Staying at this hotel was truly a pleasant experience because of its location! It's close to the North Station, and the room was clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept soundly. The view from the window was lovely; I woke up to sunshine and birdsong in the morning. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!
Lift didn’t work when I arrived , the next day they got it fixed . But the day I arrived after a long journey I had to carry two of my bags two floors . Than air conditioning was not working. I had to keep the windows open to get donevfreg and cool air otherwise it was suffocating
But the room size was decent , it was near to railway station, it had good halal food nearby and room was clean
The hotel itself is pretty nice. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast was nice too. Brussels as a city is not something I enjoyed- there were lots of homeless people around the hotel at night time. At a point while coming from station to the hotel at night, I felt like I might get mugged. Nothing against the hotel though - the hotel is great.

The hotel itself is great- clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. It’s a good value for the price.
However, the area around it isn’t safe. There are often strange or aggressive people hanging around who act erratically, especially at night. Just be cautious if you’re walking in the area.
Still, if you’re mainly there to just sleep calmly, the hotel delivers.

Location is great, on walking distance from Louise metro station. The price quality ratio is good. Room for improvement: the toilets downstairs in the lobby area are very smelly, the toilet paper in the rooms are harsh like carton, there are no TV’s in your room (while Citybox Antwerp does have), the windows cannot fully open in your room and there are no cleaning services if you stay multiple days. It would be helpful to have some self-service kits available (cleaning spray etc) to clean your room yourself (especially the floor is dirty). The concept of the food machines in the lobby is a good idea but the machines was mostly empty and the choices are all very basic processed food choices (not suitable for a proteine rich, glutenfree diet).
We arrived at the hotel quite late at night, so we had to ring the doorbell at the entrance. A friendly staff member promptly came to assist us and helped us with the check-in process.
Once we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised — the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. The hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable.
One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room — we had a clear view of Brussels Central Station, which was especially charming at night.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The room, the facilities, and the service all exceeded our expectations.

Reasonable hotel to stay in. The room is small just nice to fit 2 single beds. There's a writing table and chair for writing and working. The room looks quite old with old carpet and furniture but still functional. The bed is is small but comfortable. The toilet is small with basic soap and shampoo provided. The hotel is very near to the tourist attractions like the peeing boy statute, chocolate shops and souvenir shops all along the street. Lot's of food places and snacks like crepe and churros. Halal food is also easily available.
Love the room and kitchen and private parking , but they inflexible about 11 am check out.
Late 1 hour cost u €25 it’s crazy . Other hotel just charge €10 per hour or can free check out still at 12noon .
The middle age man very nice and friendly at customer service but just very stricth in late check out. They cleaning woman will knock ur room by 11 am.

A very nice hotel with swimming pool right in the middle of Brussels. Room is clean and staff are excellent.

Spacious room and really comfy bed and pillows. Unfortunatley, free bottled water is not provided in the room so bring your own if you dont drink tap water and/or spend on the mininbar. Breakfast is decent with good quality food but the variety is a bit limited. Staff is nice and friendly. Location may not be ideal for tourist as the hotel locates in a business districts. If you go by tram to reach the hotel, it's better to alight at Rogier and avoid the North Station which is quite shady and not the safest spot in this beautiful city.
Good cost effective hotel to stay in for a few days and very good location to navigate around the city of Brussels. Very close to train station and metro/trams.

About 5 mins walk to closest public transport, close to main attractions! Environment was great, especially in lobby, restaurant and room. Highly recommended!
exhibitions with lots of colorful flowers and gorgeous greenery. Of course this time of year not everything has bloomed yet so I can only imagine it's even more stunning later in the season. Photo ops galore, many places to eat, easy access to bathrooms, and great shopping, especially if you're looking for bulbs. We purchased the entry and bus ticket combo. It's convenient but be prepared to wait in lines outside in both directions.m

Great
Good position for our overnight stop. Close to Brussels Nord, Rougier Metro and about 15 mins easy walk to the Grote Makt. Our room was a generous size with a comfortable bed, Nespresso coffee and good shower. Free filtered still and sparkling water was available from a water station close to the lifts. Breakfast was an extensive hot and cold buffet with lots of choice.
