"I was in Brussels for a conference, staying a total of 5 nights for both work and leisure. The room rate averaged out to 1000 per night. The hotel's location is excellent, right near Rogier metro station and very close to Gare du Nord (North Station), though due to safety concerns, taking the metro is recommended. It's about a 20-minute walk to Grand Place and other attractions. Honestly, the room wasn't new, but it was exceptionally clean, and the window view was nice. My only complaint is the constant sirens from police cars and ambulances on Botanique street, which were quite loud. The overall service attitude at the hotel was great. I left something behind when I checked out and came back to look for it; they diligently helped me search, and I eventually found it. A hotel can significantly improve one's impression of a city, and my very positive impression of Brussels is largely thanks to this hotel."

Guest UserTraveling solo, I wanted a well-located and affordable place. Hotels in Brussels generally aren't cheap. This one is a 10-minute walk from the North Station. Avoid the Google Maps recommended park path if you have luggage, it's not very easy to navigate. It's right next to a police station, has a large supermarket behind it, and across the street, there's a restaurant with great, affordable burgers. No AC, but it wasn't hot and there's a fan. I stayed here both coming and going. The train station has a metro that connects you easily to anywhere in the city. Check-in requires scanning a QR code, which wasn't difficult. This area is considered relatively safe, and there are buses nearby that go to various tourist destinations, which is very convenient.

The hotel is very nice and modern. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The only problem is the location. It is not located in the touristy area. There is no easy public transportation to the grand place except by bus or taxi/uber. Walking to grand place takes around 30 mins passing through Brussels Park and Royal Palace. The positive point is that the area where the hotel is located is very quiet.

The hotel has perfect location! It is just several minutes to Grand Palace. Superior double room was quite spacious, clean, and well equipped. The only downsize is that the walls might be too thin and noise of neighbors might come if they’re loud. Breakfast was absolutely stanning and definitely worth 12 EUR compared to cafes in Brussels where you can hardly get breakfast for that price. To sum up, the hopel is perfect option for the price you’re paying.

MR101I stayed one night at Jill Hotel Brussels and found it perfectly adequate for a short stopover. The room was clean and modern, check‑in was smooth, and the proximity to Brussels‑Midi/Eurostar made it very convenient for an early train.
The main drawback is the immediate environment. The hotel sits right opposite the train station, and the area feels a bit gritty, especially after dark, with some homelessness and a generally “train‑station” atmosphere that isn’t very pleasant to walk through. For a single night it’s manageable, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay or if I were unfamiliar with Brussels.
Overall, it’s a solid, no‑fuss option if you need to be near Midi, but the location’s surroundings keep it from being a 5‑star experience.

Hinson523We checked in early and got a room right away, which was great because I wasn't feeling well and could rest immediately. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well. There's a large shopping mall across the street, and it's only a 15-minute walk along the shopping street to the Old Town, where you'll find attractions like Manneken Pis and the City Hall.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and upgrades. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering excellent value for money.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is great, right near a subway station, and it's an easy 10-15 minute walk to Grand Place. The surrounding area felt safe, and there's a shopping mall nearby.
We booked a family room for three. We dropped off our luggage first, and by the time we checked in, they had already set up the sofa bed for us. Although, according to my friend, the extended sofa bed wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. They also prepared amenities for three people.
Overall, everything was good, except for an uneven transition between the bathroom and the room, which made it very easy to trip. The soundproofing was excellent; we didn't hear any footsteps or other noises. Each floor of the hotel has a dedicated water dispenser where you can get still water, sparkling water, and warm water.

CansuqixingThis hotel is really old... Don't let the five-star rating fool you, it feels more like a three-star. The elevator is incredibly slow, from 1999! The furniture in the room is also very dated. The front desk sells bottled water in glass bottles for 8 euros a pop – ridiculous. As our Belgian client told us, the hotel's location is right between a safe area and an unsafe one. It's close to the light rail, but there's no elevator from the light rail station to the street level, which is quite annoying. Walking to the city center is fairly convenient though. For the price, it offers good value for money; other hotels in the same area are more expensive.

Guest UserThe hotel itself was amazing. The location was in a great part of brussles just 5 minutes walk from noord train station. The facilities were great and the design of the hotel was on point. My only issue was that they required a 100 euro deposit per night which was 400 euros for me. This strange to me, usually hotels have a set amount for a deposit that doesn’t change with how many nights you stay.
