy with the friendly customer service and allowing to store my luggage before check in and after check out. What could be improved is a sign as soon as the lift was being fixed as I didn't know the lift wasn't working when I was waiting for it on level 3. The room tends to be stuffy when the air con isn't on and brings a stuff smell. Windows need to be opened if it would open. The hotel card is quite fiddly and takes a while to unlock, they need to replace with better cards and door signal. In saying that, I would stay again as it was a good experience overall compared to other hotels I stayed in. It's not far from IGA groceries and bus stops plus there's a shared area to cook your food.

We are a family of 5 and we booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. The hotel did not give us rooms on the same floor. They said they had no idea that we were traveling together as I did not tell them we were traveling together. I answered the reservation of the 3 rooms was made under ONE booking, does it tell you we are traveling together or I was just booking the other 2 rooms for strangers .....The receptionist was speechless then, but nothing she could do as the hotel was fully booked she said. We showed up after the check in time of 2pm, but one of the rooms was not cleaned up yet and hence not ready, the other room had AC problem and also not ready. We spent 30 minutes in the reception trying to check in.... The room was noisy, after midnight bid noise came from the main door and toilet area basically every hour, waking us up in the middle of the night a few times. First I thought it was someone banging at the door, or a cleaner cleaning in the lift lobby. I opened the door but found nobody. The noise was consistent for the whole 3 nights. Other than the above, the hotel is well located and the price is reasonable. The staff at the reception are basically nice and helpful.

This hotel is located in the heart of Adelaide, South Australia's capital. While it's not a five-star, it's definitely a top-tier four-star. The location is excellent, with a McDonald's right across the street and major supermarkets like Coles nearby. It offers fantastic value for money, especially during holidays. There's also a gym and a swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel.
