One of the best hotels in Burgas. We've definitely arrived! The hotel is exceptionally convenient and comfortable in every way; sometimes you don't even want to leave the room. The staff is always ready to accommodate your every need, and there are no problems with requests. If you can get a superior room at a good price, I highly recommend it. The room has everything you need, excellent soundproofing, and luxurious towels and robes. My only suggestion would be to change the brands of shampoo and shower gel; they're frankly a bit simple and have an odd consistency. Otherwise, everything is wonderful. The breakfast is hearty and varied, although in my opinion, it was better in winter than in summer. There's a good bar, pleasant interior, and a welcoming atmosphere that always remains. The hotel 100% deserves its stars and will definitely not disappoint.

A hotel that has come safely into the years. However, it was very clean, nothing defect and the beds excellent to sleep. The location is very good, centrally located. Despite the airport's sneezing was nothing to hear. It was happy to hear again at any time

Muy buen hotel con todos los servicios. El único problema fue a la hora de la limpieza de la habitación, dejamos puesto el cartel y sólo se llevaron la bolsa de basura, no limpiaron nada más, ni siquiera cambiaron las tazas de café usadas.

This hotel is very good value for money. It is located in the heart of Sunshine Coast. It is not far from the sea, but it is not a first-line sea view hotel. The breakfast is quite rich and I like it very much.

GGuest UserGetting old, uncomfortable beds, breakfast unworthy of a supposed 5* (3* would be appropriate) star hotel, warm dishes (eggs, ham, sausages, etc.) all cold, bread selection 1x, etc.
In order to get a fresh East juice or good coffee, you have to get yourself to the bar at overpriced prices.

GGuest UserGreat location, hotel is right on the beach & is a short walking distance to Nessebar old town! The staff is excellent and the food selection at the buffet is varied, flavourful and plentiful!
The facilities are very old, furniture in the rooms is dated and in dire need for an upgrade. Rooms are very basic they lack proper lighting and electrical plugs especially by the night tables.
Sun loungers are very uncomfortable and the umbrellas are small so they barely protect you from the sun.
Our stay was enjoyable overall, mainly thanks to the staff and the excellent location of the hotel

GGuest UserGreat location right at the beach. Hotel has elevator direct to the beach. There are no supplied beach or pool towels. You need to buy them from the reception or souvenier shop .
The Room I stayed 101 had a great Balkon direct to the beach and Hotel pool. The breakfast was good. Standart english and continental with daily change of local specialities. Great variety of Mueslie and additional extras.
